Great service, hat waitress check on us twice, manager once, relished drinks instantly before we even figured we were going to need more. The wings were well bathed in sauce and food was neatly placed on platters… From reading other reviews it seems like it’s worth another visit as it may be under new management or something because it’s the best service I have gotten at a Buffalo Wild Wings(Including Chicago and surrounding Suburbs)

To drink beer and watch sports OK, but to eat anything passable as food is not going to happen. I deplore what passes for wings here, the only thing on the menu I have found at BW to be passable was the cheeseburger and now even that has been destroyed. Now they tell you they do ‘press’ burgers, which means they take your beef patty and squish it so flat that it looks and tastes like an air hockey puck. Bön appetite! Sorry BW but I will go just about anywhere else if it involves food. Even my side boat of vegetables looked hurting, all dry and worn out looking, how do you mess up carrots and celery sticks?!

This review is regarding the service for a recent takeout experience, not the food itself. My husband decided to bring home dinner for the family since it was Boneless Thursday. Woo-hoo! Simple order…20 wings. He placed the order by phone before leaving work(he works 5 minutes away). He arrives to pick it up, they take his info. Then they act confused and ask him he ordered; he tells them; she enters it into the computer and charges him. THEN, after the fact, she tells him…“we have no record of your order, so we’re going to put the order in now. It’s going to be about 15 minutes”. He’s irritated, tells her«never mind, I’d just like my money back», then she disappears into the back, returning 15 minutes later with the order… which should have been ready because he ordered it 20 minutes prior to arriving. By phone! He didn’t want to order it online because they screwed that up once before too(same thing… no record of the order). I’ve never worked in a restaurant, but typically when someone is clearly irritated and says«Just give me my money back» that is your cue to quickly find the manager to rectify the situation(we know they’re always there… buzzing around the tables bugging the dine in guests asking them how their meal is). They didn’t bother to offer a discount for the inconvenience, or throw in any extra wings or maybe some fries, and even had the nerve to charge him 60 cents for each cup of ranch(2 cups total). At this point, he’s saying never again, which pisses ME off because I like the place(with the exception of their takeout orders ALWAYS being screwed up). Good one BWW!!!

Love BW3 but won’t EVER go back to the location in Kenosha. Will happily trek extra 15 minutes to the Racine location to avoid ever contributing another penny to this location. Although the meal we had was great as it normally is, the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. Evan was our server and would be much better doing anything other than serving customers. In Evan’s defense, they were very busy when we first arrived but his service was painfully slow even though they were busy. He didn’t smile once, and never once did he ever check on us proactively. — Once we got our food, he never checked to see if everything was ok. And we had to ask a server to find our server every time we wanted a drink(which ended up being four beers for me in 2.5 hour span. I could actually get over all of that, expectations shouldn’t really be that high for any chain type restaurant– we weren’t @ Morton’s or Ruth Chris– and I’m actually pretty easy to please. The real issue I have is that they refused to serve us anymore after I politely complained to our waiter. The last time another server found Evan and sent him to our table he asked«would you like another beer» I said«yes in fact I’ve wanted one for the last five minutes. Anytime you see that I’m close to empty please bring another». I said all of that with a smile. He kinda gave a dirty look and mumbled something at that point I was not being fun or smiling anymore I said«man your service has sucked all night I’m just asking that you don’t let me sit with an empty glass for five minutes at a pop» His response«because you said that I’m going to have to refuse serving you anymore» we asked for the manager and spoke with Sarah, she said she’d have to support her employee and agreed that she couldn’t serve me anymore. I will say that Sarah was friendly and even apologetic(why, if I were over served?). Shortly there after as we were waiting to close our tab, the General Manager, Amy, came to our table and again was apologetic and friendly but said she again was going to support her employees. I asked why? Was I rude, loud, belligerent, drunk, just a reason… her response: «it was actually her call to stop serving us and she had told Evan to not serve us anymore based on how many we had ordered in the time that we had been there»(Very odd, if not a lie. If she had instructed Evan not to serve anymore why did he come and ask if I’d like another beer?) she went on to say«Its state law in how much can be served within certain time frames» «based on the number of beers we had ordered they couldn’t serve anymore, that they are supposed to evaluate quantity served and consider the body type.»(I’m 6’3″ 275# and had four tall bud lights in 2.5 hours). I asked very politely«do i appear to be drunk or disruptive» Amy responded no and she understood and apologized again. At this point it was irrelevant because we had closed our tab and were leaving… I don’t think she was going to ask us to stay, but confirmed I didn’t appear to be over served. It’s unfortunate, that a server that had his feelings hurt because he was called out, politely I might add, for providing terrible service. What a shame thank god there are many choices in the area for me to choose from when we don’t feel like driving all the way to Racine for some BWs.

