My barista was supet sweet and friendly! Tried the Snickers drink iced and it was delicious! Super creamy. White Rocket is usually my go-​to drink. Roasters never seems to disappoint!

I enjoy the local vibe here! And there check in deals are superb! However I’ve had better caramel macchiatos at Starbucks but I really like their snickers drink! Honestly if you are getting a cold drink than blended is always the best route! That way you don’t have to worry about drinking it too fast and only having watery coffee from all the leftover ice. Seriously though check in deals rock! Especially here in tricities which hardly have any, $ 2 for any ANY drink you want is way cheaper than most coffee places

New to the area and we are sold on Roasters. Elizabeth and Zack have our drinks ready before we order. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is great. We have been to this shop over 20 times in the past month and haven’t been disappointed once.

Had a great night at the Rock !! Frequent flyers here and seriously thought about not returning to the restaurant because of previous service that we have experienced. I’m glad I gave the rock another chance because our waitress Fidelina Rocks !!

Absolutely love this place! I can quickly come in and get my coffee. Everyone always has a smile on their faces and cheery attitudes. The coffee is amazing and doesn’t break the bank. Thank you Roasters for providing a friendly place for me and my family to enjoy!

Came here for the first time this last week. I got an Americano, which was great– but I was really impressed by the customer service. Very friendly and happy… without going overboard. The barista seemed happy to be doing his job, and made me want to go back. Thanks!

I usually just get regular drip coffee, but wanted something special this morning. Came here and ordered the Snickers specialty coffee. It was marvelous and exactly what I want in a specialty coffee — rich and creamy, hazelnut and chocolate under tones, with the coffee still shining through. The berry scone, despite being a day old, was buttery and crumbly at the same time. I loved the décor, which was modern, with a cute outdoor sitting area too. Baristas this morning were friendly, and efficient. Would 100% come back.

This was my first visit to this location and I tried to check in with Unilocal.I felt the baristas were very unaccommodating and actually a bit rude. I’d hoped to redeem a Unilocal offer but when the app was slow, the baristas were not «customer friendly». My drink was good, but if you want good service, which I think is part of the coffee-​culture, I highly recommend any other Roasters location, especially West Richland!

We went to the new Southridge location today. The décor is adorable– very very cute and welcoming. The coffee is good too! The only reason I would give it three stars is the barista was NOT friendly at all. We were trying to small talk with her and literally the only response she had is «what do you want to order» after everything we said. I noticed she did the same thing to a few other costumers.

Roasters is the best! Not only do they have great-​tasting beans, but the baristas really know what they’re doing behind the counter. My drink is always good. They always get it right and always do it with a smile. Liz and Zack are awesome!!!
I can not figure out why people still go to Starbucks. Do they really think their coffee tastes good!!! Go to Roasters.

I’m a roasters regular visiting the new Southridge store and the store is awesome! Very uniquely decorated, definitely has a lot of style and reminds me of the richland store. Coffee is just as great as other locations and staff awesome as always!
