Wing Factory Cafe

This place satisfies the need for fried food. If I wasn’t drinking I wouldn’t enjoy it. Need late night salty food, then order from here. Otherwise it’s a waste of money.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been to this place a few times and each time has been great. They may not be huge, steroid filled, genetically modified wings, but they taste amazing and you get a great deal. We usually get 100 wings for our family to share and it comes out to less than 60¢ per wing with free dressing, carrots, and celery. Admittedly, the décor doesn’t match the menu, but that doesn’t even matter. Also, it’s clean.
Tonight we were greeted at the register by 2 smiling employees. They promptly took our order and soon afterward brought paper plates, napkins, and ketchup to our table. The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious as usual. My favorite are the hot garlic wings and the ranch fries. This is definitely our go-​to wing place.

The wings were very small. I had the teriyaki sauce and it’s advertised as homemade but it was poorly made with very little flavor. The two TVs were on some 24 hour news channel. Limit of 1 refill per fountain drink on a hand written sign. Could not get an itemized receipt. It’s a long narrow restaurant but it strikes me more as a pick up place. No alcohol if that’s your thing.

Called in an order, person who answered the phone sounded like inwas bothering her. Delivery time quoted was 1.5 hrs. Picked up order in 15min instead. When I got there. 4 employees were there doing nothing. Why offer delivery if everytime you order wait times are 45 to 75 mins.

If I could give this establishment an accurate review, it’d be zero stars. I came in, had zero service but 1 associate was sitting at 1 of the tables on the phone and just looked at us. Finally got up and took more order, but it was such a drag.
Over priced for its quality and portion. I usually can stomach down food but that fried rice literally just, sucked. I even tried to drown it in soy sauce and it still had no flavor.
I personally don’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced. A group of coworkers and I ordered when this place opened at 11:00am. We still have not received our order until 12:50pm. After calling the store three times an unintelligible man answers the phone and ignores me when I ask him the status of my order. There are obviously people in the store who can speak English clearly, as I can hear them speaking in the background. This place is poorly run, the food is greasy beyond necessity, the flavors are weak, and the service is ridiculously slow. Our group ordered an hour before lunch hour and did not receive food until after lunch. Unforgiveable

This is my go to wing spot I’m basically like a local at this place whether it’s pickup/​delivery they do it all the flavors that they have is really good I personally recommend the sweet and sour highly recommend this place.

The inside is clean. Service is fast and the prices aren’t bad at all! This is by far my new favorite wing place. I had ranch and honey bbq wings as well as the ranch fries. Absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait to go back!

I hate to leave a negative review but I came here with friends today. Upon walking inside the only host was seated on her cell phone. We waited for her to get off and take our order. The wings themselves were tiny and hard. If you like crunchy, then maybe this is your place. I had the garlic wings and the only way they had any kind of flavor was because of the ranch dipping sauce that was provided. As we ate our meal and left, the lady host was again seated on her cell phone paying us no attention. My friends didn’t enjoy their meal either. I don’t think we’ll be back. It was just a negative atmosphere, disappointing for the price.

0 stars. I literally just picked up the wings here. The wings were puny! I feel like I was ripped off!!! It’s my first time trying this place so I ordered just the 6 piece wings and with tax it was $ 5.25!
NEVER coming back here.

The wings are good, but the fries seemed a little undone… and it’s annoying how the dark skinned guy stares at me as I walk up to the counter.

Totally pissed! Call in an order for wing dinner fish dinner and strawberry soda. Pay with a credit card giving all my personal information. Informed you im new to where I moved but im in the system to look my gate code. I had to go to the gate to get my food. The driver is not there. He comes from inside the gate where he had got in. Then I get back to apt and my soda is not in there. I called back pissed, as the purpose of delivery is to deliver to my door, and then my order is not complete, now cold; the manager claims to call driver. The driver calls me back saying next time you order I will make it right. Really you will have what, I order today, this aint no buy now and I get it to you later (layaway). I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WING FACTORY AGAIN! And I have spent plenty with this company. The 19.13 plus delivery was worthless and a waste of money! The relationship ends today!

Won’t be going back, food came cold, late, and wrong (even though they read it back to). I only get 30 min for lunch. Not to mention the employees arguing while taking my order. I’ll pass!!!#

I see a lot of people complaining about the customer service for Wing Factory Café. So what? Yes, the guy is kind of a jerk. Yes, the place used to be an Indian restaurant and they didn’t bother to renovate… But the Lemon Pepper wings, Ranch Wings, and Ranch fries are so good that I’d let the guy call me obscenities for 20 minutes to get them. If I want to feel good about myself, I’ll go to a day spa or a therapist… When I want Wing Factory Café, the good feeling comes when I get my wings and fries back to my house. 5 stars… And that is removing a sixth star for the poor customer service. ;)

I LOVE the Hot Garlic wings… but the dining room is just GROSS! There is splattered food stuck to the walls in the booths and the whole place just feels dirty. I’d give them a 5 as I love the wings… but they really need to work on cleaning the place. Not sanitary at all hence the 3.

Wings are ok. I wish I had of read the reviews b4 going to this place. In a big stickler on sanitary conditions. the restaurant has out dated furniture and fixtures but over all it was very clean. I couldn’t see behind the wall where they prepare the food so I don’t know if gloves were worn or not. I can only pray that they were… I looked for the score of the restaurant and couldn’t find it, when I asked where it was the cashier said the frame it was in broke and they were in the offices of replacing it (humph).needless to say; sorry after reading the other reviews about no gloves I will not be back

Hmmm… I’ve never done a review for here? Interesting. Anyways, this is hands down my favorite wing spot (obviously) and nowhere else will you get bang for your buck with great taste. I’m not a fan of the actual facility but that’s irrelevant to me bc I always get my food to go. The facility is clean however.
The wings… Are yummy! My favorite is a combo with 10 wings and fries for around $ 7-​$ 8. I LOVE their ranch wings and I also get ranch fries. Yea you heard me… RANCH FRIES. Hubby loves these as well. Always fried just right and seasoned perfectly. My mother in law really likes the lemon pepper. If I decide to venture out (which isn’t often, because the ranch ones are so good), I may get mild lemon pepper. Those are good as well. I’m not too much of a fan of wet wings, so I tend to stick to the fried ones. They have about 15 flavors I believe.
I’ve also had their Philly cheesesteak and turkey burger. Thumbs up for both of those as well.
If you’re looking for super pleasant customer service… Well… idk if you’re gonna see that here. But, you will get your order taken and your food will be given to you in a timely manner. And frankly, that’s all I’m really concerned with since I get mine to go. For clarification, the service is not rude… But it’s not «HI! SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE!» either. *this restaurant does not have waiter staff. Just counter service*
There is a similar location on Terrell Mill in Marietta. This location however has seating (booths and tables) while Terrell Mill does not. However, this is not to be confused with THE wing factory (yes the «The» makes a difference). Not a fan of The Wing Factory.

Wings are delicious if you have them prepared crispy. I’m giving this place a 3 because of the unsanitary conditions. The cook was back there preparing food without gloves and the cashier went back to help. He also was gloveless which I found disgusting since he was handling money and scratching his nose. I would be very interested in seeing their health score. It was suspiciously hidden. Beware of the baby ants crawling across the table ! All in all, if you want good wings and have a strong prayer life and you believe that the good Lord will spare you from illness then by all means have at it.

The wings here are ok. Nothing to crazy. The fries however are great. If you like competitive places this place is for you; I heard a rumor that if you can get the guy at the front table that takes your order to smile you get a lifetime supply of wings. Good luck
