I called on March 2 and spoke with«Tyler,» who made an appointment for March 3 to review the scope and details of a possible concrete refinishing project at my residence. He missed our appointment and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to determine if we could reschedule. Apparently this company is so busy and has so many clients that they don’t need the«little guy» and his small time projects? I consider them unreliable and offering very poor customer service.
