We were first timers here, but we will be back again. Feel like we ordered a little of everything because we couldn’t decide and honestly I’m not sure what item was the favorite. The service was amazing also! We had deep fried mushrooms, chicken wings and Mac N Cheese.

They try hard. Food is average, beer selection is great. but aging former Pizza Hut facility is in need of a MAJOR cleaning. Lots better in the TC area.

Great beer selection. Food is okay. I prefer Barley Hubs food as tap houses go. Fits in well in Richland.

I like this place a lot. Good beer selection, and food is usually done well(it is a pub).

The food is pretty good. Beer selection is great! Service… not so much. Don’t have high hopes to be served quickly.

On Saturdays I’m sometimes do a produce drop off right by this place. I tried it last weekend shortly after they opened. I was the only one in house and the service was excellent, my need was always anticipated. They have an intriguing selection of local beers(tells you how many miles away the brewer is) and I ordered the bruschetta which was excellent.

This pub is bomb. Hands down one of the best in Richland. Grab some garlic fries or a Philly cheesesteak and a beer. This is a place you can spend 3 hours in it and not even realize it. Come meet some locals and grab a brewskie.

Gotta say… not a fan. :(I guess ok for bar apps. We just felt like we should have eaten at home. Our meal was like eating out of the center isles of the grocery store. Food regret is a bummer.

Decided to try there again as it’s been a couple of years since our last visit. The food and beer selection were quite good and this time the only noise came from the bar area and those folks cheering for the Portland Blazers(Lillard put them on his shoulders again and lead them to victory in a Double-OT) We will return again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Brandy always has good suggestions and a smile for everyone. The garlic fries are wonderfully pungent so consider that if you are going to be near anyone you don’t know well for a couple days after eating.

I like the beer selection; although, there seems to be an overabundance of Hefeweizen styles… At other places it’s all about the IPA, but McKays usually has like 5 taps of Hefeweizen. Not a complaint, just an observation. The staff is friendly and the owner is into Beer, which shows because they have good beer, and usually something unique and interesting on tap.(Variety is the spice of life) The food is ok. Appetizers, like wings and fries, are pretty good. I normally do not order food, because it has been hit and miss for me. I’ve never had anything bad, just mediocre… The place is usually pretty loud and the constant sports on multiple huge flat screen televisions is annoying. The beer list is a hard copy that is rarely accurate. They go through a lot of kegs and a hard copy beer list would be hard to keep up on. I think an electronic list displayed on one of the annoying televisions would be a nice touch???

Great beer selection, pretty good food if pub food is your thing. I got the SW chicken wrap and it had lots of flavor! Service was mediocre up until the end when the waitress split the check without our large group of 12 having to awkwardly ask. That alone earned an extra star.

For non-beer drinkers, the homestyle root beer is delicious!(I believe it had Snoqualmie in the name.) Burgers were delicious, but pricey. Fries and garlic fries were yummy too. During the day, it was an easy, laidback environment to enjoy with friends!

My first impression was not so good because we ordered samples of beer and there was lipstick on one of the sample cups and when I used the bathroom(single use) the toilet was clogged before I even used it. However, after the owner fixed the bathroom issue and took our order, everything was great. We ordered the feta bruschetta and it was yummy! The huckleberry honey and chocolate stout beer was delicious! My husband and I split a Reuben sandwich with garlic fries and a small order of buffalo chicken mac n cheese. The Reuben was tasty and the garlic fries were amazing. The mac and cheese wasn’t what we expected but was alright. The owner who was our server gave us exceptional service despite the large crowd. We will definitely go back for beer and fries. They also have growlers for sale. Fun date night! :)

When I lived in Tri-Cities, this was my go-to spot for great beer, a knowledgeable staff, and good pricing. When I’m back in town for work or fun, it’s still the go-to spot. The tap list is constantly changing, but if you’re looking for some good standby’s there will almost always be Irish Death and PBR. Bottle list is also fantastic. As mentioned, almost all of the staff from Dave(the owner) to all the servers, can help you find a new brew that matches your taste. Yes, it’s a bit slow at times, but I’d rather have smart servers who can make good recommendations than have tons of servers always around who have no idea what they’re talking about. One quick note on the food — it has gotten MUCH better. That being said, after reading some of the other reviews, I can’t help but laugh. People: this is a beer pub; you go here to get really great beers with a ton of selection. If you want gourmet food, go to a gourmet restaurant. Whining about food not being up to your standards AT A BEERPUB is like whining that the music is too loud when you go to a concert.

Out for a bike and beer crawl I decided to make this a pit stop along the route as I know they’re fa mouse for having a large beer selection. Now, granted it is a Sunday afternoon, I must say the experience sucked. Walked in and sat down at the bar and waited at least two minutes for some old lady behind the bar to even acknowledge me, and had to wait another five so «Dave» could get back from the store and pour me a beer. We’re they slammed? No, I counted 6 other people in the place… I get why. Secondly when the bar keep/grocery shopper got back he proceeded to ask the poor couple next to me if they wanted onion rings with their burger and pulled out… a bag of frozen rings from the grocery store next door. All in all, get a beer(if you can), they had a wide selection which quantified my two stars; but if you’re wanting good food you’re probably better off going elsewhere.

Best damb Bacon Cheddar burger in the whole 509… Med/rare with hot juices, I hear the beef is not frozen, fresh angus from OR. Works for me… And the homemade andui(sp?) chili on homemade fries will make you slap your mamma… Beer selection is pretty well covered here… Remember to tip well, the staff are all hard workers… Esp Lindsay…

I can’t believe they got so much stuff in this space! This used to be a Pizza Hut delivery only location, but somehow they managed to fit a cozy fun pub style place in the same building. I want to speak about the service first. Friendly, super friendly, like you have been a regular for a long time. Think Cheers and you are Norm. Now I am not a beer snob, so the sheer volume of offerings for all the different taps is just awesome to me. Irish Death seems to be the talk of the town lately, and they have it. I normally don’t like the dark beers but this one is good and went great with my food. And about the food. First of all, I think the prices overall are really reasonable, except I would say knock a dollar of the burger. My Bacon Bully, a six piece of bacon burger, tasted awesome and was big, but $ 10 for a burger seems just a bit high. Next time I go back I am getting a rib eye steak though cuz those are only $ 13. That is an amazing price for a rib eye steak. Also had the Nacho Bombs which are like cheese sticks but they have cheddar instead of mozzarella and the outer coating is like nacho chips. Served with sour cream and salsa, this was just awesome! The atmosphere is like a rec room. Nice dark woods and comfortable booths and chairs. And six 51″ screen tvs to catch some sport action… awesome! Billy, the man in charge, came and talked with me about how I liked everything and just really seemed to care that I enjoyed my food, which I REALLY did. I haven’t felt this welcomed in a restaurant in the TC since Baron’s Beef and Brew was running. Sadly that place is long gone. They are going to be open until 3 am starting January 15, pulling the taps until 2 every night. Can’t wait to eat here again!
