Jimmy John’s

I have wanted to stop at this restaurant for awhile and so when I saw there logo «so fast you’ll freak» and I was in a hurry, I decided to stop. By the time I ordered and drove around to the pick up window to pay, my sandwich was ready. The sandwich bread was soft and made just as I ordered it. They really are «freaky fast». Thanks Jimmy John!

I love Jimmy Johns. I’m always the quick nice customer. Get in and get out. I actually live down the street from this particular jimmy johns. Ive tipped 10 dollars on a 10 dollar sandwich multiple times just because I was so happy they delivered.
However, three times I’ve actually tried to go order at the drive up window. I’ve asked for my card back and let them
Keep the sandwich.
My reasoning, it doesn’t take three snobby girls to stare me down slam the sandwich in my face on the table forget half my order.
The same girl questioned me because I said «yes mam» In efforts to be quick and polite.
If your going to stand there and stare at me behind the person actually working the window then at least try to smile or engage in the actual job.
I’m not asking to be treated like royalty here. I’m just asking these people to do their job.
The girls look bored and are filled with attitude.
Maybe not very many people have had this experience but it’s happened to me three separate times where the people at the window treated me as if they were just so annoyed by their job and like I did something wrong for coming to order at their store. It feels to me as if they are all not happy to be at work and it shows to the point where I don’t want to eat anything coming from there eye rolling non professional, inconsiderate staff and manager at that.
I will continue to eat jimmy johns. But will continue to spread the word about the service I have received at this particular store.
Before my current job I worked in food, drink for 5 – 6 years and may have high expectations. But I’m not mistaken when boredom, laziness and attitude takes priority over professionalism and after three visits I’m fed up.

Sandwich was loaded with lettuce and no meat really! I called and spoke to manager and she was rude about it. Just so you know… you get 3 pieces of meat in your whole sandwich! Really sad! The lettuce was piled high though to try to cover/​compensate for the lack of meat! I didn’t want a replacement or anything free. Just wanted her to know and she was not very nice. My coworkers eat here all the time. Today was my last order! $ 10 for a sub par sandwich and pickle is ridiculous!!!

20 minutes for delivery right down the street! I look forward to getting fast delivery from jimmy john’s but was disappointed when told it would take 20 minutes to get a sandwich.

FYI for anybody who lives past the Riverbend/​Golf course, don’t wast a second to call in for delivery. My boyfriend, and I decided to have JJ for dinner yesterday evening while watching the M’s game in the comfort of our own home. I called in for delivery, and the guy tells me they don’t do deliveries past the Riverbend, seriously? It’s literally a 6 mins drive out to our place, and you don’t do delivery? Awesome. So I ended up driving over to get our dinner, and I had also asked for a side of banana peppers, and no, they don’t have banana peppers either. It’s a sandwich/​sub shop? How would you not? Anyway, I think I would’ve been happier off with Subway (up the street) next time, and the workers there would probably be a lot nicer too.

They always get my order right and are unbelievably fast for delivery. Love this place.

I recently placed an order for four party trays with sides for our yearly company inventories. Everything was prepared accurately and on time. The employees were friendly and helped me load the food into my vehicle. An inexpensive and delicious way to quickly feed a large group!

Ok, I just totally don’t get the hype about this place. I’ve tried a few different sandwiches and every time I’m so underwhelmed. They never bring napkins when delivering and their bread is always hard, dry, and flavorless. Their topping selection is also pretty lackluster. The fastest delivery time for me has been 10 minutes, so I’ll give them that considering they’re 4 minutes away from my work. The delivery people are also always nice, hence the second star. But I would choose Subway all day every day over Jimmy John’s.

I just started working down the street, and seriously, this is the fastest delivery I’ve ever had. My sandwich is fresh and in my hands in a matter of MINUTES from when I hit «send.» (Yes, I order online – ALWAYS!) The italian is my favorite, and I love that they have crispy chips! :)

Love the fact that they have a drive thru, because I have two kids under 4 and dragging them in is not my idea of fun. Not happy with the fact that the bread was completely stale today. I can’t help but wonder if the dine-​in customers got all the fresh soft bread. The pickles were the best part of our lunch, glad I ordered them.

