Not a good Bucksy experience. I go through the drive thru and order two breakfast sandwiches. The young lady hands them to me in their bags. Nothing else. I ask her if they have napkins. She says, yes. I ask her if I might have a few, she says yes, and hands me some. Well, duh, «thank you, Elle». I drive about a block, and bite into one. It is piping hot on the outside, and ice cold on the inside. I’m not going back, it’s out of my way. I am in the area often, though. I call, and speak with the manager, Johnny. He’s very apologetic, says he made them himself. Says next time I’m in to let«any manager know that I spoke with him and what happened». They’ll «take care» of my sandwiches and fix me a coffee drink of my choosing to go with them. I ask him if he wants my name, he says no.(???) I’m not so sure about this, but the second star is for«we’ll see«and– faith.

I am reviewing the honesty and integrity of the manager on duty today. I fell asleep in the arm chair. I woke suddenly, and headed off to a meeting, not realizing, I had left behind my wallet behind, with hundreds of dollars inside. About an hour later, I received a call from AAA, informing me of my missing wallet. I drove back to collect my wallet and thanked Tori for her honesty. I wanted to give her a small acknowledgement of my appreciation, but she refused to accept it. She apologized for looking through my wallet, but the only way to contact me, was to call AAA with my card, and they relayed the message on. If it wasn’t for Tori’s honesty, integrity and ingenuity, I would be stressing out by now! I am extremely grateful and thankful. Losing the money could have been a big problem, a bigger one would have been the possibility of my ID being compromised. So thank you, thank you!