«Well BW3’s, after 10 years, I think it’s time we need to go our separate ways.» After last night’s ordering-and-not-getting debacle, and this early morning’s unbelievable gastro-intestinal explosion, I am firmly saying goodbye to going back to that overpriced, corporate, mismanaged, «trying-to-be-kitchy-but-really-just-pandering-to-the-unshaven-masses», dump. Now granted, we don’t order from BW3’s every week, not even once a month, so to have so many bad experiences within the last year means that EVERYORDER in the past 12 months(roughly four times) have been riddled with errors and quality issues. I had another bad experience picking up my order yesterday(which, by the amount of people in there, the order should have been ready upon the quoted 50 minute allotment). When I got there, they hadn’t even started the order, so I had to wait an additional 25 minutes on top of the wait time quoted by the website. Then, once my order came out, 3 out-of-the 4 items were wrong, AND7 out of 10 sauces/condiments were just randomly thrown into a bag and were not part of my order. Furthermore, I didn’t even get MY sauces(which I always enjoyed as a ray of hope regardless of how bad my orders have been). After standing at the counter correcting everything with the busboy, and subsequently clogging the counter area up with all of my stuff for an additional 10 minutes, I at least got my order correct and was able to leave. I thought my woes were over. Everyone ate. We were at least satisfied that our food was home(albeit stone cold and it all had to be reheated). But we were able to eat.(In retrospect, because hindsight is 20/20, I should have opted for cereal…) At 5:15am, the most painful stomach ache woke me from a dead sleep and forced me to rush to the bathroom in order to not soil the bed. To my amazement, the porcelain didn’t crack under the direct bombardment of the explosion that occurred, but it truly made me wonder why I subjected myself to this… So, I feel that without much recourse, I need to give the Kenosha Buffalo Wild Wings the Ol’ Tip-o-the-hat as I mosey on down the road. The abhorrent service decline, overpriced garbage food, minimal care in quality, lack of effort in customer satisfaction, and overall dismal display of actual attention given to customer care gives you, Buffalo Wild Wings a big, fat ZERO in my book. For a person, like myself, to be brand-loyal to a fault, walking away is the BESTTHING I can do. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me four times… F___you very much.

We went to this BWW’s last night. First of all, Alyssa, our server, is probably one of the worst servers we have ever experienced. As a matter of fact, if we go there again, and Alyssa is working, we will ask to NOT be at one of her tables. It took a long time for her to bring our drinks, she never asked if we needed anything, we had to flag her down in order to order another beer, ask for extra napkins, etc. All the while she disappears for long periods of time only to surface and begin flirting with the guys at another table. Food was not good. Chilli con caso appetizer was watery, with no meat or beans(chilli !) Wings, were dry and inedible. Took them home to dogs. Come on BWW’s! We go to Bww’s for the video games, but like to also go for the food, drink and service.

Super service… captain Darien took her time out to give us samples of the new salted caramel BBQ& butter sauces. She also built rapport with my son and shared some«words of wisdom» for his trip to college next year! Waiter was attentive & polite.

