Signature Nails

I received an amazing pedi. I chose the Royal deluxe and boy was it relaxing. I had one of the male techs and he was super sweet. I really like that they have the covers for the tub and everything is really clean.

Def love this place and will be coming back! Their price for a full set manicure is amazing and unbelievable! The employees were nicer than most places and they do a great job! I’m not the type of girl to get my nails done never have been, always was okay with just painting my nails black and calling it a day but I will be doing my nails more often as long as this place is around and I’m still in kennesaw!

I have been there 2x and I will not be going back, they are not attentive to their customers. I was there today and one the young girls called the cops because she claimed they were committing fraud and paying them for less than minimum wage. No plans on returning.

I’ve been here before, and my experience was nice, not so much this time. As soon as I walked in, I was literally bombarded by the owners small child. I came to relax, not entertain their child. I don’t want to be rude, but I also don’t want to ‘guess what food you’re eating’, as she insisted. Not a pleasant experience this time around.

Horrible service. Walked in and asked for a mani pedi and they said they’d be right with me. 30 minutes later they finally give me the time of day.
While getting a pedi they girl insists on asking me why my feet are so dry? Really!!! I’m just here to relax and make my feet look good for a wedding. She was then telling me I needed to come in more often for better treatment. I thought 2 hours was WAY too long for what I needed done.
I also experienced a customer that had an appointment that they forgot about…
Needless to say I wont be going back.

I rarely get my nails done because I usually do them myself, but I was about to go on a trip and wanted to look nice, I remembered this place just opened and went to try them out because I figured everything would be brand new.
It was a waste of money. I didn’t get to relax at all. I just wanted a pedicure. They said to pick a color, so I did, they barely looked up from what they were doing. After sitting with my feet in the plastic-​lined tub for over 30 mins the water was cold and the «massage» chair was NOT relaxing. It felt like turbulence, and I couldn’t figure out how to set it to something that felt good, it was stressing me out more than anything.
Nail polish was applied and it looked streaky and I could have done a better job at home. I’ll save my $ 25 (+tip!!) and do my own next time.
Also one of the employees kids went through my purse and wouldn’t let me relax the entire time. I usually love kids, but this was my ME time, I took a break from my own 2 kids to relax and I end up with a little girl talking and asking me a million questions because she’s bored out of her mind at the nail shop. I understand she’s just a kid, I’m more annoyed that the employee didn’t step in and get her something better to do. I mean I was polite and didn’t want to confront anyone, I wish I had gone somewhere else. It’s been 2 days and I’m still bothered by the whole thing.
I won’t be returning.
