Let me begin by saying that if I had to do it all over again, Zen Windows is the company I would call to have my windows replaced. I highly recommend Zen Windows!
The whole process was seamless and we absolutely love our new windows. The process started with me going to Zen Windows’ website and submit a request for someone to contact me. A few minutes later I received an email with information about Zen Windows, information on the different window options, including links to video demonstrations of each window lines which were extremely helpful, and we also coordinated a telephone call. During our call, I answered some basic questions, such as how many windows I was looking to have replaced, approximate sizes (which I already had) and which line of windows I wanted to get, and I also received my quote. The telephone call lasted about 3 minutes. A few hours later, I received a call from the team that would be doing the installation to coordinate a visit for them to come out and take exact measurements of the windows. They came out, measured the windows and told me they would contact me again to setup a date for the installation once the windows were ready. A couple of weeks later they came out and installed the windows. The installation took them about 5 hours. The installers were professional, friendly and courteous. They hauled away the old windows and left literally nothing behind, it’s as if they were never here! In total we replaced 13 windows.
Before contacting Zen Windows we had received quotes from 2 other companies which came out to our house and did a full 2 hours live demo of their windows. We did not go with any of those companies because (a) I felt their price was too high and (b) the sales reps were too pushy, trying to get me to sign a contract on the spot; they reminded me of car salesmen.
What I liked more about the Zen Windows is how easy the entire process is. You submit a form, provide basic information on what you need, you get your quote and you are done! We had our windows replaced one week ago as of this review (I purposely waited to write this review in order to get a feel for our new windows) and I could not be more happier. Every night before I go to bed I look out through the windows and I tell my wife how much I love our new windows. Thanks Zen Windows!

If you’re in the market for windows, do your research. Call one or two of the big companies, experience high pressure sales and extreme sticker shock (you won’t believe how $$$$$ they are!). Then, breathe deeply and call Zen.
That’s what we did, and we couldn’t be happier. For about half the price of others, we got beautiful, quality-​made windows with a lifetime guarantee (that travels with the new buyer when and if you sell). There were no high pressure sales and no sleazy car dealer discount tricks. Just exceptional products and superb installation and customer service.

I chose Zen Windows based on a deal I found on Groupon and was really really impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service. Everyone I spoke to was a pleasure to speak with. My house is old and had many irregular sized windows but they did a great job fitting in the new windows. Everything looks great! Definitely choose Zen Windows!

I purchased a deal they offered through Angie’s List. It was a great deal and the installers were really friendly and professional. They were so fast and efficient too and the windows look great.

I had to replace 14 windows in my home and started the work of gaining quotes. To say that experience was painful is an understatement. High pressure sales tactics and quotes that were all over the place. While online I read about Zen Windows and contacted them. Their name in a funny way tells the story of the experience. No hard sales tactics, in fact no sales team other than just filling out a form. Scott the owner contacted me and within 2 days an installer came out measured my windows and I received a quote.
Zen just came yesterday to install my windows and I realized that I hadn’t told them I wanted grids. Scott spoke to me again and we came to an agreement to have the windows that were already there installed and that the gridded windows would be shipped and installed.
The installation team were very professional and cleaned up everything. They walked me around the house and answered my questions clearly and effectively
