Decided to stop by here in the morning for an iced Americano. Coffee was made way too sweet. I couldn’t even drink it. Plus they charge more than Starbucks for a smaller drink??? Seems ridiculous. I’m all for local businesses but at the same time I want an amazing Americano. Won’t be returning.

This is our go to coffee. The only complaint is we drive all the way across town to get it past at least 5 other coffee shops. Still worth it.

Great white chocolate mochas! Staff is great and when you become a regular has your drink ready for you. Tasty breakfast bagels as well.

Great place with great group of employees. I will drive right by either Brand «S» or brand «DB» to go here every time. Love their «Smokin’ Mocha». My dog Feather always likes going there too because she gets treats.

First off, I think it’s great when a locally owned business supports it’s community. I’m not a coffee drinker but I made it a point to try them out to support them and their generosity for a local family (#TEAMDUSTIN). The Revitalize drink was delicious! I had my 3 year old daughter with me and wanted to buy 2 drinks to support the cause. The gal at the window suggested making my daughter’s drink with club soda instead of the energy stuff (thank you!!!) and also added some cream to make it taste like an Italian soda. She loved it! I think I’ve found a new place to go when I need a pick me up. Keep up the good work!

I love drip coffee but hate Americano. This place has drip ready to go, I would call it average to weak. Definitely not worth the $ 3+ they charge for a large. Aside from slightly high prices. The staff has always been very very friendly. When they first opened they would have my order ready. So prices for the quality I give 3 stars. Customer service and the way I’m treated when I go. 5 stars. Unless their drip roast gets darker and the price goes below Starbucks, I have no reason to continue to come back.

Found this little coffee place and I’m glad I did! Customer service is great. Coffee is good and the Bacon Cheddar and Chive bagels are to die for!!!

Great little spot for coffee! The staff was very friendly and seemed to love their jobs and takes pride in outstanding customer service. I was referred here by my sister who claims supporting small businesses is the way to go. I agree with her totally.
I ordered the backdraft breve while had mild hints of caramel and vanilla. The 32oz was just out of this worldly big!!! I also ordered a chai tea latte for the wife which she claimed was better than Sharehouse Coffee’s version. I had a tiny sip and it seem to pack the flavors there. The breve was missing something. The flavor of the Backdraft breve seemed to just fall flat. No smooth coffee flavor, nor was it pack with decent flavor. Mildly disappointed, however with their friendly smiles and great customer service. It was definitely the highlight of my visit!
I’ll definitely be back since i seen they also serve bagels… which I’m a sucker for. Give them a shot guys and show them some love.

Not the best coffee in Kennewick, but not the worst. Coffee was sub-​par, staff was nice enough, but the pricing is a bit high for the quality. Plus: they have a parking lot, so you can park and chat if you’d like after going through their little drive through. Hopefully next time will be better, since we tried it right after they opened, and they were probably just getting used to running smoothly.

Delicious coffee and generally great customer service! Love that they carry the powdered white chocolate flavor, which I swear tastes better. Sometimes it takes a little while than longer to get your drink (s), but worth the wait.

When N and I stopped through the drive thru to grab a couple iced coffees to-​go, we weren’t greeted with a cheery and smiling barista (like we are accustom to), but rather a quite, meek, and shy young girl.
I figured since this establishment is fairly new, this may be her first job, so I wasn’t too concerned. I quickly gave our order, which was some «fire» /​«fireman» like names, and then gave my cc. It took an excessive amount of time to get our order even though we were the only car at that time.
I was excited to try the new coffee because of reviews I had heard from some friends of mine. I, however, was deeply disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt and it wasn’t cold at all. I had only 5 ice cubes while N had about 7.
The combination of the service and taste has influenced our return. I imagine we will be back for a second chance, although I’m more hesitant to waste money on less than ideal coffee again.

I’ve been here three times now. So far I have only had excellent drinks and service. The Smokin’ Mocha (a mexican spiced mocha) is one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had. Just go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been a long time fan of Dutch Bro’s and Roosters, but this place is nothing like those two.
I love the atmosphere, and the people working there are so down to earth and chill.
I love that they are always open to making and trying to make new drinks.
I hate the taste of coffee, but love there drinks.