Love the fact they were so fast delivering my order. All 3 subs I ordered were flavorful and well made. The only down was the drinks did not have ice and they were warm. Otherwise very pleased.

I am only 2.39 miles from this location and I am outside their delivery area. What is there delivery area, across the street? If you are only going to deliver a mile away, you should not even offer delivery.

Me and my coworker go there when we are simply starving and it’s so fresh.
I love the tuna and roast beef slim jims.
Fast enough to drive, eat, and finish the whole sandwich within 30 minutes.

If you’re looking for something quick this is the spot. They never get it wrong and they do a good just job. It’s like the commercials
You call and you’re about to finish your order and then your door bell is ringing, you hang up the phone and here is your food ready quick like a bunny!
And they do have food for Bunnie eaters like myself being a vegan they’re very accommodating to my needs. They was ready to make me my sandwich asap and seem like they were happy to make me my veggie sammie

If you haven’t tried it yet, keep it that way. You’ll end up spending money on something you could make at home. I’ve tried Jimmy johns 3 times, and tried to like it, but I just can’t. I’ve been to 3 different locations as I travel for work and in each one the music is so loud you can’t hear the person taking your order. Also, they advertise their subs as fresh and fast, they don’t skimp on the fast. As soon as you say «I’ll have a number 9» they start running your sandwich down the line. You have no opportunity to make or change anything. It’s just an average sandwich. Stick with Jersey Mikes or your local deli. This place is on par with subway… The best part of my meal was the chips. Oh, they also don’t have ice tea. Only soda. No Bueno

This JJ has a drive thru, which I haven’t seen at another location. It’s fast, like they promise, which is great when I have 10 minutes to buy and eat my lunch.
The teens working the drive thru have had their act together, bonus.
I don’t like the cheap, tasteless bread of JJ’s but the location is convenient and fast for when I need to grab something during the work day.
There is virtually no parking available at this place. You’ll be parking out on the side street or in the neighboring strip mall or Walgreen’s. Just use the drive thru.

Good Service Sandwich was good Jimmy John’s

They’re quick, which is what we all love about JJ.
You can also order online, which is awesome.
I wouldn’t say their sandwiches are OMG good, but for the price & how quickly they come — they’re pretty dang delicous. The fact that you can order 1 sandwich for $ 7 & they’ll deliver it to you in less than 20 minutes… you really can’t beat that.
They offer a wide selection of sandwiches too. Plus you can get 2 different kinds of bread & you can sub in bread with a lettuce wrap. They have a ton of add-​ons & you can customize your sammy any way you want.
My top 3 favorites are the BLT (duh), the Vito (it has salami… yum!) & the tuna (I always get this in a lettuce wrap, onions are also made into their tuna mix… I hate onions but I’ll still order it from time to time).
Get a cookie & a pickle too. Their pickles are huge!
It’s the perfect place when you don’t have time to go anywhere to get lunch.

Fast and fun service! Good humored people! I left special instructions for the drive to dance from the car to the office door, Chrissy executed it flawlessly with class and style!!!
Food turned out amazing! Store staff was great answering questions on the phone as well!

I would give this 3.5 stars. I go here a lot so I felt guilty about using the 3 stars and so I upped it.
I like the bread — it is tastier than subway and most of the local sandwich establishments.
(NOTE — I talked to a senior regional manager of Subway and he acknowledged when they went to all the bread choices — they changed the bread and he agrees none of them are as good as the original) But I digress.
The number 10 — Roast Beef is my sandwich of choice but although I like the bread — I wish they had a 6 inch — only have a 9+ inch and it is more than I want for lunch.
Also — why is the place so cold. All my friends will now be saying — «is this Bruce». Yep — even I — who don’t wear a jacket outside in the low 40’s — is saying it is cold and the air just drops on the tables.
Possibly my generation but why is the music so high — it isn’t bad — but it is loud.
They are fast — as they say «freaken fast» and if you need immediate service — this is the place plus they are always polite and friendly. They always seem to have at least 10 + people working the line so it moves along. Actually many times my sandwich is made by the time I pay for it.
It is clean and nicely set up and well worth a stop to try their choices.
