Went through the drive through at 9:10 a whole 50 minutes before close. I ordered a 4 piece meal crispy style. Then I ordered a 4 piece original recipe and I was told they were out or original do I ordered crispy then I was told they were out of crispy breasts. I asked what kind of chicken they had left he said he could give me a thigh or wing instead of a breast. He then said that they were out of chicken since it was close to their closing hour. So I said never mind and drove away. REALLY KFC, 50 min till close and you run out of and don’t cook any food. So I then drove to Zaxbys and got fresh hot food. At least someone believes in quality of food and customer service. Perhaps you should raise your standards or just close for good. I hope their DM and RM read this and get as mad as I was.

Filed my complaint with KFC corporate. They had the store manager called me directly and apologized for the poor service. Asked if a bucket of chicken would make up for it and that she had also counciled the employee to pay more attention to detail. I went and saw the manager. She got me a bucket of freshly made chicken which was more than enough to make up. At least they did try and that’s all I could ask. and yes I’ll go back again!

Always out of everything. Past two times going there, they were out of something. This past time, they were out of grilled chicken, buns, and lettuce. Ridiculous.
