Great bartending, good music, fun and funky atmosphere. Whether you like to watch sports, dance or be entertained by people falling off a mechanical bull, it’s a great place.

Kind of lame. All line dancing or formula dancing. I think all the people dancing took the dance classes. The music mix was all for the line dancers. Overall I was bored.

We just had an awesome time last night at Bourbon Jacks. We were celebrating our friends bachelorette party. Betsy was amazing. She took care of us all night. We had a new VIP section and were the first to try it out. The bar was clean, service was great, and staff was very friendly. We had the $ 299 party package and our party bus driver Don was very helpful and funny. We will be back again!!! Thanks for a great time!

Man, people think they’re cool here. It’d probably be fun if it were my scene. In all fairness, the staff were all really nice.

DJ What is that song??? Oh yeah I have no clue because it is an obscure country song no one knows, that clears the dance floor EXCEPTFORTHEDJ. I used to love this bar but the newer DJ plays from his personal playlist of songs. It has been this way for months & I am going to drive somewhere else if it doesn’t stop. Ugh!

If you love country you’ll love this bar. This bar is amazing. In fact, I’ve Already reviewed it on here before. I just wanted to tell everyone who wants to learn line dances, go on Thursdays with Shannon! She is amazing!!! Deanna lee on Fridays sucks as a teacher. She doesn’t break it up and help engage all learners. Shannon is the best. Come on Thursdays if u want to learn. If u want to drink and watch and dance to your own beat, come any night!!! Such a great place!!!

Pros: actual line dancing, electric bull riding, roomy dance floor, great burger(jacks burger) Cons: not much to choose from the menu, mix drinks are not strong enough, parking SUCKS. Overall fun place to hang out doing a little line dancing and or just have fun watching.

A couple friends and I checked this place out last Wednesday because we had heard about the line dancing classes. None of us are particularly country, but that did not stop us from having a GREAT time! The dances were easy to catch onto, the other patrons were super friendly, and we are already looking forward to going back next week! I only wish that they had a website set up.

Terrible. Awful service, awful staff. Price of drinks changes with different bartenders. I’ve been charged 17 dollars for 2 beers. Do not come here.

If you love country and some actual dancing this is the place for you. This is a country bar ladies and gentlemen: boots, Levi’s and flannel are practically required here. It gets crazy packed on the weekends with $ 5 cover after 9pm. Maybe a little more if 100.7 the Wolf Radio is there along with some live bands. I prefer the weekdays personally, Wednesdays with a little older country and Thursdays with open mic karaōke and free line dancing lessons. It really is a hoot. After 9 it’s still karaōke but the. You get to practice what yah just learned, for the most part every one dancing on the weekdays actually know what they’re doing so it’s ton of fun. The food is okay, nothing special really. The service is great from the staff. With the exception of one bar tender. Absolutely with out fail, it doesn’t matter what girl I bring with me on any given day he always creeps them out just a little. And by a little I mean a lot. Like he might roofie some one. But that’s just what I’m told, I’ve never personally got that vibe thankfully.

Finally, a place to wear my Wranglers and Justins without the disparaging looks such attire would get in Belltown! If you’re looking for country music, line dancing and a mechanical bull, you’ve come to the right place. It’s a good-sized honkytonk. Yes, it gets packed on Friday and Saturday nights, there is a cover after 9:00pm, and the crowd is definitely on the younger side. I enjoy it more during the week, when things are slower. Wednesdays are my favorite, since they throw down a little old school country, offer some free line dance lessons, and have a few decent drink specials to boot. Drink prices are reasonable and the staff is generally friendly and upbeat. I haven’t been there yet for a show, but I hear that they’re pretty good at putting on live music. All in all, this is a fun, fun place to get your country on. Can I get a yee haw?

Fun place. I like how they have a lot of country concerts. We’ve seen a few different people here. Parking can be a pain as it’s a very small lot.

If you are looking for country music and line dancing… This is your place! They do some couple dancing, but it’s more of a lince dancing joint. Which I don’t mind! I have never had the food. The drinks are a bit pricy for Kent, but I won’t ding them on that. I really enjoy myself everytime I go, and that matters the most to me… Life it short. so have fun! =)

I don’t know how to dance, but this place made me forget about that. I had sooo much fun and I am taking country line dancing classes… This is a fun theme night dance bar; I got some cow girl boots and outfit and fit right in. My next visit I will ride the bull.

This place is good for the experience, but the drinks are really expensive, the staff was pretty rude while I was there, too. And the only dancing is line dancing. There isn’t a lot of other options, so if you don’t know how to line dance, your SOL. But on the plus side, the bull is free and fun to ride. I wouldn’t come here if you actually plan on drinking though.

Everyone is wearing flannel and jeans. The parking lot is full of big trucks. These are telltale signs you have arrived at Bourbon Jack’s! This place knows its audience, and caters to them very well. It is one of the few honky tonk bars in the Seattle area, and it’s a pretty good sized space with lots of seating, a pool table, excellent dance floor, and plenty of ladies looking for a dance partner. :) They serve all draft beers in a PBR cup, prices are average. There is a cover after 9 and sometimes a live band. I have a friend who prefers to go on nights where there is no live band because there are more opportunities to line dance/two step, but I actually enjoy a lot of the bands that have come through. Many of the patrons I have come across are very friendly, and you are almost guaranteed to find someone that will teach you a dance if you are willing to learn. If you prefer a more structured approach to learning the dances(so you can show off your skills on another night) they offer dance lessons Wednesday and Thursday nights 7:30 — 9:30. If you want to take a breather from dancing, they have an outdoor area that they keep open on nice nights, a pool table, and a mechanical bull. It’s a great place to host a big group of people as you can reserve tables. They have decent food from what I’ve heard but I have never personally eaten there. Their parking lot is usually full by 10ish, but there is plenty of parking at neighboring businesses that have long closed by that time. TL;DR: A great place to grab some beers and have some fun boot stompin’ and line dancing to newer country songs… and maybe riding a mechanical bull.

I dont care for country so normally I avoid these places at all costs, but we stopped in for lunch today to try it. The menu wasn’t too extensive, but then again its bar food. I had the chicken caesar and my wife had the chicken sandwich — both were pretty good(yup, I had a bite or two of hers). It was fairly slow, so the service was pretty good as well. I might try it again for lunch if I am in the area.

This place just opened in October, and I hadn’t heard of it until this past week. I am so glad I did! It’s a country bar with a nice big dance floor, with line dancing on Friday nights and partner dancing on Saturday nights(at least that’s what I heard). Cover was cheap($ 5), there was lots of great country music, dancing, and hot cowboys! For those who remember Dakotas(may it rest in peace), this place is a worthy successor for the 21+ crowd who like country dancing. The DJ from 100.7 was there teaching some line dances, and they told me they will be teaching more of them on Friday nights. I will definitely be back here soon to learn them all! I also heard they have live music some nights. I just wish they had an active Facebook page with details! ***Update: it turns out they do have an active Facebook page, it’s just not the one they have listed on their website. It’s this one instead:
