Have eaten here a couple times and always great! Best wings, beer and sports in town!

We strolled in around 8:30 pm on a weekday night weren’t greeted for at least ten minutes. There was 7 of us. The hostess was going back and forth, talked to the busboy and would take off. There was another party of a few already sitting there. Later another party of few came. It seemed like we were waiting for about 20 minutes even though the restaurant was less than half full and were spread out. It took them a while before we could order or even get water. I ordered the *PRIMERIB* salad and my husband ordered 6 wings and the deep fried creamed corn balls. After a long wait the food arrived but my salad was really sad. I expected a small slab or pieces of beef. Well it was more like 2 oz. of dried BITS, like they scraped up the bottom of the pan. I was so hungry and starved by then and honestly felt like I was going to cry – because I had a long hard day and was SO insufficiently underserved. It was late and already hard to flag a server down. It was bad and didn’t finish it. Utterly disappointing and offensive. I munched on the celery and carrot sticks and the deep fried corn balls were good. They brought only 4 of the 6 wings my husband ordered, so he told the server that he was missing two. She apologized and said she would get that and extra. Well, she came back with just the 2. He liked the wings but they clearly under deliver and they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. Something was wrong with my sister-in-law’s order too. I believe she was the last to receive her dish AND they screwed it up too. It was pricey and lousy. Forget about drink refills too. The atmosphere is new if you like that sports bar feel. It wasn’t our choice to eat there and we hadn’t been there before, but I choose not to eat there EVER again. And btw, I’ve had better, maybe the best wings ever at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY – Claimed to be the birthplace of the wings and I don’t even care much for it but we ate like a mountain of them!

While our waiter whom was wearing a unprofessional neck tie over his uniform, sat us in a horrible spot for our party size, AND forgot our drinks, a young waitress Kaylie saved our night and opinion of the restaurant. She was expedient and did everything we asked within 2 mins while our waiter even openly praised her as «the real MVP». The food was great, the drinks tasted like Friday night, and the service was saved thanks to Kaylie. Definitely recommend trying out and look for this up and coming waitress.

Only major sports bar in town with the DirectTV MLS subscription. Even on UFC Fight Night, they pulled up the Seattle Sounders game for a group of us soccer fans. Thanks, BWW!

BWW was ok. First, i give 5 stars to our server Savannah, who worked hard and moved fast to make up for everything else. The parking lot was pretty empty and we went at 1 on a Saturday, but had to wait 15 to be seated… yet half the tables were empty. That manager needs to hire staff! Our server had 10 – 11 tables in her section. We saw her stop and check every table as she up and back down th isle, really quality work! The food was fine, not worth $ 100+ for a family of 4, but it wasn’t bad. BUT the food came out very slow and 2 out of 4 orders were made wrong by the kitchen. The man who brought our food checked the order and said our server got it spot on, and he took the food to get it fixed(more waiting). Our server moved fast, kept our drinks filled, and apologized for the mistake, and we knew the mistake wasnt hers. The manager stopped at our table but wasnt concerned about slow service or what was wrong with the orders. Very odd. We ordered two desserts, the chocolate cake and ice cream and dessert nachos. The dessert nachos and cheese curds were the only part of our meal that made us go wow! Wings were eh, cole slaw looked and tasted like Reesers tub of slaw, burgers average, fries soft, and my husband is positive the cake is the same one we get at costco for $ 8, except a slice with scoop of ice cream was $ 7… Yes, there are a ton of TVs. And they offer tablets to the kids, but say no to those! Our youngest is 14 and he was really grossed out by the buffet of who knows what that was on the tablet. The only thing that would bring me back was the dessert nachos and server Savannah. She alome made what could have been a horrible experience, fun and worthwhile with her upbeat attitude and her work to discount our meal. Great job, Savannah! You saved the day!

So I was here visiting a friend that lives on this side of the Mountains. We got together at BWW like we have done so many times in the past! Unfortunately this time was not like the rest. We received alright service but he was very pushy. I felt like we were being rushed to get through the meal. The wings looks about a week old, and the wrap we ordered was a Buffalo chicken wrap and it came with lettuce, cheese and chicken in a tortilla thats it. I spent thirty dollars and the meal wasn’t even worth 3 dollars. It actually sucks because we are huge fans of BWW. I will say this the quality of the food will definitely be the reason I wont be back.

A great corporate sports bar. There are inconsistencies with the quality of wings even flavoring, etc… The guy running the wait-staff seems to lack customer service skills, but the waiters are very friendly.

