White Castle sliders are just amazing. I ordered original sliders with cheese(90 cents each). They were worth it. This place was busy on Sunday night but we got our sliders fresh and hot. I also liked their chicken rings. Now I know why Harold & Kumar drove that far for these awesome sliders. Also, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I hadn’t eaten at White. Castle in years sine I moved to Milwaukee from Chicago. I tried this palace tonight, and they are as good as I remember from the old days. The service was very good as was the food. If it were. Located a bit closer to or in Milwaukee, I world be a regular for sure

First time at Wisconsin’s only Castle of White(Impractical Jokes reference for those who don’t know). I hadn’t been to WC in a few years, and I wanted to make sure my gf got to experience it for the first time. It definitely didn’t disappoint. The food was fresh, came out quick & all of it tasted great. The employee who gave me the food was very friendly with a warm Xmas wish. It’s too bad this is the only one in WI, as I would frequent it if it were anywhere near MKE, however, maybe it’s for the best… It definitely brought me back to those late nights of going to WC in Chicago & the suburbs. I’m glad everything went well for my gf’s first time there and am happy I got someone aboard the WC train.

Once upon a time I banished White Castles from my diet forever. It wasn’t until I moved from California to Austin Texas & couldn’t have them anymore that my fetish grew to epic proportions. I’m so crazy about them that in 2012 I drove 2 hours to satisfy one of my favorite cravings… double cheese White Castles and onion rings. Now, I realize that burning a quarter tank of gas is a bit… well… stooopid!(which is a whole new level up from stupid), but I freakin’ love these little square burgers & the store bought microwave versions just won’t do. The full enjoyment only comes from eating them fresh off the grill. Oh, I’m going to be sick, I know it!!! White Castle has a way of tearing my digestive system apart… but it’s a small price to pay for having my eyes roll back in my head after taking the first bite. This is the closest White Castle to Milwaukee, so it seemed fitting to review this location since I stop in whenever going to & from Chicago. Anyone who has ever had White Castle burgers knows EXACTLY why they call them ‘sliders’… & it’s not because they go down so easy! Eating 3 double cheese WC’s, an order of onion rings is truly a self-inflicted injury. It will surely be followed by the most violent bowel movement you have ever experienced in your life, very similar to the toilet scene from the movie Dumb and Dumber. A LITTLEHISTORYLESSON Founded in 1921, White Castle is credited for being the first fast food burger joint, first kitchen assembly line production, first to create standard uniforms, creator of the hamburger bun and first to have standardized methods so customers would be sure to receive the same taste & service at any location. They also took business to a whole new level by creating subsidiaries to make their uniforms, buns and meat supplies. For a while, they even manufactured their own movable, prefabricated buildings designed to look like Chicago’s original Water Tower. White Castles was built as a model to cleanliness, which accounts for its porcelain white walls & stainless steel surfaces. Say what you will, but White Castles freakin’ satisfies my soul.

They call them sliders and who knows maybe they started the slider term. When I got the message that my bud was on his way to work late because of a personal thing and would be passing White Castle and did I want any, my response was f#%k yah. People either love or hate White Castle when you talk to them and I love White Castle because I grew up on White Castle and after a late night of drinking this was the place to go. The burgers are small and square. The beef is cooked on a bed of onions which gives them there great flavor. The bun is a nice soft steamed bun. They are simple with the regular having just onions, meat and pickles. I like the bacon cheese burger and the jalapeño cheese burger. When you bite into one you will notice how soft and moist the burger is. They all have that signature onion flavor as the base for all the burgers. Caution, if you don’t like onions please don’t eat at White Castle because the beef is cooked on onions. Overall I’m in the minority of people I asked who likes White Castle. My only problem is that Milwaukee Wi doesn’t have one and Kenosha is somewhat far to drive for them, yah I’m a fan.

Couldn’t even grab a quick bite at 10pm except drive through, in a large vehicle that cannot go through there drive thru. Never come across a White Castle that had its lobby closed at 10 pm and most I’ve been too have 24 hr lobby service. Waste of time stopping

First, its White Castle, you have been to one and you know what to expect with regards to the food. The clerks at this location, especially in the drive-thru, were overly pleasant, nice, and accommodating. The clerks at this location cannot be expected to be any nicer.

By far worst place!.. whole family got food poisoning from here. also it’s very dirty. After eating about 10 sliders. I pulled out 2 long hairs from my month. Very nasty. True to its name sliders. Sliding out from both holes… never again!

