I called another nail place before going here, I am so glad I couldn’t get in at the other place. I went in for a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. I felt so welcome, the staff was so nice. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. They do great work and I have as in and out with time to spare. As my tech was working on my nails it nacelle clear that previous two no chip manicures from the other place were not done well, the cuticle coming big off was so much. This is my new go to location! An added bonus is they are open 7 days a week!

I’ve been here a few times, and I’ve had an issue every time. One time my nails were not completely painted. Last time I made an appointment for 4 pedicures and they worked on 3 of us, and then when they were done started on the 4^th. Someone with an appointment should not have to wait 45 minutes. I will say that the staff is very nice, though.

I go here to get gel nails done by Sam. He is an awesome nail tech. You can tell he really cares about his work. He’s also a very sweet guy! I would never go anywhere else to get my gels done!

Best nail salon in the Kenosha area. I moved here from Illinois & searched Gus salon that would do my nails to the quality I am used to receiving. After trying numerous salons I popped into J Nails & haven’t looked any further. Sam is wonderful and always makes my nails look amazing! The staff is great & you truly feel welcomed & appreciated every time you walk in the door. I tell everyone to give them a try because you won’t be disappointed! Even if something comes out different then you expected they will work graciously to make sure you walk out the door with the look you want. I appreciate their attention to detail & that they listen. I’ve found that to be a rare quality at salons today.

I love J-​nails! I have been going to J-​nails for over a year now, and I always walk out of there very happy. I get no-​chip manicures, regular pedicures, and they do a great job on eyebrow waxes as well! My nails always look great and last a long time! Sam, Tim, Sara and team run a great business!

Would never go there again. Paid 50 dollars for a mani/​pedi with tip that it looked like a 2 year old did after fixing several nails. I was so frustrated and didnt want to wait any longer for them to fix anymore i just said they were fine so I could get on with my day. I wanted to take my tip back for the horrible job she did.

I came in as a walk-​in customer and only waited a minute for my gel manicure to begin. The staff is very friendly and the woman who did my nails did a fanatic job. This will be my go-​to nail salon from now on.
Also, they were $ 15 cheaper than the places in Fox Lake, IL that I normally go to.

Just got a fill with Sam. His work is flawless and he does amazing stiletto nails! The salon is very clean and they use quality professional products. This salon is worth the drive up from illinois!

Salon is extremely clean. Staff is super nice. Very friendly and they remember your name. The luxury pedicure is awesome. They take time and listen. Prices r reasonable and you will not be disappointed.

I travel from Chicago every 2 weeks to come see the staff at J-​Nails. Sam, Tim, Sarah, Lisa and Ping are so nice and professional! The salon is so nice and comfortable. They take their time with every customer. They are not the «Turn-​style», quick in and out type of salon. They take their time and their work shows.
They have almost every color you can think of… it usually takes me 20min to pick out a color… and then my mind changes again LOL
The free wine and soft drinks is a bonus!

There are SO many salons in this area, to many which I have been, but this place knows how to do it right!
No, it’s not swanky, or fancy, or hip, but the customer service is excellent. If I’m going to spend a pretty penny on some pretty nails, I want it to be a great experience. Sam provides that here at J-​nails. He cares about every customer that walks in the door and wants everyone to have a great experience.
There are over 300 (almost 400) no-​chip colors to choose from, and probably just about as many regular nail polish color choices include OPI and Essie.
When each customer walks in, no matter how busy the shop is, they are greeted at the door with a friendly hello and asked to pick a color and get comfortable. There are cookies and candies on the coffee table. I was offered a complimentary beverage (water, coca cola products, and I even hear there is wine). The color selection, as mentioned, is unbelievable, and I’m pretty sure the largest selection in the area. And, of course, the quality of the maniure is absolutely great. It even comes with a guarantee. If your nails chip within the first 2 weeks of getting your manicure, even if it is completely your fault, they will fix it for free.
I will definitely be going back for my next no-​chip! Thanks, Sam!
