Great little hole in the wall open late with a few seats inside. Amazing s’more cookie! Great staff too!

These cookies are super yummy. They are a bit pricey though. 12 cookies ran $ 15. They were very delicious though. I will be back for more.

Mandy L., a previous reviewer of Insomnia Cookies, asks the rhetorical question regarding the longevity of a business that pretty much only sells cookies, ice cream and milk to drunk people late at night. The answer, of course, is the longest longevity that ever longeved. Even in the ashes of World War III, Insomnia Cookies will stand, because a house made of cookies is like Switzerland — no one will attack it because everyone loves it, because of its delicious chocolate.
Insomnia Cookies opens sometime around noon and closes shortly after the bars do. Oddly enough, they deliver cookies too, though their delivery radius is pretty small, from what I hear. Whenever I am in Kent for lunch or dinner, I always stop by IC for a quick, cheap desert. Most of my friends are girls, and girls seem to love the S’more Cookie, which is a chocolate cookie with chocolate chips, marshmallow gooey swirl stuff, and graham chunks. And most women find more pleasure from that cookie than they ever have or will have with any man. Especially if I am that man. I, on the other hand, always get the white chocolate macadamia nut, which is to die for. The cookies are always warm and soft and gooey and melty. They have milk and ice cream. I haven’t had the ice cream, so I don’t know if it’s good, though I’m sure it is. They often have Superman ice cream, so they get points there. Regarding milk, milk is milk so I’m sure it’s fine. They don’t have a lot of seating, but that’s fine. Since you just got a cookie meal from a cookie restaurant, you should probably start walking some of those calories off anyhow.
If you’re in town and want a pretty great cookie. Stop by Insomnia Cookies. The prices are cheap, so you can try quite a few. If you love chocolate, be sure to get the s’more cookie.

You can’t go wrong with providing cookies as a late night snack for all us night walkers– kudos for smart thinking. But I can say that I’ve had better, maybe I just caught the business on an off night but my peanut butter cookie was… just okay. Definitely not the worst I’ve ever tasted, & the staff was pretty laid back & my friends & I were able to joke around with them; always a plus. I’d be willing to give this place another chance.

I tried both the double chocolate mint, and peanut butter cookies. Very good and came warm. 1.25 each.

I have to wonder about the longevity prospects of a business whose primary function is delivering cookies at 3am but I have to say they do have some tasty cookies. A friend and I went here after dinner the other evening and I was quite pleased to find they had milk to go along with those cookies (and ice cream to those of you interested in a cookie sundae or sandwich combo!)
I was a bit disappointed they were out of the S’more cookie and any milk other than whole at that time but this wasn’t a big deal (they are fairly new) and the cashier was apologetic and extremely friendly. I ordered the triple chocolate (and a milk) and my friend got the peanut butter cup. The cookies were large and warm and mine was packed with gooey chocolate deliciousness. I have to say you’d be hard pressed to find a more delicious cookie for sale anywhere else (no one can compete with mom!) but you’re going to need that milk for all the richness and a couple hand towels for the ooey gooey mess!
I think they’re fairly priced considering the «novelty» and this would be a nice place to grab a sweet snack. The interior is small, the staff seems very nice, and boy does it smell delicious!