My name ain’t Herold or Kumar, but damn do I love a trip to White Castle. The food may create world records in the intestinal luge, but I don’t freaking care. Get a bunch of sliders and some chicken rings and onion strips because everything is backwards and delicious. It’s great drunk food, and mediocre normal food, but it is ‘food’ I guess. I’ve you’ve never been, go. If you have been, when’s the last time. I thought so. Yum.

I can’t eat at these sorts of places(fast food) any more according to my cardiologist and gastroenterologist, so mostly I don’t. My two favorite fast food chains have made it easier, Chik-fil-A’s official homophobia, and White Castle’s truly awful service. Most White Castle restaurants just wouldn’t be in business if it weren’t for marijuana and beer, because only people who are stoned out of their gourds will wait that long for inaccurately filled fast food orders. The Pristine Palace, the Ivory Icon, White Castle is widely known for slow, incompetent service. But this one isn’t so bad. Don’t get me wrong, the service is not fast, and not generally very precise, but for a White Castle, it’s not bad. It’s in a good location if you’re travelling between Chicago and Milwaukee and have some time to kill.

I came here, and I wasn’t stoned nor was I accompanied by Harold, Kumar, NPH or any other characters from those wacky movies. My wife and I actually decided on this together after scoffing at the limited food options in and around the Pleasant Prairie Outlets. I love the feeling when I sit down with a teeny burger and a little carton of fries. I start to garble out a French/English/Giant type of language and I feel just like one of my childhood heroes Andre The Giant. The food here is really hit or miss. If you’re like me and like variety, almost everything comes in smaller portions and it’s cheap so you can have a lot of different combinations. I’m not a fan of the«Original Slider». The meat tastes like it’s boiled and doesn’t have great texture. But if you dress that little sucker up with BBQ sauce and an onion ring or Jalapeño and cheese like I did on this trip, they can be pretty damn tasty. Not a fan of the fries. I won’t even buy them anymore. The fish slider is a must buy every trip here. Skip the brownie on a stick, it’s nasty.

This is my «go to» White Castle location, and it is still 60ish mintues one way. I still find a way to frequent this location about once every other month or so. The staff is usually friendly. The food is cooked to order(since i order it with just cheese and ketchup) the fries are typically good and the restaurant it self is pretty clean. Beware this isn’t your typical 24 hour White Castle or atleast not the last time i went there, Also as another note if it’s late at night the dining room is CLOSED and it’s only the drive thru. Just as a note to those late night cravers out there. Not a bad idea to call to verify the hours.

White Castle is amazing. There’s really not much else to say about it. If you’ve had the frozen ones your life is not complete and the experience is not even close to the same.

Great place to grab a snack. I have cheese burger, chicken sandwich and fries. The cheese burger was a good snack sized burger. The beef patty was as thick as the cheese slice but none the less a good snack. The chicken sandwich was a thicker, than the burger, slice of fried chicken breast. The chicken was moist and as a sandwich was much better than the burger. The fries were crinkle cut fries. The fries were cooked perfectly, salted perfectly and just plain good. I suggest you try White Castle at least once. Order multiple items like I did. It definitely won’t break the bank. If you partake in it have some smoke before you go.

If you’ve been to a White Castle, you know the frozen burgers do no justice to the real thing. I know many people are not fans and I honestly think its an acquired taste, but I love the little 59 cent mini burgers. My most recent visit was a 60mile-each-way journey specifically with White Castle as the destination. The food is always hot and fantastic. The menu is about the same as you’d get at any burger place(burgers, fries and shakes) but I encourage anyone that reads my review and stops in to get an order of chicken rings. They are delightful. The staff always seems pretty disgruntled, for some reason.

White castle is White Castle, not going to change the flavor or quality too much. However, the service and intelligence of the staff at this location was outstanding. To the point we go out of our way to at least stop for a shake or something on our way to the in-laws. This staff was educated on peanut allergies and took special steps to handle the food of our neighbor with the allergies. I am now a loyal fan to this location!

Never been to one before and saw the movie and had wanted to try it, but southern California does not have White Castle, So when i finally ended up somewhere close to one had to try it. I was one of the first customers of the morning, staff extremely pleasant and friendly, but burgers were not that hot and fluffy. I still gave it four stars as the manager said one of the morning crew was late so they were understaffed to start the day. I guess next time in the area will have to give it a second chance.

I don’t get the White Castle attraction. I’ve stopped twice and each time the burgers have been mushy and tasteless. What’s with the onions?! Couldn’t even finish the burger. No complaints on the fries. Service was slow at the counter. I was the only one in line and it took about 10 min to get two double cheese burgers even though they had over six people in the back.
