Unprofessional, disorganized, stand-​offish staff. Shoddy workmanship. Couldn’t get an order completed when it was promised, let alone delivered to the correct location.

I called this morning looking for someone who could 3 hole punch for me…
They can!
Yippee!
However, they have one bindery person and he is only there for 1 more hour … eeck! So I ran over there to get the help I needed.
The price? Great!
The friendliness? Great!
The service? Just ok.
I have worked in bindery and I was not happy with the results I got.
The holes didn’t match up on most of the papers… if you look at the pics, it was only off by centimeters… but trying to get it to fit in a 3 ring binder was a little tricky. It makes the paper a warped. Also, there was holes that looked like they came from a shark bite. :(Not clean.
I am grateful that they had the service I needed, but I will have to remember to check the product.