Slow service. Decent food. Great for small groups. Skimpy on the bbq sauce on the wraps. Wings are good. Always seem busy. Good appetizers.

Bathrooms are filthy, no paper towels in the dispenser. Took 15 mins to get first beer, then it was flat. Saw our server once in 20 mins. Food was not great. Recommend Wings Ect. Over Bdubs

Why is this reported closed by Unilocalers? It is open. I was here last week amd it was an awful visit. We were sat by, the bar. Over 10 minutes before I flashed down the manager to ask for drinks. Our waitress finally showed up. I asked her to return in 3 minutes as we had almost decided… another 10 minutes later she showed up. We finally ordered the food. Good arrived in a normal amount of time. But my wife and my kid had to wait until we flagged down a server for a refills… these are buffalo wings. Needless to say, despite the food, the service was bad.

Exactly what I expect from a BWWs. But, the lunch got out pretty quickly and the server was very attentive to our drinks and filled them in a timely fashion. The interior seems to be remodeled(and is nice), but be prepared for some parking issues — construction makes a rush hour a little difficult. Nice servers, the manager was ensuring that every table was happy, and the food was what I expected. All in all, I would go back, but mainly because I really love their sauce variety.

Our family of two adults and two teens ate there last night. We were celebrating a couple of things and wanted a fun meal. The wings were pretty good but on the spicey side. I would definitely order the garlic parm wings again. Appetizers were great. What really made our experience great, was our waitress, Felicia. She guided us through the menu, told us some happy hour specials, suggested non-alcoholic special drinks for our teens and suggested a beer that I had never tried before and just loved! She really was very attentive and took great care of us. We would come back just for her.

It should tell you something that this place has been here for years and only has 5 reviews. I got duped into coming here AGAIN by some coworkers for lunch after I had sworn the place off from previous visits. Same story: overpriced, undersized portions, lame wings, lame burgers, and decent fries. I could forgive them if the wings were great, but they’re not! The wings are tiny. I can make much better wings at home that are twice the size from Woodman’s right next door. The sauces are the only redeeming quality, and decent prices on beer.

I met my parents here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was busier than I anticipated but that’s not exactly a bad thing for business. A lot of college sports were on, especially Badgers basketball. But they really know how to pack people in there. Not a lot of room if you are at the tables along the wall(non-booths). If you were the unlucky person in the group, you would have to squeeze your way by the other table to sit. The service was pretty good. Our server was polite and was constantly checking up on us. However, a few items were forgotten when the food arrived, but that could have been the kitchens mistake too. The food was ok. The sauce on the wings were lacking. Overall, what I would come to expect when visiting a major chain like this.

My first time here was yesterday for the bears vs packers game, and it was great! We were sat right away, and our server ALLIE was great! Super sweet and attentive, plus she was a bears fan! Prices are good here, we drank and ate for about 4 – 5 hrs and with gratuity included only spent $ 50. We played some bingo game during and i was able to win $ 10 off coupon for my next visit. There will be *definitely* be a next visit!

Visited in the middle of the Brewers’ game. TVs were cued up and the crowd was thin… perfect. The Parmesan Garlic wings were fantastic! I tried 4 flavors(hot, PG, sweet bbq and medium); this flavor was my favorite. Nate is a fantastic server; customer service was excellent. Try to go on a special night(Monday or Thursday); otherwise I think the wing pieces are overpriced.

I don’t really like reviewing chains but I have to talk about B Dubs, our favorite place to have a family dinner.(or lunch as the case was yesterday!) There’s always a cheap beer of the month on tap, which of course no one can complain about, and the wings are always just the best. And the sauces! So many sauces! From mild to wild I think we’ve tried them all. My personal favorite flavor is spicy garlic, with the mango habanero a close second. The hottest is definitely the blazin’, and if you wanna go nuts, mix that with the spicy garlic and you have what is known as «The Brown», named after the man who created it. The potato wedges aren’t bad either.
