Petty. Incompetent. Won’t return phone calls. won’t return emails. Won’t acknowledge either. LOVES TO GET YOUR MONEY THOUGH! LOVES to order up ridiculous expensive little projects for your community to pay for.
LOVES their contractors. Apparently the owner has a little party for all her contractors and board members at the end of the year. How sweet! WHAT DO THE REST OF US GET.
Voicemail. Unanswered inquiries. Poor service. A hefty monthly fee. How about a thank you? NOPE
The owner has been sanctioned by the real estate board at least two times (public record too!). Should tell you what kind of she’s running.

I hate that working solutions is my management company. They make decisions and support assessments that negatively impact the value of your property. It’s rumored that they only use specific contractors as well and you know what that means. I don’t trust these people to look out for me. They are out to get as much money as possible and call for even unnecessary work on the property so they can make more money.
