Best wings I’ve ever had. The breading is perfect. Good crunch, right ratio of chicken to breading. There is a great variety of sauces. Personal favorite is the sweet Asian. I’d stay away from the teriyaki if you like good teriyaki. It’s not bad, but it’s totally Americanized. Side bar: the veggie patty for their burgers is amazing. It’s so full of flavor. I actually prefer it to the beef patty

Meh! not all that great. I just moved here from CA. and I have had super better wings… The customer service was terrible. The food takes along time because they say that they are making it fresh? The french fries were cold and they have a sweet taste, YUCK! To top it off the prices are way to high for what you get… They serve beer so once again I believe the reviews are from people who are drinking and food always tastes better when you are drinking! Sorry we won’t be back,

My whole family is in love with this place. I’m not a wing person, so I stick to the burgers. My daughter eats the same thing every time and is always satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone!

«Meh, I’ve experienced better» at Hot Wingz. It’s been years since my last visit and review of HW. I was immensely disappointed with the quality of the wings. They were dry, small in size, and the sauces/rub failed to satisfy my craving for good wings. Maybe in the years to come I’ll be able to give it another 4 star rating but as it stands today, 2 stars.

A regular lunch spot for myself. The wings are always good and cook to my liking. The sauces are great as well. I prefer the hot with extra sauce bone in or boneless doesn’t matter. Their fries are great and they have fry sauce. I love fry sauce. Try a chicken wrap with a wing sauce choice as well you may surprise yourself. Always a friendly staff and the pricing is great.

Very good wings… garlic fries are the bomb. Ken is a great owner and really cares about the guest!

Reading the reviews I saw that this place was local but waking in I thought it was a chain. Not a good sign. Everything seemed forced. In fact I double-checked that it wasn’t a chain before I ordered my food. I won’t disagree that the staff is very friendly. Even the owner was there chatting it up with some customers. But I don’t go out to eat at a restaurant because of friendly staff. I go out to get good food. In fact the staff could be the rudest ever and if the food is good I don’t care. The food is just OK. I got 1lb wings with half the wings in hot buffalo sauce and the other half the Asian sauce. The buffalo sauce was good but the Asian sauce had too much fish sauce in it. The wings were super tiny. I also go their sweet potato puffs which were pre-made and came from a frozen bag. At the end of the day I ate the food but walked out disappointed. The wings are honestly some of the most disappointing I have had. I have not been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in years but I think I would have rather eaten there than here. I know that this is a matter of opinion but I am not sure if people are just not used to great wings in the area but if your are from out of town and you have a favorite wing joint back home this place will disappoint. I assume that the people that enjoy this place are the same people that find Famous Dave’s to be good ribs. On a side note the owner was talking with a customer about doing a «restaurant in a box» with Hot Wingz(not the same as a franchise but close) and selling it to others around the country so they can start their own Hot Wingz business. My advise, stay out of big cities. This place will probably only do well in smaller towns.

Best wings in the Tri cities. If I have a hankering for wings I always choose hot wingz. I love the Asian and honey chipotle wings. The homemade chips are great as well. You won’t find a nicer staff! Love this place.

Wings are«good», they seem deep fried then seasoned to taste. The owner is an outstanding guy, always putting the customer in front of business. Today I went in and saw the sign for a 5% increase in price for the carry out customers, because of paper and carry out product price increases on his end.(Which I can understand). Why not cut some of the product’s which cost so much? Today I went in alone for 1lb of wings to go. When it was ready I got the 1lb of wings in a plastic bag along with a ton of napkins, two wet wipes, and two ranches in plastic cups. Charging your customers an extra 5% for a «to go» order is ridiculous. Cut the b. s plastic bag, cut the HANDFUL of napkins, and cut the wet wipes. When people order to go, that usually means they are going home. Where there are napkins, and water, and the things they need to clean themselves.
5% is 5%… I will not be eating here until it is fixed.

Not a sit down restaurant. we were just passing through on our way home looking for fast but not fast food. Looked on both Unilocal and TripAdvisor aside from mostly chains and closed thus was the better I could find. First off this is a fast food joint. Yes not a chain and food choices were different but not what were looking for. Everything fried and greasy. Tasted OK but won’t return.

My boyfriend and I travel for a living so we raid the best Unilocal reviews and see what we can find. And when I saw the 4.5 stars and awesome reviews, we had to check it out. The reviews held up this time, ken came out and talked with us personally, which made the meal even better. I ordered the blue cheese burger, and my boyfriend got honey chipotle wings and bbq. Everything was awesome! I even got a side of the Parmesan garlic sauce to go on the burger and it just tied everything together! One of the best spots we’ve found on our venture for sure!

