The owner Kenny is just awesome! Every time I go I just LOVE my nail & toes! Very professional… I get complements on my nails all the time. Get price… Because it is a busy place, I always call the day before to set a time, then there is no wait :) … I would highly recommend Passison Nails.

I just recently moved to the Kennesaw area and was worried about trying to find a good nail place to go to. The reviews were mostly good so I decided to give it a shot. I came in, maybe waited about 5 mins for someone to start on me. I got a gel manicure that looks amazing even with my really short natural nails and they have a great color selection. One of the brands of gel polish also makes regular polish so I was able to match my toes perfectly! The pedicure was great for only $ 25. Of course I wish the massage would have been longer, but who doesn’t! I will definitely be back! Both technicians really took their time to make sure my nails and toes looked great!

I LOVE MY NAILS!!! I wear a uniform to work so I rarely have a chance to experiment with my nails. I walked into Passion Nails and showed KiKi a picture of what I wanted, and I have to admit, I was nervous. I’m VERY conservative with my nail polish, so this was definitely out of my box. Today must not be my day for a pedicure. Once again, I pick a place based on reviews, and it has been a nightmare. Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the $ 40 pedicure and it wasn’t even worth $ 10. Besides being cut, he had to have help knowing what lotions to use and rushed through it. In my opinion, if you ask for the most expensive pedicure, then you should have the most qualified techs giving them.

My daughter and I went here yesterday. It didn’t look busy so we thought we would pop in for a impromptu pedicure. There was no one waiting when we arrived and the lady instructed us to pick out our color and have a seat and we did. After about 30 minutes we decided to inquire how much longer it would be? The employee didn’t speak very good English and we thought she said ½ hour more! We were like, ok, we can’t wait that long. I don’t know what the other customers where getting but wow… guess they take their time giving pedicures! But the employee then tried to explain that it will only be 10 more minutes. Well she was right, they took us to the pedicure chair and then we probably sat there for another ½ hour!!! I was pretty frustrated by now.
The good side of this review is that the pedicure that we did receive was very well done. My toes look great, just wish it didn’t take that long to get started. It would of been nice if she would have told us about the wait before we sat down.

Service was awesome. Clean, great colors. My nails came out exactly as I requested and look beautiful. So glad I found this place! Ask for Titi :-)

I had been coming here since they opened until I discovered a place near 92 and 575 that I love a few months ago.

Kids everywhere
Grouchy, bitchy customers (not the salon’s fault, but that’s the clientele)
No beverage offered
I used to be able to come here and relax. Not log after the pedicure started, there were kids crying in the back and kids running and giggling through the salon. Very loud kids. Cute but loud. I have kids of my own and like my pedicure to be «me time.» I’m hoping it was just because it was a Sunday.
Anyway, my toes look great. The deluxe pedicure is a great deal at $ 28, and it is definitely worth it. The pedicure alone would be 5 stars, but I have to deduct for the lack of peace and quiet and for not offering a beverage. There are other quieter salons that have complimentary beverages.
But next time, I’m bringing headphones.

Service was great! Worked quickly and quietly, with occasional friendly conversation. I’ll definitely be going back! My nails are flawless.

It’s a shame that customer service is gone in this industry. After multiple times going back here after disappointments, I kept going back here because they do good nails. Today was the last time it’s just not worth it when you only feel like a number. There’s got to be somewhere out there to get your nails done that still provides quality customer service. I guess the hunt begins, again.

Me and my fiancé are new to Georgia & decided to get a pedicure and foot massage here & they are amazing. Such a great price for so much to be done! We will definitely be regular customers here

I like this location, it’s a decently sized salon, always several employees available. They are friendly and fast. I got the deluxe spa pedicure with the callus remover and my feet are so smooth and feel amazing. They are never rough with you, and the place is very clean. They offer a student discount. Lots of colors available.
