I wish there were 6 stars! We brought in a huge party(40+) on a Saturday night with no reservations. They seated us within an hour, all the tickets were separate, for the most part got all of our orders correct. Portions were huge! Price is fair, the quality of food was very good. Service was friendly and not too slow considering how we hit them with such a large group. I would definitely come back again. One final note, ask for Kylie!!! Awesome server, great person who works very hard. She’s a real sweet young lady!

Good burgers, but they give you an entire bag of jojos or fries alongside. Who needs that many fries?! The menu is small but the food is good.

Bland! Overpriced! Why should I pay $ 13 for a frozen hamburger and some frozen onion rings. This is just such a rip off. Everything was bland and greesy. For just $ 2 more you used to be able to get a fresh farm to table hamburger at Fat Cow(Gordon Ramsey) at a much better location(The Grove, LA). Why would anyone waste time or money on this frozen junk.

Went here w friend becuase we’ve always LOVED their steak salad until we got the bill. Now $ 16.00. And the advertised 10 oz steak was NOT, but maybe closer to 6 oz. The dish is mainly lettuce? The waitress explained after our ticket shock they had to raise it due to manager skimming and they’d been«under charging» for long time. .this«salad» is NOT worth 16.00 when u compare it to what u can get at other establishments for that price point. .it’s lettuce for cripes sake.. so sad not to go back. See what u get at Texas roadhouse or others for that price that’s not mainly«lettuce».

We dropped in at Bob’s in Kennewick after the state cross country meet with about 40 teenagers and parents — separate checks even! Every waitress’ worst nightmare, right? Anyway, the waitress did a fabulous job, the manager, hostesses, and bussers all pitched in to make it work. The food at Bob’s is always good. We’ve eaten at different locations all over Washington and you get the same chipotle chicken bacon burger at every location. The beverages are generous and reasonably priced. I was very impressed at how the employees jumped in and dealt with a very large group efficiently and with good humor. Can’t wait to pop in on them next year!

Great time to go! Late afternoon. Hot fish and cold, fresh side salad. Sat in the bar and wait staff was great. Never had a bad meal here.

Bob’s Burgers & Brew is THE place to go for either. Yes, they have a wide selection of burgers and brews, and also salads, soups, &c. I’ve been going here since they opened, and continue to go back. The food is consistent, the service is always good, through several visits, I find I almost always go to one of my ‘faves’ when I eat there – the jalapeño burger or one of their salads. The only drawback is the noise. If you go during their busy time, wear ear plugs. If you go during the off-hours, it’s pleasant. I almost gave them 3 stars because of the noise factor, but I’ve learned to go during the ‘off’ hours. Oh, and the tvs are distracting. I can see having them in the bar, but no where else. I’m not a breakfast eater, but their Breakfast Buffet is wonderful!

My husband and I have tried this location twice; and each time we’ve been very disappointed. The first time we went our food arrived cold and we sent the food back and when it arrived my dish was incorrect! They didn’t even offer to cover my food or offer a discount. The second time we went yesterday; 9÷19÷2015 and my husband and I both ordered the«FRENCHDIP Mounds of shaved roast beef on a steamed french roll makes this favorite something special. Served with Au jus or Bar-B-Q sauce. $ 14 Half $ 9.» The picture and description, in my opinion is a big LIE, the sandwich consisted of a huge fat bread bun, NOT steamed french roll, and the MOUNDS of shaved roast beef was REALLY2 slices of roast beef, and then a shit ton of fries. We will NOT be going back, very disappointing and at that price we could go to Arbys and get a REAL sandwich with 3x as much meat for a quarter of the price. The young woman who served us; was in such a rush when taking our order that we felt like she was pressuring us to hurry up and make our decision. If Amanda wasn’t ready to take our order she could have said she’d be right back, instead of rushing us, and that is why she received a shitty tip. We usually tip over 20%. I think it’s really sad, because the building is very nice and clean and the maitre d is always cheerful and sweet.