Great service!!! Cleaned a few crumbs off my table when I sat down. Wings are crispy and tasty. BBQ wing sauce is just plain ass BBQ sauce, nothing special. Honey Habenero wing sauce not as hot as expected. Also, 1 ½ lbs wing combo w/carrots and celery was not as much food as I anticipated. Prices on menu board differ from online menu prices. :( I’d come back for the wings, but would order more… as I love me some chicken wings. To be honest the wings were good, but not the best I’ve had. Not from the area so as far I can tell they serve a decent basket of wings.

Never had a bad experience here. Everything I’ve tire has been great. We often find ourselves going here because it’s walking distance from our house. The employees are great, atmosphere is great. I’ve taken my 4yr old here and she also loves it. There was one time the girl at the front counter seemed rude and got annoyed with sampling our group the sauces. after we sat down the owner made his rounds to the table, I talked to him and he said he’d talk to her. He was very nice and apologetic and listened to everything we had to say. Every time we’ve been back she’s there and always smiling. Thanks for always making our experience great :)

Awesome food and great service! They have won a local wing contest the past 3 years running, and burgers are amazing as well! Pretty sure I saw employee’s from the Red Robin down the street eating a burger at Hot-Wingz. Know that you’re not going to a taco bell or McDonalds when you go here so don’t expect that kind of price, but for what you get everything is reasonably prices. Would highly recommend this place.

I was with a party of 16 and the staff took our orders patiently and efficiently. The food came out surprisingly fast and we didn’t just order wings, but sandwiches, burgers and fried twinkies, yes I said that right. :) Ok, what matters: the wings were crispy with perfect(IMO) buffalo sauce. Of course this isn’t complicated food therefore nothing more needed to describe the wings. The staff bussed our tables as we were finishing which was a nice touch. Yes I would go back if ever in town again.

Another gem. Can’t believe I hadn’t tried this place before. We were out and about and getting hungry. As we drove up Columbia Center Blvd, my husband said, «You want to try Hot Wingz?» I wasn’t in the mood for wings, but I was getting a bit hungry. Glad we stopped. They have hamburgers on the menu, too. I ordered the simple Cheesy Burger, which came with choice of cheese and the standard vegetables.(I am not a big fan of overloaded burgers that fall apart, so this burger was perfect for me.) Seriously, I believe this is the best burger I’ve had in the Tri-Cities. I chose sweet potato puffs for my side, because I love sweet potatoes and it sounded interesting. It came with a container of frosting. Odd sounding, huh? It was awesome! My husband had a half pound of some spicy boneless wings and he loved them! Service is also 5 stars. The owner didn’t stop moving, always cleaning tables(the place was packed) and stopping to talk with customers. Very nice and friendly. The man who took our order was patient and kind. Lovely place. I’m adding this to my list of favorites.

This is a very nice change of pace from the Wingstops that I usually visit in California. I ordered 1 pound of wings, fries and a soda for about $ 10 bucks. I ordered the Lemon Pepper & Butter wings and they were a pleasant suprise. The wings weren’t dripping oil like at WS, and the wings came out as a dry rub. My first bite made me drool all over the wing! The fries were cooked just to my liking. and one of the guys behind the counter came out to see how my food was and asked if I needed anything else. This never happens at a Wingstop. Props for delicious hot wings! I’ll be back to try the other stuff very soon! I swear I saw Fried Jalepenos on the menu somewhere!

I really just wouldn’t eat here again. It’s too expensive for what it is. The food wasn’t great and it left me incredibly sick.

This is an update. First I want to say the owner is super attentive. He noticed my comment about getting a tomato when I asked for none on my burger and it hasn’t happend since. Also, they have more sauce types than ever! The new Jamaican one, oh WOW! It is kinda spicey, kinda smokey, kinda sweet, but full on delicious. I will say again they have great burgers here too. Especially now they are keeping the tomato OFF when I ask. Also, you can have any of their wing sauces ON your burger. Taste party combo madness!!! Garlic Parmesan still one of my favs. Haven’t decided yet whether I like the wings better bone in or boneless. This will take instensive study. Amd many more visits. The décor has been updated, which is kinda cool. More booths. They still have the very dangerous wing challenge going, and I still have not had the marbles to try it. But the owner laughed and said«I think you have manned up by NOT doing it.» I am all for challenges, especially food ones, but I am not sure that I should eat something that requires gloves and a waiver of liability. Maybe one day I will get my Wall of Flame shirt… Anyway, this is one of my favorite places to eat, period. Forget your chain places and forget pizza places that ALSO do wings. This is the real stuff, and in more flavors than you can ever imagine. And you can get celery and carrots free here as opposed to paying at Wing Stop, which doesn’t even taste that good.
