Sagetree Electric of Tri Cities

I called Sagetree Electric to come and run a new dedicated circuit for my microwave. The person I talked with when I called was very friendly and an appointment was set up for someone to come out and take a look a couple days after I called. Mike came out and gave me the rundown of all that would be involved and what some of the potential «unknowns» might be. He was very knowledgeable and patient, allowing me to ask many questions. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was even able to send a crew over the very next day to do the work! He also had no problem with the «while they’re here, can they also fix this» request that I had. The two guys that came out (Brad and Devon) were great. They worked hard and were so careful to not make any mess. I really appreciated their work ethic and pleasant personalities. I am a very pleased customer and would recommend this company to anyone! Sagetree came out to make a repair to my pantry light which was damaged by my alarm installer. I was supposed to get 3 estimates before the alarm company would reimburse me. I don’t have time for that. I called Sagetree because they wired some new houses in my neighborhood. I called one day and the next day the crew was out to fix my pantry light in less than 1 hour. They were so efficient, helpful, timely, and very reasonably priced. I would hire them again and highly recommend them. The office staff is helpful and called me twice to get an appointment set… so quickly. Hard to find service like this anymore!
