This is now called The Village Bistro I believe. Great atmosphere. Great servers. All the food looks great and they make a mean latte. Very good experience worth checking out.

For half the cost you can enjoy a better-built salad at Jack In The Box. Their shrimp louis salad was comprised of browning iceberg and not enough dressing. $ 12.00 was a ridiculous price for the quality and quantity. I left there hungry and irritated.

This place could easily be a 4 star, but there were a few things lacking. California turkey with a side of potato salad: sandwich was very delicious. Bread was fresh, soft and the perfect amount of chewiness. They didn’t skimp on the ingredients. Downside was the potato salad. Tasted like the stuff from Reeser’s. Home made would have been much better(especially for the price of the meal). Alpine Dipper with chips: avoid at all costs. Dry roast beef, processed cheese slices and the au jus was like brown flavorless water. This is a poor take on a French dip. I wanted this place to be better. Just a few changes and it could a nice lunch spot.

Classic, simple, delicious. My husband and I have been looking for a place like this in the Tri-Cities. We ordered the pesto turkey sandwich — generous portion of meat, perfect amount of fresh pesto, and came on a warmed focaccia bun. There’s nothing crazy here, just locally sourced quality food.

This is one of my favorite«mom and pop» places in the Tri-Cities. They serve hearty breakfasts and amazing soups/salads/sandwiches for lunch. My favorite sandwich is the Turkey Pesto served on ciabatta bread. Their prices are decent for the quality of food that is served. The only downside is the service — I have been several times with different people and the waitresses are always hurrying but don’t seem like they are doing much. If you want a good meal but aren’t in a hurry, this is a really good place to eat!

This is really a sandwich shop that serves breakfast. The food is consistent, the soups are excellent and my favorite sandwich is the egg salad. I am not sure how much is actually homemade or scratch made, but it is consistently good. We go there for the breakfast… a good deal. we normally share a scramble and then I get a side of pancakes or French toast. the staff is wonderful and attentive…

Not going back for an over priced sandwich and rude service. I went on my lunch break arrived at 11:30 well before lunch rush. Don’t know why it took more then 20 minutes to make a BLT sandwich and potato chips for $ 9 but after the food was on table the waitress never came back to refill drinks or see if we needed a box. We needed a box and I looked at clock it was 12:15 so we chatted alittle and tried to flag down 2 other waitresses with no success our waitress was missing. So after 15 minutes of trying to get a box I finally got attention of a waitress on her way to another table I asked for a box and she literally rolled her eyes! I know your busy and we aren’t your table but really made me feel bad I will not be going back! Then we had to wait at front counter to pay. Maybe if the waitress handled the ticket payment she would be more attentive?

I went to this place today for lunch sort of randomly. The place doesn’t look much like a deli, but the food is fairly reminiscent of one. I had the Reuben sandwich which was only ‘ok’. The corned beef was good quality, but there was way too much sauerkraut. Do you really care about this level of detail? Anyway my parents both liked their meals better than I, so that is why I gave the place 3 stars instead of two. The service was so-so.they brought my meal several minutes after my parents, who split a Reuben and a bowl of soup. I suppose they couldn’t make two sandwiches of the same type at the same time AND ladle out a bowl of soup… into two cups, mind you. Come to think of it, I will give this two stars.

Not good, service was just ok. The advacado was brown and chicken was undercooked. Overall a pretty bad lunch and I’m usually easy to please.

Great place for lunch. Seat yourself dining. Great service, nice little coffee bar(Tully’s Coffee) and good food. Nice atmosphere too and often a lot of people. Only complaint is that the prices seem a little high, but still a very enjoyable spot for lunch.

A nice place, nice atmosphere, nice personnel. Good breakfasts, including an espresso bar, if you want your morning shot.

Excellent pesto turkey sandwich — It was a great switch from the normal chain sandwich places that I usually go to for lunch. The décor is really out of date and I personally think it could use an ENTIRENEWSTAFF, I have a HUGE issue with poor service and this place is by far the worst offender and its not like it was a one time thing, ohhhhhhh NO, I have gone there on 4 different occasions and every single time the service was bad — No personalities and complete lack of well… anything good to say… other than the freaking awesome pesto/turkey I would NOT go back!

Can anywhere in Kennewick earn more than three stars? I’m really starting to get freaked out knowing I’ll be living here for the next couple of years. Don’t get me wrong, this place wasn’t horrible but if I wanted an Alberston’s deli sandwich then I’d go there and pay five dollars instead of the ten I paid for this supermarket quality wannabe sonufabitch.

I just love this place! It’s on my places to visit when ever I come home. I have been coming here for well over 10 years and I want to say I still see some of the same faces. The sandwiches are great, the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. They have yummy pies and even an espresso bar for coffee freaks like me. Unlike a lot of smaller businesses they keep growing and getting better without compromising what makes them unique.

My girlfriend and I stopped here for lunch today. We wanted a change from the usual chain sandwiches and burgers, and this was perfect. It’s a nice, clean little place with some outside seating and good menu of soups salads and sandwiches. It is a good place for lunch and reasonably priced too, with sandwiches running about seven dollars. They also have an espresso stand, for those who enjoy coffee. Although we were too full from lunch to have dessert, they were offering pie and ice cream which sounded delicious! I can’t wait to go back!

This is just a simple little sandwich place. Which is good. It’s a place where you’re likely to run into your mother(my mother actually is the one who turned me onto it) or her friends, and the interior is reminiscent of a family’s house. I don’t mean that in a bad way, either – it’s actually pretty comforting. Likewise, the food is simple – sandwiches, soups, salads – but pretty good, as well. I like to hit it up at least once each time I go home to visit my family, and it makes for a good place to get a sandwich and reconnect with friends because it’s pretty quiet, and not crowded at all(I’m not sure I’ve ever seen more than about 10 – 15 people in there at a time). Anyway, check it out – and I’d suggest trying the BLT.
