Got there just as they opened, order a simple chicken tender meal. 30 minutes later it was ready, if you need to grab a quick meal, this isn’t he place. On a side note however the staff was nice, but the manager not so much.

I love their wings. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with them except one time when they didn’t give me my full order. Had to go back and get it fixed.

If you need a wing fix, you have found the place! It’s sooooo good. Especially their dinner rolls and garlic parm wings. They literally have better wings than anywhere else. Eat in if you can because it’s so much better fresh than if you order to-​go or delivery.

Awesome! Louisiana Rub was my favorite, and the fries were a surprise! So good, seasoned and similar to Five Guys.
Super fast, fresh, and very friendly staff. Even the ranch and celery were fresh and delicious. Thank you WingStop! Will be back ASAP :)

Did not even get to order as the staff placed me on hold twice. Once they finally answered the said «Hello» and hung up…
No big deal they are probably busy. Called again and got a young lady who seemed to busy to answer the phone. Asked if they delivered and was given attitude and a rude «ummm no» response.
Was excited to see if their wings were as good as they say but sadly the bad customer service pushed us away.

My favorite sauce is the garlic Parmesan. It’s so so good! I usually get it in boneless but if im getting classic, I’ll get lemon pepper and teriyaki or Hawaiian. The fries are seriously like crack! Idk what they use as the seasoning but it is seriously amazing! They also have Parmesan and Cajun fries which are good too. I come to this place so much it’s not even funny and it’s definitely not good for me lol but if you haven’t tried Wing Stop I would definitely go for it. You won’t be disappointed. They’re a little on the pricey side but I get the 10 piece boneless wing combo (which comes with a drink) for 10.91. Not that bad to me but for some it would be.

This location is hit or miss and once ran out of traditional wings. Sometimes fresh, sometimes dry. Delivery guy didn’t ring doorbell and said he knocked and left. For this reason, this is my first time back in over a year and previously I ate here weekly. I’ve been going to wing zone but was in the area today and just decided to stop, let’s see if there is a change.
So I tried again, by ordering online and for some odd reason on a busy Friday night, they had 3 people working including the shift manager. My order I placed online and waited 30 min for wasn’t even received, go figure. However, the shift manager made all right in the world again when she offered to personally prepare my order.

Had wings delivered to my dorm. Delivered within 15 – 20 minutes. Lot sooner than I expected! The food was also good. I accidentally ordered honey BBQ (which I normally hate) instead of mild. However, it was surprisingly good and definitely worth the cost.

I feel sorry for you if you own this business. Your employees will have you out of business soon! Inattentive, unfriendly and could careless about helping customers. I was the only one here for 6 PC wing lunch and was told 15min to get my food, the a/​c was on Artic mode because «they are hot in the kitchen» and it’s freezing to eat your food as a customer in the dining room. No wonder I was the only customer in here.

If the wings weren’t amazing, we would never go back here. The service is the absolute worst. Wingstop offers online ordering but this location conveniently doesn’t have it set up. I frequent the Wingstop in Smyrna BC it is close to work, and that location is awesome. I’ve called in our orders BC we would previously wait 30 mins if we did a walk in, but every time we call and finally arrive, they are just then dropping the wings. I’ve told the workers it defeats the purpose of doing a call ahead. Things have been forgotten and I was given an entirely wrong order and had to drive back to get the right one. It is just a very poorly ran restaurant. This will probably be the last time, as every time we give them yet another opportunity. Although the wings are amazing, we will stick with hooters and tmac from now on.

Since it took about 30 minutes the last two times I walked in and ordered my food I figured I’d call it in instead. The employee told me 10 minutes and I got there about 15 minutes after the phone call. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes upon arrival. This is the slowest place ever! If the wings weren’t so good I would never go back here again. Lemon pepper and Serrano pepper wings are amazing.

Ordered online for pickup. There was one employee when I got there 15 minutes before close and he was super, super nice! I ordered Hawaiian and lemon pepper boneless wings and cole slaw. Everything tastes pretty good!

Had to wait 30 minutes for some less than stellar wings. They flat out forgot or neglected me. I work in the service industry so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Honestly, the staff seemed racially prejudice… Won’t be going back

Wings were alright. I’ve had better. My boyfriend and I got blue cheese and ranch for our dressing but couldn’t even taste the difference. Wing size was ok not to big but not too small either. But couldn’t finish the food because it stopped tasting alright after the 5th wing. The hoagie roll was good though. Long story short I’ve had better wings and a better service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the wings here. Honestly some of the juiciest, most flavorful wings I’ve ever had. I usually get the garlic parmesan and love every bite. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is the service — one time, I was charged twice for my order and had to physically go to the store to receive a refund (my original order was delivered) and on 2 other occasions they forgot part of our order. Overall, though, the wings are great! Highly recommend.

Love this place. The wings are great– my favorite favors are chili lime and Louisiana rub. The staff is great. My office is down the street and we go here literally once a week… or more! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great wings and fries.
