The people who were working the day I came in were warm and welcoming. The bagel was really good and they had a great selection. I had the dill bagel with onion and chives spread and lots of veggies! Delish!

Just got two bluberry bagels toasted with cream cheese. Bagels werent even toasted and the cream cheese was absolutley disgusting. Also something must have changed in their smoothie recipe because its no longer worth my money. My boyfriend and I used to love this place but it seems to be going down hill.

First time in Some Bagels with my daughter. Great little place. Simple. Good service. Very friendly. Ordered the blueberry bagel with marionberry cream cheese. Very tasty. Too bad about other reviews. I like. I will be back. Love to support local business. You should never expect too much with small places.

The service here is as slow as I’ve experienced in a long time. There are at least 3 folks in the kitchen, very little traffic, yet I waited at least 15 minutes for a bagel with Tuna and even then, what I had asked for was not received. I will not return.

The food is always fresh and the people who own it are hard at work EVERYTIME I go in. Which is generally at least once a day! The shop is clean and they’re always in stock of everything. I love the pumpkin bagel!

Wonderful bagels! They put on tons of cream cheese, and have fast service! They are so popular that they quite often run out of bagels by afternoon! The coffee is great, but of course they are a bagel shop not a coffee shop. Absolutely delicious!

Not many bagel places that we have found in Tri-Cities since moving up here this fall from Southern California but this place is definitely delicious and as good as it gets!!! I particularly enjoy the everything bagel, it really has everything on it. Incredibly flavorful and delicious. We’re no longer buying bagels from the grocery store!

Stopped in this morning and got a cinnamon swirl with frosting cream cheese bagel and a blueberry bagel with marionberry frosting. Normally they do a pretty good job to not put too much cream cheese on their bagel but this morning was the exception. It left me feeling disappointed by this. This will kill your food cost since your new employee is ill-trained. Bagels become a mess to eat and becomes less desirable to frequent this particular location. Also noticed that she did not ask if i wanted it toasted or with any toppings. Overall it wasn’t the best experience, i just wanted to let them know what they need to improve on.

I think«Some Bagels» is an adequate way to characterize the food at Some Bagels. They were were neither Very Good Bagels or Very Bad Bagels. The only way their name wouldn’t work is if they meant it like in the movie Babe where the character said the Babe was«some pig» in a highly complimentary way. Anyway, my girlfriend and I picked up breakfast there on President’s day morning. We each ordered a Southwestern bagel sandwich on a jalapeño and cheese bagel. My girlfriend ordered hers with bacon, and I got sausage with mine. The bagels themselves tasted fine, although I detected neither jalapeño nor cheese on my bagel. There also didn’t appear to be any jalapenos in the Southwestern egg, which was advertised to have bell peppers and jalapenos in it. The egg actually was more bell pepper than anything. They really should have chopped the bell peppers smaller. The sandwiches were fine, albeit a little bland. On the plus side, they did have a great selection of bagels and it looks like they serve gelato too. If I ever visit Richland again, I wouldn’t be opposed to going back to Some Bagels and getting some bagels.

Worst service. Worst food. Perfect example of how not to run a business but when you are the only bagel place in town do you really have to try?

Some Bagels is ok, but I’ve got to admit it didn’t blow me away. Lots of bagels to choose from(I assume they’re all fresh, and they are tasty). Lots of selections on the menu. I made the mistake of assuming my bagel concoction was coming on a toasted bagel, so don’t do what I did and you won’t be disappointed! Don’t get me wrong, I ate what I got and liked it(veggie concoction), but it would have been sooo much better if it wasn’t cold! One last note: the service was really great! That being said, I’ll probably go back, I just hope it’s not too much trouble for them to toast it(or have the option given)!

If you love all things bagels this is the place for you. I enjoy their bagel sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. I like to go in and get a bag of the day old bagels. I usually skip the cup of fancy cream cheese though because I can’t swallow the price. As fellow Unilocalers have mentioned the service can be very hit or miss. It can take them a while to get your sandwich to you, especially if you order to go.

Okay, the bagels by themselves are pretty incredible. Blueberry bagel, tomato and basil bagel… mhmm. However, if you’re there after around noon, there is NOTHING. High school kids frequent here and they pretty much buy out the store. The amount of cream cheese they give you is a rip off. It’s like a dollar more for cream cheese, and they give you about a teaspoon. Dumb. The coffee is over priced and not good. Don’t even bother with it. Burnt espresso, gross. They charge you 75 cents if you use a credit card when the total is under a certain amount… but they won’t tell you. HOWEVER, my biggest complaint would be the people that work there. SO. SLOW. It is beyond frustrating waiting 25(!!!) minutes for them to toast a bagel and slap some cream cheese on it!!!

The bagels are my favorite. I’ve been coming here for about 12 years. I’ve moved but its always one if the first places I go when I come home. I order breakfast for my sister, brother, mom and myself plus a half dozen to go and bagel chips for under $ 15! I love that they keep it cheap and simple. My great grandparents lived off Symons right behind here and now my mom lives there. Only a few original business’ are still running in the uptown complex and I hope some bagels stays! Oh and I love that you can call ahead and reserve fresh bagels so they aren’t gone by mid morning.

The bagels are fantastic. The espresso was forgettable. I know they’ve probably been around for a while, but their cafeteria style dining area could use an update. I’m not in Elementary School anymore, and I don’t want to be. If I come back, it’ll probably be a to-go order.

Delicious! Vegetarian-friendly…tasty cream cheese, awesome bagels, and a friendly helpful staff. I like the veggie supreme one(see photo) or the denver breakfast bagel with egg/onion/green pepper.

This was the best Vanilla soy latte I’ve had in a long time(in and out of Tri Cities). The bagels are great too! My friend I visited with called this«classic Tri Cities» I’m not from the area but if this is «classic tri Cities» I want more of that!
