I was looking for a quick stop off my route of 405S after work to get teriyaki to go. Unilocal to the rescue(queue trumpets). This place has great reviews, some pictures of the menu(thank you Unilocaler!) and I feel like I have definitely found the right place and will use them again in the future on these friday-teriyaki-emergencies during rush hour traffic. I was honestly delighted at the level of cleanliness and brightness(let’s be honest, some of your favorite teriyaki joints have been a little dingy, had a serious fly problem in the summer, and may not pass a health code inspection with flying colors). Also, the friendliness of the man and women behind the counter was very welcome! I came(flying I’m sure) through the door and said I’d like to order some food to go but wasn’t sure what yet!(The menu photos were a couple years old, things change and with possible language barriers/bad phone connections I figured it was just best to order in person the first time.) he handed me a menu and said no problem, take your time! Of course it didn’t actually take me long! I wanted 2 chicken teriyaki’s(one regular one chicken breast) and I had spied the California and spicy tuna rolls on the Unilocal photos! They still have them!!! I’m excite even as I write this!!! Two of my favorite things(teriyaki and sushi rolls) in one place!!! I ordered, total was a few cents under $ 30, I feel very reasonable! Well I’ll have to finish this review later with an update of the foods because it’s ready I’m on my way!

Pretty good teriyaki place in general. I’ve had the Teriyaki, Gyoza and Yakisoba in a number of varieties, all rather good. The place is clean and friendly, the service is pretty fast.

Stopped by for a quick lunch while waiting for Sears to locate my dishwasher. Service was great and quick. Prices were typical to a Teriyaki place. Overall very happy. When I came in there were a couple people inside by the time I was done within half an hour, the place had at least 10 tables filled, and this was around 4pm. What does that say? Great food!

So lucky to have a good teriyaki place close by. Everything(chicken teriyaki, katsu, salad, yakisoba) I’ve tried here so far has not been disappointing whatsoever. Their teriyaki sauce is spot on, not too salty or sweet. The salad dressing is a little runnier than others, but its still good. They are very quick, so even when there is a lunch line, don’t even worry about it.

I bumped into this place on our way to a doctor’s appointment. I knew I made the right choice when there was a bunch of firefighters eating there. We for the beef ribs and a chicken teriyaki plate. Yum!!! Right off the grill hot, sauce was not too sweet. And prices were great. Definitely going back.

In the area to shop at IKEA but not really into Swedish meatballs then this is your place! Great food. The servings are large. The prices are very competitive. The dining area is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is yummo!

Great food for a decent price! And they’re quick! It’s always busy when I’m there and although there is a line and no tables, I’ll wait anyway because I’m never waiting long. I LOVE how they play Christian radio, but it’s not played loudly if you’re not into that sort of thing. It’s easy to hear if you sit near the soda machine. Anyway, I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, and honestly can say I haven’t found a better teriyaki joint. It’s always clean and friendly, and absolutely amazing food. To sum it up amazing food & people for an amazing price.

Do you like good, cheap food? Yeah. Me too. This place has reasonably priced lunches. I got a beef teriyaki lunch for $ 8.99. It comes with a salad, a large portion of protein and two scoops of rice. The quality is great. I ordered mine to go so I waited like five minutes which is okay to me for something that is way better than Panda Express. The folks working the counter were very kind. They greeted me when I came in. They were busy bringing food to tables and wiping others down too. The thing that impressed me a lot was the cleanliness. Maybe it’s the nostalgic memories of my favorite local hole-in-the-wall Chinese food joint, which would probably fail numerous health codes, that had me expecting a semi-clean facility but I was really pleased.

I have only ever ordered takeout but even so the experience is slightly below average… Same goes with the food. I’ve ordered the regular chicken teriyaki on multiple occasions and the chicken katsu once. I just don’t think the food here suits my tastebuds! I was really excited to work close to this spot because of the great reviews on Unilocal but each time I order something to-go, I just don’t enjoy the food! Also, my salads always have wilted lettuce… Maybe they reserve the fresh veggies for customers dining in? Will update my review when I have time to dine in, but for now… 2⁄5.

This is my favorite place for teriyaki! It’s in a convenient location for everyone, and it’s not difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. The beef and chicken teriyaki tastes phenomenal, and never have I ever received ‘cold’ food. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and everyone is so nice! I just wish the restaurant was bigger and had more seats, it’s always super crowded during lunch!

