These are good folks to deal with. All these Negative reviews sound like people who are use to getting there way all the time and can’t handle the real world. You know the rules ahead of time and you agree with them when you make your purchase. Deal with it. This place is a lot better than the campus store and quicker and more convenient than Amazon. Give them a try! You’ll be glad you did!

Smart-aleck employee dude influenced me to find the book Fixing English at another source, because I wasn’t going to rent a book that cost $ 77 for $ 70. I generally like this place though but it seems like they have inflated their prices this semester to make more money. Keep in mind though, this place is better than the on-campus store definitely for some books. Shop around!

I have found that the prices here are typically better than at the university bookstore. However, the service here is very poor. They are often quite rude and not very helpful. They are not incompetent, they just don’t care. So, if you are willing to put up with poor customer service for a price thats just a little better than the school’s, then this is the perfect place for you; if not, then get your books online or at the campus bookstore.

I’ve experienced fantastic service each time I go. The staff is interested in helping students find what they need. 5% off coupons are always easy to come by. This is my first stop each semester

I have always chosen to shop here rather than give more money to the university bookstore. Not anymore. PLEASE DON’T SHOP HERE! I just received the worst customer service. I purchased my case studies back at Christmas while I was up in Kennesaw. I just found out other students purchased the same package for $ 50 LESS. They refused to refund the difference. They state prices are subject to change at any time. We’re talking not even a month’s difference for the same semester! Kelly was very rude. I’m glad I only have one semester left. They will not be getting my business.
