I very seldom write negative reviews. In fact, I rarely review. This, however, is the kind of horrible customer service other patrons might want to know about before forking over their cash to fix their devices.
Had my screen replaced by them less than 6 months ago. All was well and good, until my phone became unresponsive. I took it out of it’s hard case (where it’s been living since the screen replacement) to find that the screen is PULLING UP from the phone. No wonder!
When I inquired, I was brushed off and told I could deal with this situation directly with the manager on Thursday. It’s Monday. Wait, what??? Who’s in charge???
It’s very clear he/​she isn’t very invested in the level of customer service they provide.

They cracked the replacement screen. Their explanation was that the there was non uniformity of the underlying material.
This may (or may not) be true — I have no way of knowing. They did accept it for repair and attempt to proceed, so this may be an excuse after the fact.
I do know, however, that they would not refund my repair cost and said that a new part was two weeks away. I have photos, receipt and told them that I would contest this with my credit card company.
My experience may not be typical — but it was certainly not positive.

Pretty sure they broke my battery when they replaced my screen. I didn’t give them 1 star because there is small chance my battery spontaneously broke a day after going there.
My screen is working well though. Except the home button sticks now. I didn’t have the opportunity to take it back as I was passing through town. So I won’t say they wouldn’t have resolved the problem had I returned.
Save yourself the trouble and go to another place if you can.

Wow! Fantastic Customer Service! The dedication that Jamie shows for his job is above board! He diligently worked on my husband phone to make sure it works! He saved us a ton of money! Best service I have experienced in a long time! We would highly recommend them!!!
