Charleen and Judy are AWESOME! Simply the best in Tri-​Cities. Their education, experience, and expertise are what makes this Pilates and Gyrotonic studio such a wonderful place. If you haven’t tried this form of exersize, you will be pleasantly surprised at what a good workout it is and how it can reshape your body and get you feeling better than you ever have.

I have been going to Studio Core Pilates and Fitness almost since it opened last fall. It is the best exercise I have ever done. Charleen is very knowledgeable and makes the work outs fun yet effective. I would highly recommend trying it out. There is such a variety of activity, you never get bored.
