My almost ten-​year old grandson and granddaughter have been playing War Hammer at this location for about two years. If you don’t know what that is, it’s a strategy game played with pawns that you assemble and paint yourself. The pawns are based on cool creatures with awesome names. The actual game requires you to develop your own strategies, use your math skills and learn how to play well with others. Jared, Steve and James run the shop and are awesome with the younger kids who play there and are quick to explain the game rules and make sure everyone plays appropriately. The players who are «regulars» also take care of the «newbies» and I have seen several of the teenagers/​adults take time out from their game to explain things or answer a question to my grandkids. My grandson will play there for hours at a time and it is a good outlet for his creativity. We are glad that we found this awesome store!
