This is my families favorite place to order delivery from. Always fast and hot! The delivery guy is so sweet and always smiley :) Some of our faves are the Sweet and Sour Chicken, Beef and veggies, Bbq Pork fried rice and Bbq Pork egg foo yung. Mmmmm

Food is good… when you get what you ordered. It sucks looking forward to eating your favorite dish and finding out it was replaced by something else. Out of six items…2 were not what we ordered. The last 3 times, same thing, even after I make them repeat my order, it’s wrong! I just shake my head

Not a place I’d come back to. I found my dish bland and tasteless. I ordered the broccoli chicken lunch because not much of it appealed to me.
My friend ordered her meal and potstickers as an appetizer. I ordered my chicken and broccoli and eggrolls as an appetizer.
2 eggrolls were given and we had 1 each. The potstickers were plentiful, but there was something about them that turned me right off. Maybe it was texture, maybe it was taste. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but thinking about it right now makes me a bit queasy.
Service was fast and pleasant. The food just isn’t good enough to make me come back for a second round.

I love this place I found it with the help of Unilocal over a year ago and it is still my favorite Chinese restaurant ^.^ the honey walnut shrimp is amazing!

Average Chinese food. But they deliver to your home so ‘yay, I’m a fan!’

I want to start this review off by saying that the workers are always pleasant when I call in and pick up our order. We love the house fried rice. If I’m craving fried rice, I get it here.
So here’s the bad review… Their deep fried squid was definitely not the best thing to order. It seemed liked it was frozen and they just dropped it in the deep fryer for like a minute to thaw it out. Mind you, I know that picking up vs eating at the restaurant can change the texture from crispy to soggy. But I’m definitely sure it wasn’t crispy from the start. And for $ 8.50, I expected to get a little more than what we got. It’s really disappointing. Although the drive isn’t too far, I wasn’t going to go back and complain about the quantity of the order because we were starving! It was on a Friday and during the Lenten season, we don’t eat meat on Fridays so we opt for seafood. Other than the squid, we ordered seafood chow mein and shrimp fried rice. Those were just ok. The chow mein only had 3 shrimps. I’ll keep in mind to just order the house fried rice next time.

First off, the delivery guy is really nice!!! He was the only thing about the whole order that was pleasant.
Okay, this food lacked ALL FLAVOR. The deep fried squid I was SO excited about was thick, chewy, tough and had no flavor. The beef and black mushroom with bamboo shoots … yuck, again… no flavor. We ordered a lot more, and didn’t even bother trying it.
So I called them back, 10 minutes after they delivered, and the lady I had to deal with was very much less than cooperative, asking what exactly I didn’t like, then saying I’m complaining about all the food. And telling me if I ate any of it, she wouldn’t give me back money for it… how am I supposed to TASTE it
YEAH, I’m not spending $ 90 on food I DON’T LOVE!!!
Will NOT be ordering to going there, EVER AGAIN.
Btw, my best friend told me their restrooms speak LOUDLY about their whole environment.
If you want EXCELLENT Chinese, and get DOUBLE the amount… go over to San Wok by Benson Mart. THEY are amazing!!!

Chopsticks is our go to for great Chinese food closeby. Pu Pu platter for 2 is a lotta fun. Walnut prawns and fried rice are other family favorites. Nothing fancy but consistent

Reviewing a restaurant, especially when you just do takeouts can be quite subjective.
I have been going here only for takeouts for maybe last 3 years. I wanted to see if they were consistent in their «dishes» before posting a review
I only ever get Chicken Fried Rice from here. And let me tell you, the fried rice is simply the BEST! You can tell them to make it spicy at varying levels if you wish. Their Chicken Fried rice is one of the best I have ever tasted!
Although there was a period when I did 3 successive takeouts, where it looked like the fried rice «formula» wasn’t the same anymore… they seemed to under cook it or perhaps reduce the flavor. I thought maybe the ownership/​chef had changed. But since then it has been great again!
I recently also tried Chicken with Black Bean sauce and it was pretty good too!
I am sure if i tried few more dishes, my positive review may or may not be the same.
But they sure deserve 5 stars based on my experience. As far as the service go I call them to place an order and every single time I get it on time when i arrive to pick it up. I have never dined in so I cant speak for that

Food was ok. Portions are ok sized but not huge for a dinner combination. This was my first time visiting this place and probably my last. Wonton soup was bland. Staff was pleasant.

