Great sales pitch, horrible follow-up.
We had our 4 foot fence replaced with a 5 – 6′ one. The crew flew through tearing apart and the initial build of the fence. There were multiple minor things wrong/needed repair and we got no response– until we told them we weren’t paying the other half until they were fixed. They came back out and fixed most of the issues and were to come back the next day to fix the rest– for whatever reason, my spouse gave them the check for the other half that night and shockingly, they never returned. Our neighbor let us know the next spring that most of the panels custom built on site were coming off– they only put screws in the top rail, not the other two.
