Dude this place kicks the most butt. It’s like the epitome of any non chain grub pizza joint you’d find in the big city. Really good if you are craving some dank pizza but you don’t want too greasy or you don’t want a chain and also want to simultaneously play some old school video games. Highly recommend. Employees were super nice and helpful can’t wait to go back.

Great food, and super cool owner. Wish I had time to sit and play some videos games he had set up at the bar.

Previous reviews about the lunchbox sandwich on focaccia bread weren’t kidding. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Very friendly service and highly reasonable prices.

Stopped for an impromptu lunch and to support a local business. Very busy lunch time spot with the high school. $ 5 for three slices and a pop. I had the lunchbox sandwich which had caramelized onions. A half plus a side salad and a drink was a huge portion. The owners were serving and on the run the entire time I was in. Pizza looked good and the patrons all were satisfied.

25 minute delivery time @ .5 mile, not bad guys:) The employee who took my phone call was both polite & informative. We travel to Richland weekly and try out different restaurants using yep. I’m a bit surprised at the extremely high ranking.. With Taxes included $ 19 for this 8 slicer

Delicious pizza, friendly service, and first gen Sega games? Count me in! We tried the cheesesteak pizza, and it is highly recommended. Also, those flying fish in Sonic The Hedgehog are jerks. :) We’ll be back!

Since the Lunch Box had such great reviews on Unilocal,we decided to order 4 pizzas from them to serve at our football party. All four pizzas were soggy and the crust was very bland. We were very disappointed and even our guests were saying that the pizza wasn’t very good. After paying $ 49 for crappy pizza, I feel very duped! I wouldn’t go back.

Walked in and explained I had never been in before. I got a run down of the menu and some suggestions. I was recommended two sandwiches. I went with the Lunch Box as the menu says its so good they put their name on it! I have to agree if that was my introduction to this place then I’ll have to go back! They give you the choice of three home made breads, Focaccia, Wheat or Sourdough. I went with the suggested Focaccia and it was exactly what I needed. It had a perfect outer crust that reminded me of pizza dough, yet was still moist and chewy. Their namesake has ham, turkey, swiss with caramelized onions and a custom made cranberry mustard. The flavors are bangin’! On the side they included a pickle. Thanks guys for a welcome introduction to your restaurant!

I’ve been wanting to try this place after all the awesome reviews. We ordered the carry out pizza special. The pizza does not have that cooked in an oven texture. I’m sure they are tossing pre-made crust on a revolving pizza toaster type oven. The crust was not crispy and the bottom had that docked cardboard feel but it didn’t taste bad. I would order this over Pizza Hut. I hear from friends that the sandwiches are awesome. Also the guys working there were super friendly and I always want to support local business. I think I’ll try some sandwiches next time. Thanks!

I love this place and all I’ve had so far are the sandwiches. Eating here is like watching the Avengers movie. Say what? Oh you loved the hell out of that and can’t wait to see the next one or what the hell just watch the movie again?! Exactly!!! This place superhero upper cuts you in the mouth with tastiness, karate chops you in the throat with customer service, and straight kicks you in the goodies with ambiance and friendliness to kids. What’s that? You’re too tired from fighting crime/sleepiness in meetings and don’t want to go out? They deliver! Can’t tear yourself away from video games? That got that too!!! Why are you reading this and not there now!!!

Positives: The pizza is good. I haven’t had a type yet that I didn’t like, and the first one my friends and I tried was so mouth watering we never wanted it to end. It remains one of my favorite places to order from in the Tri-Cities. The Lunch Box is not the cheapest place around, but I would never call it overpriced, especially when you take the quality of the ingredients into account. Their sandwiches, eaten fresh at the restaurant, are *amazing*. Flat out amazing. Flavorful, filling, lovingly put together and just as full of great ingredients as the pizzas. I think I even like them better. Their hummus is great! There’s something very bright and unique about the taste of it. Its a little tricky to describe but its worth trying for yourself. Negatives: If I had finalized my opinion of the sandwiches after trying the one I had delivered to me, my praise wouldn’t be so glowing… Not that its their fault. But by the time it got to me the bread was a little soggy(instant appetite killer for me) and the meat was barely warm. Once I picked off the soggy bits it was still an acceptable sandwich, but not nearly as wonderful as the next one I had, eaten in the restaurant. Basically if you don’t like your delivery sandwich, you owe it to yourself to try it fresh. Seriously, it’s 100% better that way. I should also probably mention that the people complaining about inconsistent business hours are not just being grumpy. It’s a thing. I’m optimistic that won’t always be the case, though. Overall: There’s a lot of talent and passion going into The Lunch Box and Pizzeria. It’s a *dream*, and you can tell.

We ordered the Smokey Pig Sandwich and the Awesome-tarian Veggie Sandwich for lunch. The Smokey Pig Sandwich was very gooey and filled with smokey ham. It was very tasty and I would order it again in a heartbeat. The Awesome-tarian was less than awesome. The bread was very dry and the sandwich contents consisted mostly of chopped spinach without any sort of sauce to hold the sandwich together. Overall, depending on the sandwich the Lunchbox is an okay lunch stop(hence the 3 stars). I would have added a fourth star if the Awesome-tarian was not so disappointing. Finally, be prepared to pay pretty penny — $ 8.00 for a sandwich and a pickle.

I truly want to give these guys 5 stars because their pizza is genuinely good but here’s the thing: It’s saturday. This day was essentially made for pizza. I mean, when else can you truly kick back with a nice slab of dough, tomato sauce and cheese and have exactly ZERO responsibility? It’s dinnertime. That’s when pizzas are most commonly ordered. And where are the people who work at The Lunch Box? Who’s the heck knows? Certainly NOT working. This represents the FOURTH time I have tried to go order pizza during normal business hours and they are closed. No facebook post, no sign on the door. Just closed. Learn to run a CONSISTENT business and you guys would do great.

Nice local joint, great pizzas. Slightly pricier than some, but well worth it for the home cooked style food. Support your local entrepreneurs!

Called in an order today and got a Supreme pizza since they had a few nice reviews and #misohungry. Talked to the gentleman and he said give me about 15 minutes for your pizza to be ready. Upon arrival, the i was greeted right away and he proceeded to hand me my large pizza pie which was roughly $ 19 and some change, i just rounded my receipt up to $ 22.00! The restaurant has a nice setting, a couple flat screens showing the whooping the Seahawks were placing on the Giants today. Ive tried the pizza next door at Pizza Pipeline. This place is heads and shoulders better than its next door neighbor. Their supreme pizza was sooo bomb. The ingredients were fresh and makes Papa John slogan of better ingredients better pizza seem like a joke and don’t get me wrong! Papa Johns is a great pizza chain but i prefer to support someones dream. The onions, peppers, olives, pepperoni, cheese flavors were popping off all over. The dough was fresh and soft in the middle and a slight crunch on the outside, perfectly cooked #DoughGameProper A++++ Give them a shot guys! You really get what you pay for! Im really pleased i was able to feed 4 people off of their large pie!

Yum. Friendly staff, Snoqualmie artisan root beer on tap, home made hummus with delicious little fried bread, perfect pizza, pumping A/C, and clean. Pretty much the perfect place to eat! A cold beer is really the only thing I could see lacking if I had to pick something(which I hear they are working on.) give this place a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed. *gluten free/vegan options available*