This place is a chain, but they do it right here. It was a little choppy at first, but they have it dialed in. The wings are generally meaty and hot. There is tons of variety with flavors. Plenty of options with sides. If you hit it on the right day, you can get a good deal on your wings. You can get 70cent wings on certain days of the week. You should try the pretzles too. The service is friendly and fast.

Obviously this is a huge chain and if you like wings there is no way you won’t love this place! Try the salt and vinegar rub, you won’t be disappointed! The establishment is new, clean, and has a super sporty and fun environment. Never had an interaction that wasn’t great, the staff is so friendly and helpful!

They’re service wasn’t great. Once we got our food not but 10minutes later our server came and gave us our tab. Which we wanted dessert. We were out for a special dinner. Then after not seeing her for 15 minutes or so she came back and asked us if we needed anything else. I said yes we would like dessert. She took the order but never even cleared our table so that when we got our dessert there would be somewhere to sit it. The guy that delivered our food was nice though.

Good food. Wing Tuesday is the best deal. Wings are less than a dollar only catch is you have to get at least 4 wings or more. I recommend garlic parm, lemon pepper, and Asian bbq. Also get lemon pepper fries! They put the lemon pepper seasoning on the fries it’s yummy for people who like a tangy and savory taste. However be warned, service can be really slow.

You know it is what it is. A commercial restaurant… I prefer to support local but the wings are pretty good. I try not to eat unhealthy and this for sure doesn’t have healthy options. The bar is always packed and looks fun. Great place to grab a beer and watch a game if you’re into that.

1st time going tonight. Little packed and decided to sit at the bar. Our food came out fast and tasted great. The guy was honest in his recommendations of what to get and explained the menu. My drink has never been so full. The waiter refilled my drink before it was even halfway gone a few times. The Parmesan wings were my favorite, and their wild wings were actually spicy. Will be going again.

Average food, poor seating service and understaffed crew. Came when many tables were open, parking lot wasn’t half-full at best and still waited 20 minutes to be seated, reflects heavily on the management of this BWW. This franchise location, this isn’t a corporately owned BWW so you can’t be part of their rewards program, has limited parking so many times I just pass by this place and go somewhere else, and I should have this time as well. Great for viewing games, no matter what you want to see because they have many TVs to choose from. Beyond that, think about someplace else. The owner/manager need to put a little work into this place to even come close to experiences I’ve had at other BWW locations.

Great wings, great atmosphere, full bar. Parking can be difficult when it’s busy. Definitely a go-to for watching sports. Service is quick and gets everything right. Menu is a little pricier than comparable establishments.

Yay for lots of tvs for football! Boo on everything else. Food was absolutely awful, service was terrible, and overall just a crap experience. We try to avoid chain restaurants and we’ve been to a BWW before, but this one is terrible. Avoid at all costs. The beer selection is average at best, and they charged us for my soda refill. Who does that? Pretzels? Yuck. Artichoke dip? Blah(after they forgot it with our«Tablegating» shareable, they brought us a fresh one). Wings? Okay. Nothing special. Nachos? Those were not nachos. Nachos require cheese. Queso? Crap from the jar at the grocery is better. Garlic mushrooms? Bad. I am not going any further. No one came to bus our table, we had to ask our waitress to do it. And for refills. You have like 2 jobs woman. Take food orders, get drinks. No bussing, no serving, not much besides get some napkins and refills. So frustrating. And then, after waiting for someone to bus the table, we moved everything(in one stack) to a nearby empty table. Where a waitress had to pick it up and hand to a busser and the two proceeded to talk crap about us. Needless to say we left very unhappy. TriCities doesn’t have a fantastic selection of places to eat, but there are plenty enough you don’t have to go here. Don’t go here unless you want OK beer and lots of tvs. Those are the only reasons.

Been to a few BWW in my travels. Nothings changed: Pricey, and wings are mostly dry. It’s nice to have variety which is what BBWs offers but if I want wings then I’m going to Wingstop. The upside is the staff is always accommodating, TVs everywhere, food is prompt, sports! and of course, Boneless Thursdays.

Like all the other BWW franchises this one is exclaly the same. If you like consistency then this is the place for you. It just open this week, but the servers for the most part were very attentive and friendly. The food was pretty good, I ordered wings because that’s what they are known for hence the name. Like I said before they are consistent in their food. I have been to the yakima location flavors are all spot on. They also have alot of games going on if you like to watch sports. They have other food other than wings as well. Over all a good place to eat watch the game or hang out with friends or family.
