Stopped in to get a shellac pedicure. Prices were pretty standard.
The downfalls:
My massage chair didn’t work.
My big toe nail was cut crooked and all my nails were left quite long.
The leg and foot massage were so short and soft, I practically blinked and missed them.

This salon is by far my favorite! My go to for a mani pedi. The staff is so friendly and they always manage to make time for you despite being busy! I enjoy the relaxing environment and the very attentive staff. Jennifer is so sweet and very personal!

Clean relaxing environment. Came here for a pedicure, the lady did a nice job applying nail polish on my toes! She gave me a nice foot/​leg massage. The only complaint I have is that she didn’t remove calus on my feet until I asked her to, even then she didn’t do a great job! Still have them on my feet.

I would never go anywhere else to get my nails done i have been going there for 7 years and they would get me in at the last minute if it meant them staying late i always go to jennifer and she has always takin really good care of me and she is like family please go and check her place out she is the best in kent tell her michelle sent you she will fix it if you dont like something and she will make it right even if it is a day later she and her hubby and all the girls always make sure your happy before you leave it is a nice atmosphere they are very clean and know what yhey are doing

We have been coming here for years and always have great service. We have tried other salons when we couldn’t get in here but are always disappointed by other places. We actually first met the owner Jennifer when she worked at another salon and then ran into her and learned she opened her own place and we’ve been coming ever since.

This place seemed OK at first, the staff was friendly. My pedicure was great, I was able to find a matching regular toe nail color and shellac nail color. The color choices were great. My «shellac» manicure was no good. She used a opi light for my hands and it burned! I’ve never had a light that burned while getting a gel manicure. She also didn’t have me wash my hands after she cut, filed, and buffed them. She went straight to the polish. She also didn’t speak, just made some hand motions. It’s a little irritating, not getting spoken to. To make matters worse, my nails chipped a lot 5 days after I had them done! Not just one, but 4 of them. So much for a mani that’s supposed to last 3 weeks! I only gave them a 2 star because my pedi was good.

I’ve been going to Jenn at Elegant Nails for a little over a year now. Jenn is very sweet and professional and always does a good job on my nails. I won’t let anyone except her do them! She also wants to make sure all her customers are 100% completely satisfied before leaving the salon. I’ve also had many pedicures there and the girls do a great job. Everyone is very welcoming there. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!!! Thank you Jennifer!!! :)

While I don’t have my gel nails anymore, this is my favorite nail place in the area! I have been going here for more than 4 years and I almost always leave happy. If something isn’t quite right, tell the owner Jennifer, she always always wants you to leave happy and more importantly, to come back. She is great for suggesting new trends and colors and if I didn;t like what she was suggesting, she fixes it. I also like Jessica, she does a great job too.

Came in for a full set of eye lash extensions and they were a disaster! I had eye lash extensions before so I already knew how to take care of my eye lashes. This is my first and last time getting eye lash extensions by a unlicensed professional!!! You get what you pay for. -$ 55

I went in to get a pedicure and acrylic tips because i am going on vacation. the pedicure i asked for was white tips and when it was finished. it looked like she did it free hand and left it. some strips of white were thin, some were thick. Then after my acrylics were done, i realized they felt funny… the lady didn’t even glue the white tip to my nail. there was a huge gap between the acrylic tip and my actual nail. Thankfully, Jennifer fixed my toe nails but couldn’t do anything about my acrylics. i want it redone but by my regular nail salon. I’m definitely not coming here again. Paying $ 55 was not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else. My favorite nail salon was TJ Nails in federal way and still will be.

I haven’t had a mani or pedi in years… but big night out this weekend and my nails look awful! So, I Unilocaled it and found this place nearby. The pedicure felt amazing… so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Had a full set of nails and all looked beautiful when done, but within a day or two the polish was coming off. I was glad to have a much needed day of pampering, if only the polish had lasted a bit long!
