My company sent a package for me, I had someone home all day waiting for it. I get home from work and there’s s door tag. The driver never rang the door. I can’t not stay home and wait for this package. The customer service person was extremely rude. I never use fed ex and this is why. I have no idea when or if I will get my package.

Friendly, quick service. The guy working at the counter was very helpful, and overall, this is one of the better FedEx/Kinko’s locations that I have been to.

I went in to ship two packages for my boyfriend so he’d get them by valentines day. The big red head guy working there was a complete asshole the entire time and talked to me like I was an idiot. He didn’t tell me the price difference of 2 day shipping vs 3 day shipping until he already rang it all up and went I decided to change it to 3 day he made a big deal about it. I also asked for one package to have a «this side up» sticker so the stuff in the package wouldn’t get messed up, and I reminded him before I left the store and he replied «I already told you I would put a sticker on the package» in a very demeaning tone. I will literally never go there again.

Went in to overnight ship a package.
Was told that if wouldn’t make it by the next day… Which was understandable. It was the demeanor of the employee that really made us feel off put. She said that our package would get crushed and then proceeded to smush the box inside the bubble mailer.
We took our business elsewhere.

This is my go to, in a crunch, omg the world will end if this isn’t done print stop.
They are usually under staffed and have to help people that don’t know the white side of paper. This location always pulls through for me.

The service was quick and the person working there at the time was very helpful. I needed to send a large book out to New Orleans and the cost wasn’t too bad for ground. Roughly $ 11 for a 7 – 8 lb book.
Overall satisfied, the place wasn’t busy and I was helped quickly. Maybe because the hours were odd, maybe for some other factors.
I’m actually surprised because ½ of my experiences with Kinko’s are very below average.
I’ll come back again for my printing needs.
