First time in this Michaels but the service here was just as good as the one in canton. Prices vary on most things, but you get what you pay for.
I had a custom frame built for the second time and they do tremendous work. They seem to take great strides to protect and respect your sensitive items!

I really love this place! Even though I am one of the least crafty people you will find, I always get inspired when I walk through the isles!
This location is always well organized. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. They also offer classes which is great for people like me :-)
They have great sales on «after the season» stuff. Typically 50%-70% off. I can always find something cool in this section!
They also have a great section for kids. Tons of arts & crafts as well as boxed sets. This is a great place to shop for a kid’s birthday present!
Also, make sure that you search for a coupon on your phone prior to arriving. They usually have a 40% off of a regular priced item that you can use!!!
The only negative is that when there is a line, which is almost always, expect to wait.

I’m a little too in love with this store.
Everything is always organized and spread out very well, and they always have a great sale going on. The employees are very nice and always helpful, and they even offer some great classes.
They have a great selection of crafts and supplies for every artsy need you might have!

I really love the customer service and their selection of items at this location. Their employees are always happy to help. I always use their app to get my 40% off coupon. My only problem is that I always have a hard time connecting to their free WiFi to open their app. I’ve learned to open it or screenshot the coupon before walking in.

Best store I would say. Great collection compared to other stores. good customer service. Got lot of parking nearby. Used to goth Micheals with my wife and when compared to other stores it is the best I think. Love the ambience and lovely collection of all the items. Try to download the app where you can get coupons online. It will be savings for you for sure. When we enter it really feels like Xmas. Good for kids as well. Lot of stores nearby if you want to hang around. It’s a great shopping place to be and will be a great shopping experience. Definitely will come back to this store if needed. Will recommend to all who love Micheals !! Great experience

Michaels is a great store for the crafty person in you. I’m one of these people who ends up with a new craft every few months, so this place is perfect for me. It has all the things needed for fun bakery items (like that one time I decided to do fondant for a cake, or cover my chocolate balls in candy-coating), or for jewelry making (yup, that was for my necklace period), or for crafting wreaths and garland for the holidays (check!) They have lots of silk flowers for arrangements, and yarn for knitting and crochet, and well as decorative paints, oil/acrylic/watercolor paints, and everything to make decorative home décor. They always have coupons — download them using the Michaels smart phone app or print them out online!
