Waited over 30 minutes for chicken nuggets, fries, and a cup for water. The meal was burnt and the cup never showed.

As soon as I walked in here, it was chaos and there were kids running everywhere. The service is really bad due to how busy it is here. They don’t clean their tables unless you tell someone but it will still take probably 10 minutes. It’s overcrowded. I would not recommend coming here especially during the weekend.
The place is crazy and there’s trash everywhere.

The inside is decent for how many kids Coke through here but the service is horrible. We stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before someone to acknowledge us and we had to wait almost an hour before getting our pizza. I am dissatisfied with the service here and won’t be back.
Update: after sitting here waiting for our pizza I noticed that the person that is supposed to do the kid check abandoned her post and allowed people to walk out with kids.

Employees are nice, there’s just NEVER EVER anyone at the prize redemption area. Been here 3 times and every time we’ve waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us. & that’s with my boyfriend having to ask whoever is up at front stamping people in to get someone to help us. All 3 times it wasn’t busy at all, maybe one time that was SEMI busy but we weren’t the only ones waiting for a while. Is that their tactic of pushing people to spend more money & play more games? Hahah just kidding, but really… I’m a tired parent that wants to get out of there asap!
Other than no one ever being at the prize area, games are OKAY. Food is okay… My son has fun so that’s all that matters. Definitely make sure to sanitize before, during and after!

The employees are so genuinely nice and helpful. The kids had a great time. I think it’s probably most fun for 5yrs and younger. We had the super combo pizza, all you can eat salad, and churros. Also, bought a bag of cotton candy. The churros and the cotton candy was not extremely sweet as I had thought, and so delicious. Good times for the kids for sure!

Wow. That was a great bday party for my son. He is Autistic and so were a lot of the other 5 yo’s there. They turned off the loud music and had Chuck E sing happy birthday instead of doing a very overstimulating show.

Easy, cheap, clean. What more can you ask for to entertain a couple little ones? I came expecting the worst (having been to a few other Chuck E Cheese’s around the country) and was met with a surprisingly sweet & friendly crew of workers. I like the invisible ink security measure… although disturbingly, no one checked us on our way out with 3 little kids.
Tip: there is ALWAYS an online coupon for 100 tokens for $ 20 (the regular rate at the machine is 80 tokens for $ 20 (or something like that). Just mention it to the person at the register and they’ll give you the 100 for $ 20.

So we came here again for our little play date during the weekday. Our babies had a blast to say the least. It wasn’t packed and crazy busy at all. We ordered their pizza and it was just ok. The staffs were amazing and friendly. Our Husbands came by after work and they had tons of fun themselves. They’ve expanded their play area where the upper level is for the «grown kids» to get some fun in.

I wanted to rate this 3 stars but I’m taking into consideration my kids would rate it a 5 so you get a 4. I guess if you’re a kid it’s terrific but I always feel kinda trashy when I come in here, maybe because it’s in Kent I dunno. On the plus side everything is generally pretty clean and people are nice. I would recommend to go right when they open because you practically have the place to yourself and your kids can run around getting a bunch of free tickets from the workers that function test all the games (cool!).

I haven’t been to chuck e cheese in ages and was pleasantly surprised that it only cost us 5 dollars to have enough coins to keep our 21 month old occupied for an hour… Only issue is, I’d rather have her go somewhere where she could run around then stare at a game all day… But I’d come back if I just needed time to kill with her…

Fun place for kids and adults my buddy and I has Intense game of basket ball a lot of the kids games are too difficult for children 4 and younger and really could use some maintenance. Pizza and cake tasted cheap as we expected but all in all a good time.

I’m generally not a fan of these places but this location surprised me. This place is clean, the machines work and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was just surprised at the cleanliness considering we’re in Kent.

I just took my gluten free 5 year old here for his birthday. He loved it! The staff was top notch. Our personal server was excellent. The one and only complaint that I had was that they had an instrumental version of the highly offence song «Blured Lines» playing at a children’s restaurant.

This place is scary! I wouldn’t take my kid here if it was free and I got paid. We walked in but went no further than the front door, terrible ugly comatose white walls and unruly kids all over the place. Bunch of animals all over the room that bred smaller more ugly animals to carry the torch of stupidity far into their bleak futures. Just look at the pictures of the freaks in the photo section. This review sounds really rude but I don’t know what else to say.

Unlike most Chuck E Cheeses this one was bright, clean and had friendly staff. I was really not expecting much from there but we were very pleased. The pricing is pretty fair too. Our two year old had a blast. We will definetly return!

I hate Chuck E Cheese and am very critical of the place. This one was a decent establishment. I have been to the rat in Syracuse NY, Sacramento CA, Fairfield CA, etc… so I have been around to different locations. This one was nice and it was fairly clean for once. The employees were helpful and I enjoyed a little nice male employee who was very friendly. I would go back to this location if I had to drop by a Chuck E Cheese again. I don’t eat the food at any of the Chuck E Cheese’s so I cannot attest to the food quality just the games and environment.

Crazy place, always crowded, and kids flying everywhere.
Pretty friendly staff, lots of games and rides, more so than the one in Bellevue… though this Kent location is a little ghetto. Not a fan of the kids yelling «I love Chuck E» to scrounge tickets all over the floor…
If you love rowdy kids, it’s the place to be.

Their playplace is a little cheezeyer than the one at Bellevue but I don’t really care about that unless I am playing with my baby brothers. I always go for the CAR RACING GAMES!!! ALL YOU CAN EAT SALAD BAR IS THE BEST!!! Their FRIES are hella bomb too!
I think their Chuck E Cheese is much better than the one in Bellevue! It is a big place & has two floors. Well just an incline of another section of a game room which is fantastic! Especially if you want to avoid annoying little kids running around. The reason why I like Chuck E Cheese bc everything is only one token to play! You can also print out coupons for FREE 20 Game Tokens!
