What a rip off haha! 3-​piece combo for $ 10
They could’ve mentioned to get two orders of the 2-​piece $ 5 fill up, then I would’ve gotten 4-​piece for $ 10 with sides. This is bull…
Their raspberry iced tea tasted like cheap a*s tea.
Oh how I wish there was a Church’s Chicken close by. KFC is a joke… no seriously!

There was no customers at the counter and it took at least 10 minutes for them to take my order order. I would thought about going back around and going through the drive thru. Then when I took my order they didn’t have two of the things that I wanted including standard things like extra crispy chicken breast and a biscuit yes I got spoiled by the KFC in Auburn. Smashed french fries on the floor behind the counter and all kinds of disorder.

KFC/​Long John Silver, I ordered a $ 5.00 Fill Up Box and then I asked how much a chicken breast is? After a few seconds, I was given the price and said yes, I want that as well.
I proceeded to the DT-​Window and she charges just for the chk breast. I said, oh, I still wanted my $ 5.00 dollar Fill Up Box, thinking it wasn’t a big deal.
The DT cashier smirks at me and says, sorry, I can’t take your order at the window. I’m thinking that’s a stupid. I then said, why don’t you just take my order and I’ll pull over and you can bring it out to me. She says, sorry we can’t do that. After going back and forth with this absent minded person, I gave up.
I told her how stupid of a rule and policy that it is and it doesn’t make any sense at all. Anyhow, I won’t be going to that KFC for a while, their policy or common sense there is ridiculous. I wish I could give a negative star, as I advocate KFC as having excellent chicken when it’s fresh, no one does the original like they do. But anyhow, sour feelings in my mouth right now.

I went to this kfc and a couple come in and order two buckets of chicken to go. Came back 20 minutes after to return everything and got $ 47 dollars back. The cashier got all of the food and put it back with the rest of food. And serve it to other customers. That’s not good cause you don’t know what the couple put in the food. I’m never going back to that nasty place.

Wait time: 4 – 5 minutes. Actual wait time: 15 minutes. Not only did we wait longer than expected our order was only half brought to us. We went in to retrieve the rest and they claim I didn’t order it even though they repeated it to me in the drive-​through. So they replaced my mashed potatoes with hallowed out wedges. Disappointed. I just think if you get paid to do a job, do it right.

If I could give –10 starts would. Worst service ever. The girl behind the counter was a little snatch. The food was cold after waiting 30 minutes. Awful.

First time ever at KFC/​Long John Silvers today (06/​28/​2014). Hesitated for so long due to some of the negative reviews on Unilocal.Decided to take advantage of the «FREE» fish & chips as advertised on TV. Got there at about 10:30 AM as the give-​away was to start at 11:00 AM & I thought for certain there’d be a big crowd.
Well, I was the first customer. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff, who were busy cleaning & prepping for the crowds. Appeared that an extra staff member or two were scheduled to work due to the give-​away. Restaurant was nice and clean (floors, tables, counters, soda pop machine, etc.). Don’t know why some reviewers made negative comments about cleanliness. (A lot cleaner than the other fish place down the road… Skippers).
At about 5-​minutes to 11:00 AM, the rush started. Thank goodness I already had my order in. Decided on trying the Platter (fish, chicken, shrimp, fries, coleslaw & Hush Puppies), in order to get a little sample of everything. Actually a pretty good deal, price-​wise: $ 6.99.
Overall, the food was pretty good. The fries were just a bit oily & not very hot (drove home with the food), and the fish was good too. The Coleslaw was great, as was the chicken strip & shrimp. I think the oil needs to be a tad hotter or the food needs to be drained or blotted better in order to take away any excess cooking oil.
I’ll be back! Great customer service. Staff was friendly & pleasant.

