Stephanie is the best! Always engaging and fun. My drink always comes with laughter :)

I have been overtly pleased with the service I have received from Stephanie! She always takes the time to acknowledge my dogs and gives the puppy whip! I have never had someone make sure my drink was exact the way she does… and trust me, I’m always difficult when it comes to my drinks!

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. The employees are rude, they put milk in my drink more than once when I specify soy milk, then they leave the whipped cream off because I said soy. Don’t assume I’m allergic to milk unless I say so thank you maybe I just like the soy.

Very expensive for subpar, gritty, to sweet coffee! Very unfriendly staff as I am used to the outstanding, friendly, cool staff at Dutch Bros!

I have been to many Starbucks establishments across the United States and this one completely took the title of Worst Starbucks Ever. It seems as if customer service is something they are not quite fluent in and they are allergic to serving the drinks you actually ordered.

Ok so I got to Starbucks when I’m traveling because it’s convenient, the service is generally friendly and I can always count on the menu. This Starbucks had the first two but not the third. I can’t do soy or milk and this is the first Starbucks I’ve gone to that said they’re too small to have coconut milk as a dairy substitute very disappointing. They were appropriately apologetic but I won’t be back.

It feels like I’m here every day. The baristas are always very friendly and the coffee is always made right. I’ve only had a problem with a drink one time, and they fixed that problem in under a minute. This Starbucks is close to the house but I would drive a couple extra miles if it wasn’t!

You know what the coffee is like. The only questions are: Do the baristas know what they’re doing?(yes) Are the staff friendly?(Very) Is the atmosphere okay?(place is small, and unadorned) Do you want your cappuccino wet or dry?(?)

Long wait for an adult coffee and kids hot cocoa and two toasted chonga bagels … okay, I now realize that’s a tall order(hehe) but we waited after paying for a good 5 minutes. In the drive-thru of a coffee chain. That’s gotta be unacceptable. The barista did tide us over with a friendly and genuine conversation so that was really nice. My huzzband also mentioned how he’s always enjoyed each time he’s been there, as that was my first time ever.

The slowest drive-thru ever! I tried it twice just to see if it was a random fluke. Nope! I sat in line for about 15 minutes prior to getting my coffee. The coffee tasted like normal Starbucks coffee and the service was okay. I just can’t get over how long I waited in line for my order.

Hands down(just not while you’re holding your coffee) the friendliest baristas out there!!!

From now on, every Starbucks I meet will start at 3 stars unless they wow me! Why? Because they cost too much and are in too many places, and they quit carrying croissants. These guys are about average for the franchise. Staff fairly friendly, even if they sometimes mess up my order. I usually only frequent this location if I am close and in a hurry. If I have time I hit up Latte Dog down the road because they taste better, cost less, and are just more fun.
