I’ve used this business twice now, and both times were fairly positive experiences. The first visit was the introduction by my graphic designer of my logo who out together my banner, menu banner, and directional signs. The second visit was when I wanted to add my business logo and name on the side windows of my car. And that was done pretty much the same day!

Laughing about the Terrible customer service! Find a company that isn’t so old and set in their (awkward) ways/​poor habits.
I went in, because they don’t answer their phone, to get logo work done so I could be ready to print. I asked if they could help me distinguish the colors I was using for a logo and help to narrow down to a specific color number. All I got back was short, stale faced, rude answers. If you need to have work done that takes communication and customer service, don’t stress yourself out with these guys.
Unforgettable, bad experience.

Stopped in to see about getting some numbers for the new mailbox that were more attractive than those Gawd-​awful gold-​and-​black stick-​on numbers that have been around since the ‘60s. These people got me three sets (one for the front and two larger sets for the sides) in a day, for a couple of bucks more than the stick-​on type. AND they showed me how to put them on. GREAT service! I will be back!
