5 star service (so far). I’m a new customer, and recently my propane ran out (my fault, not theirs). I called early in the morning before they were open, planning to leave a message. To my amazement, a real person answered the call, and they sent a truck out to my home literally within minutes. I was back up and running in no time. And this was on one of the coldest days of the year, when they are probably very busy. Thanks!!!

Watch out! We needed to refill the tank and restart the burner… Then we get a bill for ~$ 450 For SERVICE we didn’t authorize. Had Heater and AC serviced in November and all was in perfect condition (with actual sticker right on the boiler), all of a sudden the Circuit board «stopped working» the same time the gas ran out a month after it was serviced and deemed in excellent working condition. We NEVER got a call of any potential problems, — NONE of these repairs were authorized.