I haven’t eaten here for about a year. Not because the food wasn’t good… just the portion sizes are 2 large.
When I did eat here, I always ordered the seafood w/​Lo Mein. It was consistently really good, not 2 greasy/​salty. The food ALWAYS came out piping HOT. LUV THAT.
I do sometimes dream about going back… prob should just get take out — so i’m not overwhelmed by the HUGE plate of food set in front of me. LoL

Dec. 24^th with family, «the order will be ready in 45 minutes»
an hour and 15 minutes later after driving 10 miles to pick up the food… the gentelman in fron of us was turned away because the did not have enough food for him. We were told that if we waited another half of an hour we might get more than 3 of the 8 items ordered.
Wow is all I can say, I will never spend a penny in that soon to fail «restaurant»

Went there for the first time was really not that impressed. Food was okay, but certainly not the best I’ve had. Will not be going back.

Always good hot and fast here. Flavor on the specials nightly! The wait staff is friendly and helpful!

I ordered here for the first time about a month ago, and now find myself constantly ordering delivery. Being vegetarian, its nice to have a place in the area with a good amount of meatless options; and ones that are flavorful at that. I highly recommend the vegetable fried rice, szechuan eggplant & szechuan string beans. Those are my go-to’s. The $ 18 minimum and no delivery charge is a plus, and the delivery person is always nice. Love chopsticks and will definitely be coming back for more!

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a new Chinese place other than our usual for a take-​out experience. Something that has a little more consistency and flavor options.
Enter and exit Chopsticks. Friendly service, yes, good portion sizes, yes. Just no flavor. They at least minimize the amount of rice that you get in the portions, but the food is light on the protein in the portions. Their price isn’t bad, but I’ve paid less at other places and gotten better food.
I’m still looking, though…

I love this place! I’ll be honest in saying that Lucky House is a little better, but Chopsticks delivers and they give huge portions which is a big plus for me. Tonight, I got the General Tsao’s Chicken combo dinner and it was okaaaaay. The chicken was a little tough and the sauce at the bottom was, to be honest, kind of meh. The egg rolls & the egg flower soup though? Amazing. I’m glad that I stepped out of my regular order and got the General Tsao’s though, because now I know not to try it again. My regular order is the Chicken Chow Mein. It’s my go to meal. So good, so filling, and HUGE portions. I’ve gone a few times to dine in, and the experience has always been great. Recently though, we’ve just taken to ordering. Our food always shows up at the time they say, the food is still pretty warm, and the delivery boy is always so nice! Today he was even like, «Hey, long time no see!» and continued to make conversation with me about my new car. All in all, pretty good food, always true to what they say, they’re consistent, and great customer service. Definitely worth a try if you live in the Kent area!

I love it here — I’ve been coming since high school, and now it’s one of my daughter’s favorite restaurants. The employees know us very well, no matter how much time is in between our visits. Prices are reasonable. Food is decent, definitely not the best, but tasty enough to return for a quick fix from time to time. I’ve brought many friends here over the years, and they all look forward to returning.
My ONLY «complaint» is that sometimes the employees are rude, even though they know who we are, but I just chalk it up to bad days.

I’d like to give them more stars, but the food really is hit or miss. It’s always either one or five stars. I keep going back because when it’s good it’s excellent, but when it’s bad it’s bland or not fresh. We normally order ginger chicken, and I feel like the recipe is different every time. Sometimes it’s made with chicken breast, sometimes it’s thighs. Sometimes it comes with rice, sometimes it doesn’t. The chicken and broccoli is often bland and has no flavor. The need and broccoli, on the other hand, is usually delicious every time. The white rice tastes like Uncle Bens but the fried rice is always on point. We also enjoy their soups and the prices are reasonable. The delivery service is fast and it’s also a plus that you can order online. I think if they just refined their consistency a bit, it would be 5 stars hands down.

I grew up down the street from this restaurant. So I’ve eaten here many many times in my life, I remember I would come here on my bicycle and pick up an order of family combos for three and it would be enough to feed four with left overs.
I’ve always touted this place as one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I love everything, and I’ve had everything!
With that said… Don’t expect amazing service. It comes and goes… I’m fairly certain this is still a family owned restaurant and they occasionally hire a new help for the front the desk which is usually a hit or miss.
