The worst. My hair was butchered here years ago when I visited. I was never quite able to forget, hence my review. Unprofessional and very inexperienced hair stylists. Very ghetto. I can’t believe they are still operating and people are still getting their hair cursed here.

We were walk-ins on a saturday… knowing we may have to wait. The person at the counter hollered back to the two stylists sitting in the break room«You want this one?» So she walks up and takes all our information… you practically have to have a credit check to get a haircut… then says«It’ll be $ 30… is that ok?» I said«WHAT?» She said«MY haircuts are $ 30…» I said«No, that’s way too expensive.» She shrugged and we left. $ 30 for a simple haircut??? One might expect that from a fancy salon, but this is a MALLSALON that used to me called HairMasters… seriously? When did they start deciding that they are SO amazing that they get to overcharge customers? Don’t be surprised, Regis Managers, when your salon drops through the floor.

The Initial visit was great, though expensive. My daughter was happy with her new blue streaks. We were told to come on back when they bled out and it would only cost 10 $ They never gave us a time frame. It took the blue 2 months to go out Of her hair. We went back to have more put in @ 10 $ and were told it would be 20 because we didn’t come back in the two week timeframe. I explained we weren’t told about that, And also she didn’t need to come back at 2 weeks. I was basically told sorry about your luck and then shut down. The customer service for retention of business is horrible, and Jennifer was rude. We will never go there again, no matter how much we loved our original stylist.