This KFC/​LJS doesn’t care about their LJS menu or customers. They give you poor service, usually the fries have been sitting all day and are cold. Management and employees seem greatly unpleasant that you order LJS items and then have to wait 15 minutes to bring your food out to your car. If LJS wants to survive, they need to get FAR away from KFC, and go solo again or pair with a company that values their name brand and quality. Even the LJS menu only has 8 items on it. Many coupons on LJS website are unusable because employees say they don’t sell that item

Really bad service food tasted as though it sat there all day. I had the chicken bites and hush puppy’s the chicken was super dry and the coating was limp and soggy the hush puppy’s were as hard as rocks and in evenly cooked I do not recommend this place I’d prefer to pay the extra and go to serious soul café.

I’ve always liked LJS, but I haven’t been to one for over a year. I was excited to see that they had green beans, since I love KFC green beans, and I thought the KFCs up here didn’t have them.
The fish was exactly like I remembered it. Good flavor and crunch. The green beans were also the same realiable KFC green beans; perfectly cooked, great taste. I tried the LJS chicken for the first time. The batter was a little overkill on chicken, but the chicken itself was the best I’ve ever had, moist and delicious.
They’ve changed the fries since I was here last. Now they’re like a cross between Arby’s fries and the old LJS fries. The still have a little of the old LJS feel, but some of the fries I got were underdone, and some were dry.
My only recommendation is to make sure you only order as much food as you want to eat. Everything tastes so good, you’re going to wind up eating all of it whether you really want to or not!

So Bad!!! So Greasy!!! First and last time we ever come here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Not really sure what all the bad reviews are about. Sure, it is a fast food joint. But it is a pretty decent one if you ask me. My boyfriend and I went there last night to get some KFC and we had a good experience.
We had a coupon for 7 pieces of dark meat, 1 large mashed potatoes, and 3 biscuits for $ 10 bucks. Pretty good deal if you ask me.
We had to wait a few extra minutes for the thighs to be ready, but the staff was friendly and apologized for the wait. It wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t in any rush.
The restaurant was extremely clean, unlike the comments from some other reviewers.
Yes, KFC is greasy and oily, but mmm mmm, it is good!

Can I say GHETTO! I try not to eat fast food, but this place was gross inside. I didn’t even want my son sitting on the benches inside. But, KFC is normally pretty greasy so I knew about that in the first place. So I’m more showing a review on what the place looks like from inside and the service that I was given. So all in all. BAD!

This place was disgusting and overpriced. Ordered from both menus and we all ended up throwing ²⁄₃ of our food away…

LJS is my favorite fast food place. They’re all over the place in the Midwest but since I moved here this is the only one within 30 miles of me. I’ll generally make a special trip here if I ever go shopping at South Center or Ikea.

I had a meal off the Long John Silver’s menu, not the KFC. It was, to put it bluntly, absolutely deplorable.
I ordered a meal that contained fries, hush puppies, fish (which I believe was cod), and chicken. The first thing I noticed when I began eating was that initially, I literally could not tell the difference between the chicken and the fish. I looked at it, tasted it, smelled it, but it took me at least a few minutes to be able to differentiate between the two.
Alright, so that was gross. On to the hush puppies and fries.
The hush puppies were just kind of mushy and tasted like fish, so I discarded them. Next came the fries. They were edible, but kind of plain and unsatisfying and, yes, they tasted like fish.
Now this is the part that disappointed me the most. I understand if a kitchen full of tweakers can’t make me a good plate of meat or hush puppies in a fryer for $ 6.50. I get it. But when you mess up the fries, that’s serious business. Bad fries=inexcusable.

Just went in for the free Oprah special, two piece grilled meal. Was greeted with, «that coupon is black and white and the wait is over an hour anyway.» What a welcome. Unfortunately they are the only local store and I love the Original recipe. Thing is, I looked up the promotion and was even thorough enough to call beforehand to see if there were any tricky stipulations, there was no answer. The place was not packed with customers. I asked to see a manager and he eventually came and gave me a 1 – 800 number to call to complain. I came home and did so and was prompted to enter a store #. I did not have it so I called and was greeted with, you guessed it, NO ANSWER! GRRRRRRRR