When I lived in Bellingham my friends and I would hit up Bob’s. Since I have moved away I’ve been missing my burgers(gotta love the Double Dutch!) and wraps from Bob’s. Lo and behold, on a recent trip to the Tri-Cities, I discovered this Bob’s just a mile away from my hotel! Yes! We stopped in for lunch one afternoon. We ordered a couple sandwiches(BLT and Turkey Dip) with chicken noodle soup and a Southwest Chicken Wrap with a side of jojos. The chicken wrap had white meat chicken, tortilla strips, lettuce, corn, black beans, cheddar cheese, and southwest dressing. With respect to the soup and sandwiches, the consensus was that the soup was average, the Turkey Dip was slightly below average, and the BLT was pretty yummy. As for the southwest chicken wrap, I really enjoyed it. The chicken was flavorful, and with the sweet corn, slightly spicy dressing, and crispy tortilla strips, it was really the perfect combination of flavors and textures. The jojos were also great – nice and crispy. The portion size was huge to boot! I easily was able to get two meals out of mine. The service was great as well. Our server was really friendly, attentive, and fast. We let her know we were under a time crunch because I needed to make it to an interview, and she was very prompt in taking our order, bringing our drinks and food, and bringing us anything else we needed. Overall, Bob’s Burgers and Brew is a solid lunch and dinner spot. I recommend giving it a try!

I was hoping this would be a great place, but my hopes were crushed. The burgers have a flame broiled taste that’s almost fake, the meat was unsalted and bland. The toppings were pretty good, but the onion rings were greasy and just warm. For such a nice building its a shame their food doesn’t deliver. Glad we were only passing through.

The burger meat and fries need more flavor. It has a nice atmosphere in the bar area. It is probably wrong to say, but for taste I rather eat at the dirty bird(Red Robin). They try hard though.

The burgers are delicious. I don’t even care you have to wait as the service can be a little slow. The bacon cheese burger is spot on with thick, delicious bacon, pickles and a special sauce. I got a side salad instead of fries. The side salad was a pleasant surprise — get it with the champagne vinaigrette. Add an ice harbor ipa, sit on the patio. Not a bad sunday afternoon lunch.

Those days when you want a hamburger but not a fast food burger and go in search of a place that will feed you a real hamburger, well, it isn’t here. At least, not for me. Or, at least not this trip. Decided to sit in the bar or «lounge» area because it was happy hour, and one never knows what kinda deals might be on the menu. Besides the hubby likes the bar area because there is always entertainment(TVs, something that is rarely on in our house) and people watching. Plus, if you are lucky, there is entertainment provided by the bartender. Thumbs up for the menu items with various burgers because it was really difficult to decide which burger was going to be my lunch(rather late lunch or early dinner). I was vacillating between the Aloha burger, the Hawaiian burger(yep, there is a difference), the Guacamole Bacon burger or the Bob’s burger. Final answer? The Guacamole Bacon burger, well done, with salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing(not fries, potato salad, fat French fries – jojos, nor soup – which I noticed was Clam Chowder). Lots of choices. Food came fast at approximately 4 in the afternoon. The bartender made the comment that there wasn’t much going on in the kitchen at that moment. However, my burger was not well done, as I could see some red. In all fairness, I should have really just sent it back and told the chef to burn it. If well done is red/pink, then«burning it» might be well done. Instead, I ate it, but it does bring the rating down. Bacon was thick and long(a bit fatty). The guacamole was tasty, but the hamburger patty was sliding out one side until I decided eating on the other side would be smart. Then the patty was sliding out the other side. I went through at least three napkins. Good thing the waiter/bartender left us with a pile of extras. I think this hamburger would be one that I’d really enjoy if the meat had been cooked correctly, or rather to my taste. Salad was great and the dressing was tangy.

Super yummy. First time we visited we weren’t impressed. How ever I always give places two tries. This time I was not let now. Onion rings were amazing. Also got the mushroom chicken burger. Super tasty.

Bob’s has okay food– I recommend their croissants, which are normally on their specials menu. They have a ton of burger options, but some of their items are only listed on their senior menu. Their customer service is sub-par at best, and smaller groups are often skipped over in lieu of large groups, despite the fact that many tables are open and washed. The service is pretty slow, and the food is bland, but they have decent prices. Worth a shot if you’re passing through the area, because it is conveniently located off of Highway 395, but there are better options available otherwise.

Bob’s is a very safe bet for any meal; I was glad to see it as we passed through Kennewick on our way home to Spokane. The meal service was good, the staff was friendly as always, and the prices are fair. We enjoyed sitting in the bar watching preseason football. My wife’s steak salad was delicious; however, the meat was grizzly.

So I’ve passed this place a million times(well, two million times cuz round trip) on my way from Portland to Spokane. I thought the idea seemed awesome. Tons of beer and good burgers. I didn’t think I was setting my standards too high. Uh, microbrew lovers beware, this isn’t really that kind of place. It’s like a Red Robin-y chain of beer options. I’m not hating, exactly, but I’m not a fan either. The burger was just«eh». Nothing out of this world. Now, the Yeep nation spoke to me in the form of jojos. I did think the jojos were pretty spectacular. That, I grant you, Bob.
