The only reason why I gave two stars is because the delivery was fast. I could have bought a frozen pizza and it would have been way better. Worse pizza I have ever ordered… can’t even believe that they would deliver such a pizza… the whole thing was just burned… unbelievable!!!

I have ordered from this location more than 15 times(my son just loves pizza!), I always place my order online. They deliver fast, the pizza is always hot, and no errors so far!

To write a review about a Papa John’s means you’ve had an incredible experience or the worst. I prefer to resolve restaurant issues with a local manager to help them improve their establishment. This is my second bad experience of three tries, two of which I’ve communicated with the manager. I actually spoke with the«GM in training» today after ordering, and was not impressed with the interaction that I had. I had two issues today: 1. Not being serviced properly in the store and 2. the pizza was one of worst I’ve had from any PJ location. There were probably 15 to 17 employees working. Many of them were busy chatting with one another and having a good time. I have no problem with having a good time at work, but when the product I received was, «the worst I’ve had,» there needs to be more attention to the job at hand. I waited for my food which seemed like an excessive time. I was watching new pizzas hit the«out» shelf. I saw a single pizza and asked if it was mine. I told her my name and an employee checked and said it wasn’t mine. I waited another seven minutes, watching for my pie. Someone else asked me for my name, went and checked the same one that was checked before. As I was watching I noticed, sure enough that was my pizza. If that were the only problem, that particular mistake would be forgivable. Upon opening the box the first thing I noticed was that the crust on half the pizza was actually burnt! I have never experienced burnt pizza at a papa johns before… For someone to let that pizza be sold… once again, maybe too much fun at work. The second thing about the pizza was that it wasn’t cut well. Pulling the slices ripped each one in half because of the poor cut. I know this seems petty, but burnt and uncut pizza are inexcusable for a franchise that prides itself on great pizza and customer service. This will be my last visit to this location and I wouldn’t advise it to anyone else.

I dont know who Peter is but he is a WARRIOR. Peter had the balls to deliver our pizza while all the tornado sirens were doing off. The pizza was great and still warm. Peter is a freakin baller.

Wow this location is TERRIBLE. Cash payers beware. The first time I went to this location I only had a $ 50 bill. They refused my payment because they don’t accept bills over $ 20!!! My bill was over $ 30 — so please help me understand the difference between two 20’s and a 50… Besides $ 10. :) I left, went to Pizza Hut, and they gladly accepted my $ 50 bill. A couple months later, I decide to try them again. Called in a pick up, they told me 15 – 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later only to see the employees dumbfounded as to why I was there. I told them I called in an order for pizzas and wings — and they figured out my order WASNOTSENTTHROUGH. Mind you this was NOT an online order, I physically called and placed the order. They told me I could wait for my order to be cooked — I once again decided to go to Pizza Hut. My lesson this time has been learned. Don’t shop at this papa john’s!!!
