Karaōke night is a big mistake. They have good deals for lunch but not the same without Cristy.

I came for the food, after a friend and I tried it out on a Tuesday night and they had a $ 5.25 burger platter on sale, but my friend swore they charged him $ 3.25. My whiskey shot was $ 3, cheap too. I came in last Monday night and notice there was different food specials on different days of the week posted on the outside wall. Monday and Saturday are Rib Eye Steak Day for $ 8.75…the steak was tender, boneless and no grizzle/fat. They would have gotten a 5 star on the steak, but the fries tasted good, but were too greasy.

Won’t be coming back here. Bartender was ok, Friday night, sort of busy… We came for Karaōke, that was a mistake although we did get a show we’ll probably be telling stories about for a long time. There was no consensus on what the host was on but it didn’t make us comfortable or accommidated. We stayed for a few beers, a song or two and couldn’t really see our selves staying for more. We came for a Seahawks game a few weeks later. Tried for a few minutes to get a beer, it was really busy so we left. Just a big meh, we were not impressed.

It was my first time there last night. Bartender was great, place was chill. Karaōke host was the worst host I’ve ever seen! He loved the sound of his voice more than letting others sing. Oh, then while others were singing, he made sure to steal the attention by dancing and acting a fool in the middle of of the bar.

After spending a fun day with my girlfriend around seattle which decided to watch pre-season football, this place has lots of TVs’ good service and reasonably good food but the bartender seemed like he was having a bad day he didn’t fill my beer glass all the way up and he rolled his eyes when i asked him to top it off.

If you want to have a memorable experience, check this place out on a Thurs, Fri or Sat night. Daniel, the karaōke host, is not your average run-of-the-mill DJ. He’s an entertainer who performs to the audience in a way that cannot be described. You’ll just have to see him for yourself. Lol. This place is definitely a dive bar, but Daniel really does make up for that with his charm and positive interaction with the crowd. The mixed drinks are always stiff and they have $ 2 Coronas on Saturday nights.

What’s good: The staff seemed nice enough, the drinks were strong enough, the prices lowish for a free karaōke night. What’s not so good: The karaōke was whack! And by whack, I mean it in a good way but still weird as hell.

The only reason to go here is for the karaōke. Daniel puts on an amazing show and it’s always a good time.

This place is an example of how even a hole in the wall can be great in Seattle. This is an after work bar on a side street. Behind the Denny’s. Not a high traffic location. You could drive down E Valley Highway a hundred times and never see it. You walk into the place and it is fairly simple. A bar straight ahead, two pool tables on the right, and some dart boards on the left. Your basic Washington tavern. When the nice lady walks up and asks what you want to drink, you should probably just tell her because if you ask, «What do you have on tap?» you will be there for a while. Good grief they have a selection. They have normal tavern food, but they also have some amazing food. I was in there the other night, enjoying a Manny’s, and the nice lady plopped down some huge plates of steak, smothered in onions and mushrooms. I have heard legends of the Turkey drumsticks, and other items. You just never know what you will find in a neighborhood tavern.
