Papa Murphy’s

The pizza is great but pretty much everything else isn’t. The pizza is good but isn’t baked, it’s expensive and to add insult to injury it’s provided by some high school kid that obviously wants to be serving you as much as they want to spend a day without internet. Too much? Ok, maybe just an afternoon. Seriously, I’m sure this kid probably performed an all nighter advising world leaders on ending world hunger while simultaneously conducting eight triple bypass surgeries and curing the common cold. For whatever reason their next great gift to society is to work at Papa Murphy’s and get really annoyed if they have to actually work.

I go here once a week (every Friday) and get a large or family sized pizza. This last Friday I ordered a chicken Mediterranean thin crust and when I got home and unwrapped it I noticed very little chicken and very little cheese (and not a lot of anything else really. I only paid 12.99 for the pizza so maybe I shouldn’t be so upset. But, when I took it out of the oven after cooking it for about 14 minutes the outer edge was quite crispy but the pizza was so thin that when I tried to remove it from the tray it actually stuck to it. They ripped me off three ways (at least). Not sure I’ll be back to this place and they OWE me a damn pizza!

We enjoy several pizza choices around here, and this is one of our favorites. Nice to take it home and have it ready when we are. This Papa Murphy’s has always been clean and has a young but friendly and competent staff. There are usually coupons out or a good specials in the window.

I was in there on September 29, 2014 and it was the most horrendous pizza buying experience I have ever had. First off they were super rude, I dont know if it is because I am only 20 and am not the usual customer base or something else, but I have never had someone be that rude to me before. Then they over charged me for the new Angus steak pizza, $ 14.08 when it was advertised on the front door for $ 11. When I realized this, I got back in line and waited to see the same girl at the cash register who had just checked me out. Once I got up there she was upset with me for pointing out her mistake and instead of refunding me, like she said she would, she recharged me for $ 11.91.
I being dumb did not think to check to make sure that she had done this properly, damn my good faith in people, because today when I got my bank statement, it informed that no she did not give me a refund, just charged me again. I should have been suspicious, because she took all of my receipts and would not let me have any copies. And let me say that was a terrible pizza for over $ 25!!! I will NEVER EVER go back in there, after I go in and try to talk to a manager and get the original refund!

Very good pizza at an excellent price. I traeger it when I can but the oven method is almost as good. The whole family loves it.

Twice I have phoned in an order and using a friend’s car, picked it up, no problem. Decent pizzas with fresh ingredients, easy to cook. Agree with another reviewer that the ingredients are pretty healthy.

Ah, take ‘n’ bake pizza. There’s something about grabbing a papa Murphy’s pizza and cooking the pizza pie in your oven which makes pizza a little bit sweeter.
This Papa Murphy’s is in my ‘hood, so when I have the urge, I call in an order and head over. (this is a good idea, because they can have a line during the evening rush). The staff is always nice (on the phone and with their greeting you when you walk in). The prices are more than reasonable, and they have quite a few pizza options to choose from. I also saw that they have cookie dough for sale… but I fought the urge to pick some up.
If you’re clueless and lazy about dinner options, this is always a good last minute plan.

Great place for good pizza nothing beats them except pizza hut but that’s only when I don’t want to cook.

Messed up order, made me wait 45 minutes for pizza that was done but they didn’t bother to call the order. Slow. Very disappointed after using the one in Kennewick for the last 2 years which is way better than this one.

Best pizza at excellent prices.

Good Pizza and healthier than some others, no grease.