Well this was my first time here, I am housesitting so I wanted to find somewhere close. I happened to drive by and saw it was empty(exactly what I wanted). The décor is eh but, the food is delicious! I got a tofu pad thai, bubble tea, and ramen. All of it was fresh and very good. Pros: Not super Busy Quick service Fresh food Cook with Veg Oil Tells you what has MSG in it which are Gyoza and Egg Rolls,(because we know everything can’t be MSGFREE) CONS: My bubble tea came out after I was almost done eating You get your own drinks, i. e Water Décor could use some updating Put all the menus in one location so you can see it all

Really good. I thought it would be the same dry chicken and it wasn’t to my great surprise. The chicken was actually tasty. Not smothered in sauce it is apparent that the flavor comes from the marinade. I really liked it. The salad was good. I also went out on a limb and had the spicy tuna roll… it was actually also good. I have never said this before but… maybe a touch less spice. I am the guy who will drink straight sriracha on a bet… and like it. This was a bit more than that.

Great teriyaki, great people, great portions, great prices. Need I say more? Pretty straightforward when it comes to this place. They keep the space super clean at all times, the staff are always smiling and remember their regulars. I used to work right next door to this place so I frequented it quite a bit for lunch. I used to get the spicy chicken and beef combo, and although it cost a little extra, it was so worth it. You can’t really go wrong with any of their food here, it’s all really great. Even their fried rice is delicious. Two thumbs way up!

Better then average Teriyaki is probably the best I can do here. All the teriyaki places are the same to me. The service is pretty good, however, especially in light of the large lunch rush they were enduring the day I was there. Maybe Boeing employees, among others chose to eat here for lunch this weekday. I had chicken or pork stir-fry, I can’t remember which. Quick, low carb made to order meal that will run you about 8 – 9 bucks. Not sure what else to say about it, lol.

I’m not one to usually go out and order chicken teriyaki, but we were staying in Renton nearby and the Unilocal reviews were too good to pass this spot up. Also, the prices were great for a cheap lunch. The chicken teriyaki was mouth watering good. The smell, the tender grilled meat, the perfect mixture of salty and sweet teriyaki sauce. I am drooling writing this review just thinking about that chicken teriyaki. It’s addict worthy good. They keep the dish as simple as possible, with 2 scoops of rice and a side salad. Lunch plate wasn’t more than 8 $ and was a lot of food. Check this place out, you won’t regret it.

Stopped for dinner tonight. Ate in. Again I am not afraid to eat alone at a table, it’s a real skill to be able to dine alone… Food was okay but the ambiance was great! Service was great. Several people came in and ordered their ‘usual’… I am not a big teriyaki for dinner person as the portions are too big for me but today I played the pregnancy card and he let me order the lunch size. I will be back!

I had the Chicken & Gyoza plate here yesterday. The service was fast and the person who took our order was friendly and helpful. The serving size was enormous — it was served on a platter that was about 16 inches wide and it was overflowing with salad, two large scoops of rice, 4 gyoza and about a pound of chicken. The chicken was tender and very flavorful — the teriyaki sauce is drizzled over the chicken and there is quite a bit of it, enough to drizzle over your rice if you want. The salad dressing was a tangy sesame one and it was great. The gyoza was crispy, so maybe deep fried instead of pan-fried? It was also very good. The restaurant is air-conditioned and very clean. The only drawback for me is that they do play religious music on the radio, though not really loud enough to be a real nuisance. We will definitely drive the 4 miles to get here again — it is so much better than the places nearer to where we live.

All around fantastic. The guy that took our order was super nice and patient with my husband and I.(Especially when we had absolutely no idea what to get.) There appeared to be almost exclusively regulars, where the cashier would tell the kitchen the order before the people even entered the building! It was our first Teriyaki place. EVER. And since we found ourselves in the Pacific Northwest, and unknowingly in the Great Land of Teriyaki, it was a fantastic first experience. We had two combos. I had the Pork Teriyaki with the Egg Rolls and my husband had the Chicken Teriyaki with Chicken Katsu. We like to go splitsies on everything so that instead of trying two things, we can try four. The sauce was great on both of the Teriyaki items, the pork and the chicken both had a great char to it, the little salad was a nice treat — and the homemade dressing was delicious. The Egg Rolls were cabbage-y, which I actually like, but the Chicken Katsu breading was underseasoned. The delicious Katsu sauce made up for it(Worchestershire + Ketchup?). We’ll definitely be back, as in within the next few days…
