I’ve been going here for lunch for months and the last two times I’ve ordered and picked up they have charged my card a tip even though I did not authorize one very shade just imagine if they did that to every other customer now I won’t be back!

The worst bowl of phở ever! The server keeps cursing in Vietnamese with kitchens staff regardless of customers. Actually the Ph was okay but the environment I’m in especially with woman and children around. It’s been a very long time I didn’t hear all of this trash profanity and I thought it obsolete because people are lot nicer and more professional. This is gonna to be my last visit at this restaurant!

I know this place is good because it’s recommended by a Vietnamese family friend. So, every time I’m visiting Seattle I drop by this small restaurant for yummy phở. Overall, the phở is comparable with the ones I’m used to in Westminster, CA. Unfortunately, the customer service is pretty bad. We weren’t greeted upon arrive being the 3rd party in the restaurant. A regular was waiting at the counter for a few minutes before one of the ladies came out to take his money. I had to holler to order a Vietnamese iced coffee because no one was coming out of the kitchen to check up on the customers – the 2 ladies were talking in the kitchen about how the younger generation moves out and look for their own places instead of staying with their parents when they get married like in Vietnam.

Average as best. Soup somewhat thin… soybeans on the side looked brown and broken, not fresh at all. 1st phở(and I eat a LOT of phở) with broccoli… odd. Was hoping for this plan to live up to the past reviews… way off! Very expensive for phở and the size of the portions.

We’ve eaten at MANY Phở restaurants and the soup base at Phở Bac is by far the best. It’s flavorful and the ingredients fresh. My husband’s favorite is #19 — Shrimp fried bean curd platter served with rice, salad garnish and small bowl of phở. I like it too but the phở is the draw for me! Prices are reasonable and service is quick & friendly.

As far as Phó goes, this is the place. The atmosphere is casual and the waitstaff and cooks make regulars like me feel like family. Newcomers are welcomed in much the same way, but they don’t know your order yet, so you get a menu and a smile. The egg rolls and spring rolls are made here and worth the price; their peanut sauce is nothing to sneer at either! They are more than willing to customize your order, adding veggies or substituting and or changing what’s in the phở and other menu items, which is great for picky eaters and dieters like me and my hubby. Tam and Leon are my favorite servers but whoever is there when I usually go is always on point with beverages and customer satisfaction. The restaurant is always very clean and the décor is warm and inviting. There is usually quite a few people dining but I have never had to wait too long for my food. As far as the regular phở fixings, this place has it all and then some. I have never left dissatisfied and have won many Phó-naysayers over with this quaint and well managed restaurant. I highly recommend it to phó lovers and first timers alike. My favorite part about the restaurant is that it is actually run by Vietnamese people, the food is authentic enough to garner many native eaters. This establishment is my gold standard to which I compare all other Phó; warm, tasty, customizable soup, which is made with love.

Pretty good phở spot. The broth is nice without any condiments, but does contain quite a bit of salt. Small size is perfect for me but I know most people can eat more! They’re not as generous on the meat but I’m not sure I know many places that are. I’d come back when I’m craving phở :)

I usually always went to What the Phở over in Southcenter, but it ended up closing down for some reason. The brought here is close to what I’m used to and not as dark, but it’s still good! Their noodle bowls are also really good. Downside is the pork is left on the skewers, so it makes it hard to remove and eat. But it’s a good replacement for when I am craving Phở.

Pretty good. Expensive. Little meat. I have to admit, the phở I ordered was pretty good. Their broth was just right with a good amount of noodles and onions. However all I could find in my bowl were only three slices of meat. I also ordered Thai tea and it tasted exactly it was opened from the bottle. Plus they putted in a BUNCH of ice. I took two sips and It was gone. Might come back if I had no other choice.

Excellent phở! Rarely encountered inferior quality ingredients. Small staff, recalls regulars and will often bring my water without ice upon seeing me. Can pay before service if desired, which makes it great fora quick work lunch.

They have pretty good Phở. I’m a big fan of Phở and I’m always looking for the next great place. This was good, but not the best I’ve had. I would definitely go again don’t get me wrong. If you are nearby give it a try.

This is by far the best phở I’ve ever had in WA. I moved here from Dallas so I’ve tried lots of phở places! Phở bac has the absolute best broth and fast service. I will be bringing my DFW visitors here for sure

I wish I had the option to give no stars. This place has false advertising. I was so disappointed and upset of the food. I ordered something from the menu and something else came in. When I asked about why my order of food came out different. … the server said«oh, that’s only in the picture.» What the heck of an answer is that???

One of my co-workers is a regular here so she, another co-worker and I went the other day. I ordered number 26 which was good. I think it’s pretty average for a Phở place and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Each part of the dish seemed fresh, flavorful and certainly what I was hoping for and would expect. The portion was just right too, not leaving me hungry or needing to take any home. The food was good, fast and fairly reasonably priced, even for lunch time. The waiters were cute, so that helped with enjoying lunch. Of course the company did too! Overall, it’s clean and the food was good and quick. Can’t go wrong.

Love coming here for Phở!!! I usually come in here for Phở take out. The #12 is my favorite. Note of warning on take out… The phở will come in 3 sections, the broth base, noodles/meat, and then the sprouts, chili, basil. The container that the broth comes in is so full that you will need to drain some of it off to get everything in. My personal solution is to have a Phở bowl at my office large enough to hold everything! Love.love the food!

Sigghh… not good. Thin broth, devoid of depth. Classic dishwater broth(went cheap on the ingredients). I wouldn’t go back, not only is it one of a dozen phở restaurants in a 3 mile radius… it isn’t good.

I’m not sure if I can give any phở restaurant more than three stars since I am not a fan of phở. It was strange that this place was deserted when we arrived for dinner as we were the only patrons there. I am always worried if we are the only ones at a restaurant seeing if there could be something wrong with the joint. The four of us in our group each ordered the phở and there are many combinations you can choose from. I got the standard beef with phở and it was good with the tasty broth. They had added green onions and cilantro into the broth which made it extra tasty. With the small size bowl I ordered it was filing enough and the $ 6 price point was just about right. They service was quick and we got our food super quick since we were the only ones there. Not sure why the place was so empty, but definitely someplace I wouldn’t mind coming again if I need a bowl of phở which isn’t very often.

Definitely one of my «regular» phở spots in the Renton Area. Rich tasting broth, menu offering vermicelli bowls and rice plates as well as phở. Their springs rolls have both shrimp and pork — and they’re really good! Service is always fast, usually less than 5mins to get phở… might take longer if you opt for a rice plate. Been coming here for years and will continue to trend!

I used to love this place when it opened way back in 2003⁄2004. My last visit here was nothing short of disappointing. My husband & I wanted something quick and semi-healthy so we stopped in for lunch. I ordered a soda which was listed as «Pepsi» products and listed several different ‘types’(Slice, Mtn. Dew, etc). Every flavor I requested was ‘out’. Then when I said«Ok, just Pepsi.» I was told that they actually only carry Coke Products. Uhm, so why would your menu state the total opposite? I decided to not have Phở and go with the Beef Short Ribs & rice. The ribs came out and looked good but I quickly realized I wasn’t given a knife to cut the meat. When I asked, I was told that the only knife they had was a butter knife or they could use ‘scissors’ to cut my already cooked meat. The last few times they’ve been out of cucumber when I needed it for the dish I ordered. Get it together guys. I keep trying to bring you business but you’re giving me no reason to return.
