Decided to try out the new hot dogs Burger King is now offering. Been on my to do list to try for some time but I also am scared of new things. My problems started when the hot dog meal didn’t have a number. I like ordering by number. Anyways got my hot dog. They were very friendly btw. I was expecting a plain hot dog. I like plain. This came covered in onions, relish, mustard, etc. I reluctantly still tried it. It was surprisingly delicious. The dog itself was kinda small and cheap tasting. Not a good one like a Nathan’s or anything, but the overall experience was pleasantly surprising. I don’t expect to be going back craving that hot dog, but it was a hot dog I wouldn’t be opposed to eating again.

I ordered a whopper cheese/no onion and fries and it was terrible! My burger had onions on it, wasn’t hot and tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps all afternoon. My fries were overcooked and I didn’t get any napkins. I was very disappointed and this isn’t the first time I’ve had shitty food from this location.

ZERO. They do not let you make special orders at all. My son wanted a kids meal but wanted tomato slice added to the burger. I was told NO. I would have to purchase the Whopper jr meal and would not be able to get the toy that came with the kids meal. We will NEVER use this location again. EVER!

This was the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I don’t go to Burger King often, but it turned me off so much, I don’t think I’ll be going anytime soon with any of their locations. I made a complaint to corporate, but I think it is going to be ignored. The cashier was rude. She rolled her eyes at me. I didn’t do anything, but order. They ran out of what my children wanted to eat. The ice machine didn’t work. If a machine is broken that is used often, someone needs to service it. If you don’t have food that is on the menu, you need to plan better. It’s quite simple. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I asked for a rag to clean my table. The woman said she«didn’t know». I don’t think she knew English. I just grabbed some napkins, ran it under the water in the bathroom, and wiped my own table. It wasn’t sanitary, but I had to get rid of some of grease, ketchup, and crumbs from fries that were on the table. They got the order wrong. When I asked for the milk that was supposed to be with the kid’s meals this man handed me white milk. I said, «no, I ordered chocolate milk.». He got really rude and tried to argue that I should’ve said«chocolate milk». I explained that it was chocolate milk on the receipt. It was just insane that I was arguing with this little man that screwed up on the order. My food was soggy when I got it. I can’t express enough how horrible this experience was. This location also has failed to hire one single Asian, Native American, Caucasian, or African American. Everyone is Mexican. They don’t speak very good English either. I think someone should be checking out their hiring practices. Skip this location for sure. Drive a little longer and save yourself from bad service and even worse customer service. There is a nice little bagel sandwich shop just down the street or many other fast food restaurants.
