Not only the best food truck in the tri — cities, possibly the best food in the tri. Never have been disappointed coming here. My two favorites are the chorbada burrito (huge) and the porky adobo. There’s always something intriguing to try on special and you can never go wrong with any of their salsas. Thanks guys!

I have never had a bad thing from here! Fresh ingredients, amazing people and great salsas! The portion sizes are great too! Try their daily specials they are always so different!

I got the «Triple Threat» and it was delicious; my wife got the carne asada tacos, and my daughter got the «fat cat.» We are from California and love good mexican food; the «Fat Cat» delivered! They could compete with many of the premium food trucks in LA.
The lady who worked the order window was very nice and helpful in explaining all of their various menu items; the food and service was «off the chain!»

Great service — my favorite food truck anywhere. The food is creative and distinct, like nothing I’ve ever had before. Each menu item is a slight (delicious) deviation from what you might find at another restaurant.

Damn this was good food! We called ahead as we had a group of 15 starving golfers and we didn’t want to overwhelm a small food truck. Our party was not a problem for them at all! The staff was so friendly and kicked out food faster than we could eat it. Everyone was pleased with their selections and I think we covered the entire menu board.
Fair prices and excellent service. No complaints!
Food was great. I had half of the Chicken Fat Cat Burrito which was so good! Spicy and covered in delicious sauces. Also had half of a Smokey Bandito burger which was my fave! Perfectly cooked – the bacon was so tasty, grilled bun, messy without being a disaster – just the way a burger should be!
Wish I was in the basin more often to keep eating this goodness!
Did I mention the staff was FANTASTIC? Cuz they were. I even felt the need to go back and leave more tip money as I ate and saw them continue to bust through a big line with zero issues while keeping huge smiles on their faces. Happy staff makes for happy customers!

We love this place. Cheap traditional tacos with awesome salsas to throw on them. They’ll give you a generous amount of to go cups for the salsas if you’re heading home.

Their tacos rule, their sauces rule, the people rule, and yeah. If you haven’t been there already, you are seriously messing up.

Kept it simple: 2 chicken and 1 beef taco. Simple yet fantastic! Authentic street meat with some really amazing sauces to try. Also, the lady that takes your order is super sweet. I’ll take this over chain food all day every day!

They now accept cards and that makes them a five star restaurant wish they were open on the weekends but it is what it is… Spectacular food! Oh and the salsa… OH MAN! IT IS SO GOOD!

This place is quite the little gem! I read previous Unilocal reviews and was super excited to try this place and boy was I not disappointed. The service was excellent and although I was skeptical about the odds of a great hispanic inspired food truck tucked in Kennewick Washington boy was I surprised! I’m a native Californian and this place could run with the best of them. The food was incredibly fresh and the array of
Sauces were amazing as well.

Absolutely delicious! A good variety of menu. Not your typical Mexican Food Menu. Highly recommended.

I don’t know where to start! I guess since it is so rare I have to say the service makes you smile and want to come back every day!
Beyond that the food is A++! I got the spicy hamburger which was awesome. My wife got the tacos which were so good we came back the next day for lunch so I could try them again.
Get 3 pork tacos add cole slaw plus their pineapple salsa then sit back and hear the angels sing as you eat!
P. S. Their black beans are amazing as a side!

Just moved here from CA. And found this place on Unilocal… and it is a great place to eat. The quailty of the food was great. Not to expensive… and if you are a light eater the size of the burritos could be 2 meals! The selection was good.

This is the original high quality street food in the Tri-​Cities. The Mexican food is delicious, but they have plenty of other of options. It is friendly for a vegetarian or vegan. They have a sweet selection of salsas you will not find anywhere else. Any place with three types of pork on one torta is great in my book. Get it!

EAT. HERE. After 48 hours of scouring Kennewick for decent food, we finally found the El Fat Cat food cart.
The cashier was very helpful and described each menu item in detail. We settled on the Chobada burrito and the Fat Cat Chilada. Both were delicious and huge.
We also tried almost every salsa. Favorites were habanero and pineapple.
A steady stream of customers came though, many seemed to be regulars. Most were on a first-​name basis with the employees, and vice-​versa.
Our only regret is that it took us so long to find it. We will make a point of stopping here in the future, whenever we have the misfortune of visiting/​passing through Kennewick again…

El Fat Cat Grill has lived up to its hype! I was told about this place awhile ago, but never made time to look for it. Today was the day, and WOW what a day it was! This place is so good, I should have came sooner! Best taco truck cuisine ever! Brought my family with me. We ordered the feature meal of the week, «Spicy Slaw Chicken Torta,» chicken quesadilla and smokey bandito burger. All 3 were delish! The flavor was powerful! Party in your mouth! We will definitely come back and recommend everyone to try it out.

For non locals like myself this food cart is behind the car wash on Edison.
It’s a little cold outside and you have to sit at picnic tables. There is an overhang but the tables were still a bit wet from the rain. There is 1 patio heater still not enough warmth for this FoodDude.
That said the burger I had was fantastic. It can with slaw which was also very good.
I would come back and keep coming no matter how cold or wet it gets.
