Terrible place. They rob their customers and get away with it. There is several lawsuits filed on this business. The better business bureau also has information on the complaints for this business. Don’t be fooled. Customer beware!!!

Caution caution caution. He said 99 percent of his customers are happy, but he can’t help the 1%. Well Joe read your reviews. July 30th paid for parts thank goodness with a credit card, received my unfixed phone and it is totally w/o programs or phone service today is August 13th. Couldn’t fix it after four days of lies. It was up and running each time we called or stopped by, he just wanted to make sure it is tip top before he let it out of the shop. Today we get it back with Cellular 911 saying I could have fixed it but since you wanted it back and a refund, I put the broken screen back on and nothing works. Wish I would have read these reviews July 30th. And by the way he is a very smooth talker.

DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMTHISPLACE. I bought two flip phones to use with my T-mobile plan as starter phones for the kids. When I took the phones to the T-mobile store, I found out that neither one worked. One would not read the SIM card and the other wouldn’t even hold a SIM card because the casing was cracked. It was not possible for me to figure this out until I left the store. When I took the phones back, I was told that I would not get a refund. The stoner kid who runs the place offered me store credit. GREAT! I can buy one of your other junk phones that don’t work. I told them I wanted my money back. The teenager that runs the store(the only person I’ve ever seen there so I assume he runs the place) told me that he doesn’t even have cash to give for a refund but reiterated I could use it as store credit. The store credit is worthless because all of their USED smartphones are in the hundreds of dollars. I got a new smartphone for $ 98 at T-mobile with no contract. It’s a convenient scam. In the end, I was able to buy brand new flip phones that actually work for $ 30 each. Considering I paid $ 25 and $ 15 for the phones that I got, it doesn’t seem smart in hindsight to buy a phone from them.

These guys don’t even deserve a one star. They just tried to rip me off. I have an LG g2 phone that I dropped and broke the screen. I called these guys and told them what had happened. They told me they could put a new screen on it for $ 230 or if I paid cash it would be $ 200 and they could get it fixed within 20 minutes. So I told them thanks I was on my way. I got there and like they said it took them about twenty minutes and it was done. I pulled out my wallet to hand them $ 200 in cash like they requested and notice the new screen that they had just installed had three very noticeable scratches on it. I mentioned it to the person checking me out. He went and got the person that I was dealing with. That person then told me that he told me that it was a used screen when i called, which was an out right lie. Even if he did, which he didn’t, that is the price for a new screen. The same price that every one else charges for a new screen. He then offered to start over and order a new screen for the same price. I couldn’t believe it. He installed a used screen on my phone and didn’t tell me and tried to charge me the price for a new screen. Beware of these guys. They will scam you if you let them.

Worst experience. Kid in front nice enough but full of excuses. Trying to fix iPod. Pre pay. they say 2weeks. Had been two months and five trips. I get mad after 5th trip. I explain last said it would be done in two days over two weeks ago. Now they going to refuse my prepay service cause I got mad.

This morning, my iPhone 5 got squished in the hinge of my trunk. Brilliant move, I know. Anyway, the screen was completely cracked, partly black, and pieces of glass were falling out of the case so I needed a new screen. I googled cell phone repairs in the Tri City area and found this place. I remembered seeing a review on here that was not good so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was about 9am when I tried calling the number listed on their site– no answer. Turns out, they don’t open till 10(couldn’t find hours listed anywhere on their site, but it’s 10 – 7 on M-F). I dropped by at 10:30 this morning and stood there very awkwardly for what felt like several minutes as the owner chatted it up with a repairman. He knew I was there, but didn’t offer to help me or even acknowledge that he’d be right with me. It was very weird. When he finally said«hi» to me, I told him what I needed. Fortunately, they had iPhone 5 screens in stock and he said he could have it fixed in 15 minutes(yay!), but it’d cost $ 225 plus tax. I didn’t even pay $ 225 when I bought the phone, but I’m not due for an upgrade yet so I didn’t have much choice. He said he could save me about $ 20 if I paid in cash, so I left the phone with him while I went to the bank. When I returned about a half hour later, he was chatting with the repairman again and blocking the doorway. I stood there outside for what felt like FOREVER while the owner failed to acknowledge my presence for quite a while again. He eventually said«come on in.» So I came in. My phone wasn’t yet ready. I paid and received no receipt, so hopefully I don’t have problems later. I waited another 15 minutes for my phone. When it was finally ready, he did give me a free screen protector(which I didn’t really need because my phone is always in a case), but, it bubbled when he put it on so I’ll probably be peeling it off soon. He didn’t seem to be bothered by the bubbling. Pretty half-assed if you ask me. In the end, my phone works as good as new. He said he used real Apple parts, which he claims none of his competitors can get. And, as expensive as it was, it was still cheaper than the competitor or buying a new phone. It was also convenient that I could get it fixed on the spot. So, if you need a new screen immediately, come here. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Also, you can supposely sell your old phones here no matter what condition they’re in.

It took a total of 5 weeks, and 2 new motherboards before I finally got my original phone back(with my original motherboard, which they lost for a week), NOT unlocked. I got my money back, but they didn’t offer an apology or anything to make up for the trouble.
