They do an ok job but one of the girls there turned my fohawk into a mohawk. Not really happy with that. Not really cool with the phone number thing either I feel like I’m going to get telemarketers calling me.

I usually go to great clips to get my hair cut. I am very very familiar with the online check in. Today, I tried the great clips down the street from my new place. You couldn’t pay me to come back. Define unprofessional… This place is a joke. I had been checked in for over 20 minutes. I watched people walk in with no online check in, but were friends with the stylists… Magically they went first. I watched a guy actually check in online in front of me… He went before me. Not to whine here but my time is valuable.

After my last — and previously reviewed — horrifying experience with getting my hair cut, I was desperately in need of a new place. Finding it here was a happy accident associated with a trip to the Home Depot across the street. The first thing they did when I walked in here was ask for my name and phone number to enter into their computer… something I wasn’t particularly in favor of doing, in this age of rampant telemarketing. But, apparently they use it to enter details, instructions, etc. on what they do for you. I’m not sure this is necessary for me, but whatever help they need… Anyway, this girl did a satisfactory job. She was mildly entertaining too, although I didn’t really need to hear the story of her impending divorce. I have trouble justifying too high a rating for cutting my hair right. I mean really, it can’t get much easier. But they did it right, they did it fast, and my cowlick isn’t pointing toward the sky. I can go back, and not be afraid.
